Wish I could give this place 0 stars! They sold my family a sick pup. Then had the nerve to deny that his sickness was their fault even though our vet has said they've had NUMEROUS dogs with this awful parasite come from this horrid place. BEWARE of this puppy farm. Our beautiful lab did not deserve to die from giardia!

Since purchasing my toy poodle from Boutique Paws In August 2020 I have spent over $10,000 dollars in vet bills due to his various health issues including heart problems, trachea problems, hypoglycemia, bad knees and now severe hip dysplasia - looking at a further $12,000 to fix this. When you buy a dog from Boutique Paws you receive a “12 month health guarantee” which is said to cover any issues if they arise. What they don’t tell you is that if you try contacting them about this, the owner Matt will promise to help (if he even answers at all - good luck with that one) and then gradually stops responding to you, dodging all calls and will eventually just ghost or block you altogether. Read the other reviews here on google and also look up the Walkerville Vet who has spoken out against this despicable business. If you do go ahead and purchase a dog from Boutique Paws then I urge you to get pet insurance from day 1 - you'll need it. In response to the owner's comment below: Lightly stepping on a puppy’s paw doesn’t cause hip dysplasia and that was not the reason he required emergency care, you're well aware of that. Your vet only saw Henry for a checkup before his serious issues began. They then referred us to the Marion Animal Hospital. Every vet and animal hospital we've been to since (which is many) roll their eyes and groan at the mention of "Boutique Paws". Your shop doesn't have a bad reputation for no reason. Another update 2023: Henry has now had to have surgery for a luxating patella on his right leg in addition to the hip dysplasia on his left side.

Got the most beautiful Puggle last year - thanks to the advice from the team, you guys truly care about the puppies, are super knowledgeable and through. Cherry-Biscoff settled into her new home from night one, was already crate trained and didn't cry at night. She passed her puppy school with flying colors and is growing into a beautiful healthy young lady. I can't imagine life without her - so thank you boutique paws!

Can’t believe it’s 2023 and we are still supporting a business that is nothing more than a glorified shopfront for unethical backyard breeders and puppy farms. Think twice before buying a puppy from here as you aren’t only supporting puppy farms but you’re also potentially committing to dog that will have lifetime health issues.

I often don't make time to share positive stories but honeslty have to share this one. Boutique Paws has changed our lifes giving us our best girl. Our girl is healthy and has been tested by our vet for Giardia, this seems to be a public concern and she is NEGATIVE! We couldn't be happier with our fur baby. The serviced received was outstanding. Will answered all my questions (alot of them) and was very informative. Since purchasing Lily we have spoken and shared photos with the breeder. A really great experience. Thank you xxx

We went in 'for a look' and fell in love with our new family member, Molly, a beaglier. The staff were wonderful in helping us - first time dog owners- and were excellent in follow up inquiries as we found our way. Molly is a wonderful addition, so friendly and so loved.

Three puppies were in the store while we visited. All three were some variation of some sort of "doodle". One was clearly stressed and quite underweight which was concerning. Another had a dirty bum with what looked like diarrhea. I couldn't help but wonder what state the mothers must be in of that's the state of the pups that are up for sale?? All in all, quite a sad place disguised as a "boutique". I honestly wasn't even aware that selling puppies in this manner was still legal.

We bought both our cavoodles through boutique paws 12 months apart and we couldn’t be happier. The initial service was excellent! Wil was very supportive and helpful throughout our decision making. A bought my beautiful puppy almost a month ago from here. At first I was a little hesitant due to reading some of these reviews. So I gave them a call and had a reassuring chat and went to meet one of their lovely pups. When we arrived there was many pups all seemed to be happy healthy and in a clean environment. We met our little one and fell in love instantly. Every possible question we had was answered well with a great deal of detail. We ended up taking our pup home with an in depth booklet. This gave us all her information including her breeders information. Very happy I went here and if we ever do get a second one will for sure look here again.

Sold me a golden retriever puppy with several congenital conditions. According to their store policy they should refund or at least pay for the emergency fees. Their boss did a good job at ignoring all my calls and emails.

Seen a few bad experiences on here so I thought I'd share our family's. We purchased a cool little border collie pup, Ralph, from here a few months ago. Great advice and assistance from the team there. They really helped us with taking home our first puppy. He's a perfect pup, very clever and is training extremely fast! After being recommended by friends, I too will recommend these guys to my friends and family. Thanks guys

Hello, I have been receiving email updates from Boutique Paws for a couple of years. Last month, I found the perfect little puppy for me. Will, one of the owners, was more than happy to provide the breeders information, so I could ask my many questions regarding the little one I had fallen in love with. When I went to view the puppy, on a Sunday, Matt was there at the store on Glen Osmond Road. The shop is beautiful, no expense spared to provide quality dog goods, a huge display of collars, leads, harnesses, dog beds, toys and even a snazzy machine that engraves dog tags right there in the shop. I fell in love with my puppy as soon as I saw her. It was so nice to talk about our dogs with Matt, who along with Will, is more dedicated to dogs than anyone I have ever met. I’m sad about the negative reviews that almost prevented me from making contact with Boutique Paws. I can honestly say that I was treated with kindness and respect by both Will and Matt, and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. My little scruffy Poodle x Jack Russell is the most gorgeous little girl. She’s had a few name changes in the first week but we have decided on Polly. Boutique Paws is a Pet shop. Pet shops are illegal in other states in Australia, for good reason. Please read Walkerville Vet Blog before buying a Puppy from this place. These people are exploiting dogs for financial gain. Ask to see the parents before paying for your puppy. Ask them where they get their dogs from, with proof. Read the other reviews Unethical, think about the poor mothers. Greed!

What an awesome experience we had when we picked up our new family addition,a little Foxy Russell. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our puppy is so well adjusted, (slept all night on his first night) and is in perfect health. Thanks guys

Here’s our now around 14 months old Theodore. We were really impressed with the service. I had many many questions after reading the reviews. I guess our only question would be what dog is he? All of the paperwork says he’s meant to be a Maltese Shitzu, but he’s clearly not. We adore him and are looking for another puppy. We adore Teddy but he’s not what we thought we were getting. I would however definitely buy from them again.

Poor customer service, walked in on 24 Feb 2023 enquire about puppies they had but the girl at the reception was very rude. Strongly believe that she must be staff member and not the owner as she was regretting why even I walked in to store. Even the pups looks as if they been abused. Definitely not going to buy pup from this store.

Bought a minibordoodle from here about 18 months ago. Staff were helpful, so initial experience was good. Unfortunately the little man has had problems with his legs ever since. He's not even 2 yet and has elbow and hip dysplasia. Spend thousands on painkillers, x-rays and CT scans all ready, and its only a matter of time before he will need surgery. The genetics on him are all kids of messed up and clearly not from a breeder who has any idea what they are doing. The poor little guy is such an energetic happy boy and I'm being forced to take away all the things he loves doing