Very clean!!! I hope they can maintain their level of cleanliness. And the good thing is they have washing machine. Service matches my expectation and bed is comfy. Location is very strategic. Nice walking distance to central district, passing nice views. I can easily find coffee before I start my walk in the morning. Plenty of nice foods for dinner.

Lovely customer service. We bought a package that included parking and a voucher per person for the penfolds estate tour and tasting which was a great experience. The apartment is very spacious and clean. I wish we stayed here for our whole time in Adelaide. Everything in Adelaide city is a Max of a 10min drive pretty much

We had the most wonderful stay. Every need catered to, the team are so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The views at sunset are quiet simply breathtaking! Bath is the perfect size and the mattress is super comfortable. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need to prepare dinner for little ones. The most delicious bakery near by. A beautiful walk to city centre. This is now my home away from home, can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for everything.

Firstly, the location is really good. Although outside of the centre of Adelaide, the hotel is in North Adelaide, which has a great selection of restaurants. To get into the centre, it's about a 30-40 minute work or there is the a free bus which runs regularly. The hotel is extremely modern and contemporary in design. We stayed on a one bedroom suite. The whole suite was a good size, particularly the bathroom. We had great views over the city of Adelaide as we were at the front of the hotel. The outside communal areas include a barbecue and additional seating. The gym although limited in equipment was also limited in people using it so was actually great! A couple of very minor downsides: 1. I was overcharged on checking in, which was corrected when I questioned. 2. There was no price list for the mini bar - which luckily we didn't take to mean it was free but some might!

Stay at the Majestic M Suites over the weekend. Can't rate this place highly enough, the rooms were brand new and great layout and design, great location, the staff were friendly and no request was an issue. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Went there within the first week of opening and stayed in one the spa room. It was absolutely amazing, the bedding was beyond comfortable, the spa was clean and was able to reach the perfect temperature. The best part was the view at sunset from the balcony. Amazing prices and quality. Will be staying again very soon hopefully the consistency stays 10/10

I stayed for 2.5 months, was great until I needed late checkout and I gave late notice but they couldn't accommodate it. Very poor customer management of longer term client. I will ensure other people in my team stay somewhere else- good way to loose business.

Excellent place. Only find it odd that the 'master bedroom' doors open by sliding 2 ways to a corner and no lock and is a translucent glass. No privacy. The desk is also placed right next to the kitchenette sink so water splashes over very easily. There is a music player right next to the sink i don't think it is waterproof so a bit dangerous. Everything else is excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Spent two nights at M Suites and not only was the 2Br apartment spacious comfortable and with a well appointed kitchen and airy balcony and supermarkets and cafes and parks at your door. But in fact it was the super helpful and professional service by Carolina on the front desk that lifted this stay from good to special! From arranging a late checkout on short notice after a late night out at a concert to recovering a left behind hair curler she just took the quality of the overall experience of staying here to another level. I’ll always stay here when in Adelaide. Thanks again Carolina.

Such a great place to stay, especially if you have young children. We stayed here for 5 nights with our 1-year-old. We normally stay at the Hilton but this is much better value, and feels more luxurious. The apartment was serviced daily, and it was cleaned properly. Having a fully furnished apartment made life easy for us in terms of kitchen utilisation, preparing food and having extra space without needing to upgrade to a suite at a hotel. Parking is an extra cost, but it's in an underground secure car park at the premises which was easily accessible. Some great cafes walking distance nearby and the property is located a few minute drive from the city. Great check in and check out process - we will definitely return.

We had the 3 bedroom unit on the ground floor. Very clean place, comfortable beds with central heating. Quiet environment. Nearby to a nice hip Italian restaurant 2 minutes walk away Red Ruby Flamingo. Underground carpark available at separate charges. 6 minutes drive to shopping area in town. Appreciate that the hotel contacted us to ask us how we want the bed configurations in the bedroom. Pls stay here when in Adelaide.

I don't recommend staying here. The hotel's wifi automatically logs you out every couple of hours and asks you to sign in again. Many times the signing in process doesn't work. If that happens on a Saturday you can forget about trying to get any work done because reception staff won't bother to contact the internet service provider to fix the problem because "it's a Saturday." Hopeless! Also you cannot use a mobile data hotspot from your phone because the signal is so terrible within the hotel. If working online is important to you then do not stay here. Furthermore, many people who have reviewed this hotel have mentioned something similar. If the hotel's manager hasn't fixed the issue after being told about it numerous times it indicates that they don't listen to their guests or try to cater to their needs.

Will definitely be staying again! Our 2 bedroom, top floor, corner balcony apartment was luxurious, modern and spacious. The hotel staff offered exceptional service and we were impressed with everything the hotel had on offer.

I chose to stay here based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews but our stay was just ok. I made back to back bookings of one night and for some reason this was challenging for the front desk. When I checked in, I paid for both nights, then both our keycards stopped working on the second day. The housekeeping department leaves a lot to be desired. The only knife I tried to use was dirty. It had something stuck on it. Quite gross. I booked the spa suite which specifically was supposed to come with bathrobes, but they were not in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. My husband's back hurt after the second night. Service was very mediocre. My husband needed to take a late-night call in the lobby due to the lack of a business center. The music in the lobby was quite loud. He asked the front desk person if he could turn the music down or off, the front desk person said "Why don't you take the call in your room?" It was only after explaining that I was sleeping in the room and he didn't want to wake me that the front desk person turned the music down. I don't think you should have to explain yourself to have the music playing at a reasonable volume in the lobby. The location of the hotel is not ideal either. It's far from a lot of the main touristic sights. In a city as compact as Adelaide, this is actually about as far as you can be. Overall I am quite disappointed as I usually choose my hotels based on reviews when there isn't a Marriott Bonvoy hotel in the city, but Majestic M did not live up to the expectations for me.

This place is amazing. Very new and well appointed. Parking is undercover beaneath building. Suite is well equipped but could be enhanced with a can of spray oil, scissors and some robes. Service is great with Leon 1 greeting us when we checked in and Leon 2 assisting us during our stay. Both were fantastic. Highly recommend staying here, it is really a luxury hotel.

Majestic M is a great option for accomodation in Adelaide. It is new, the space is contemporary and stylish, service is lovely, the mini bar is stocked with local Adelaide goodies and the price is decent. It’s only a 30 minute walk into Adelaide’s CBD and we spent most of our time exploring by foot. Highly recommend!

Best hotel that I've ever lived

Stayed here over the weekend as we had a Great State Voucher. Amazing Hotel and experience from the minute we walked in! Leon was super friendly and attentive to our needs. We were told we had an upgrade at check in but when we got to the room I was devastated to discover there was no bath as this was what I was so looking forward to (as we don't have one at home!). I realised we had been put in a disabled access room and called down to reception to which Leon immediately apologised and found another room for us on the top level for us straight away. He was so lovely about it and even came to our room and walked us up to the new room. Amazingly handled and no issues with it at all. The rooms are beautiful and clean, super comfy huge bed and pillows. Bath was fantastic and the views of the city, Adelaide Oval and foothills are amazing. So many amenities thought of in the rooms, even a dishwasher and laundry! Such great uses of the space! The tall ceilings and mirrors make the room feel so much bigger than it is and feels so luxurious as well. The hotel is so quiet and calming and there's lots of areas to just sit and take a quiet moment. Parking underneath the building is super convenient and such a quick walk to O'Connell street for all the cafes and restaurants and to see Van Gogh alive. Loved it, will definitely be back again!

A modern, stylish and comfortable apartment. A well equipped kitchen. Front load washer. Attractive gardens with tables and chairs. Great North Adelaide location. Friendly and efficient staff. Free bus to the city stops nearby, or walk it! Highly recommended.

*stayed in a 3 bedroom suite* Very spacious, modern rooms! Super clean. King sized bed was heaven to sleep in. Gorgeous big bathrooms, nice products. Would have appreciated staff assisting us to take bags to our room... we were a group and had quite a lot of stuff! For $850+ a night you don't expect to push your own bellboy trolley lol.... They also charged for toothpaste...

Beautifully clean and well presented accomodation. Warm greetings at the entrance and prompt communication when calling reception. Bed was so comfortable & spacious. The only slight irritation was a flickering light in the room when going to sleep - unsure if smoke detector or another device on the roof. Found it difficult to initially fall asleep as someone who sleeps in complete darkness.

Flawless. Majestic M are well located in a beautiful quiet part of Adelaide. The staff are very accomodating and took their time to orient me and give me their recommendations (thank you Avery) and the rooms are very well appointed, quiet, and the beds very comfortable. Small touches like pod espresso with milk, deals with local eateries, and luxe body products all made for a very pleasant stay. You’d be hard pressed to find a better stay in Adelaide for a better price.

We stayed 2 nights in a luxurious 2 bedroom suite…the staff were friendly and so helpful..nothing was too much trouble… The suite was one of the best we’ve ever stayed In.. It was scrupulously clean and smelt beautiful..No invasive air freshener puffing through air con…. The air con was quiet ,the beds linen and pillows were amazing.. We have traveled a great deal and this was by far one of the best hotels ever… 10 out of 10 for this one…

Where do I start? I was a long-stay guest, living there for about a year. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the city and centrally within the nature of North Adelaide. The hotel itself is modern, charming and has all facilities ever needed. Alex and his staff are truly spectacular, and available for assistance and support whenever needed. Honestly, I cannot fault Majestic M Suites. I'll be back, over and over and over and over again! Thank you M Suites Team :)

Everything felt easy, comfortable and exactly as I would want it to be. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and I could have lived there. Fantastic staff, well stocked kitchen, easy parking - and all in the lovely suburb of North Adelaide close to Connell Street. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Excellence is an understatement.... Upon entry we were greeted with lovely smiles at the service desk. We encountered a slight hiccup at check in but was easily rectified. Rooms are very spacious, with beautiful bathrooms & the kitchen has everything you need for a quick stay or longer visit. Coffee machine was a real winner! Beds are a dream and super comfortable and overall, I couldn't fault the whole venue. Walking distance or Uber to amazing restaurants & venues. Highly recommend!
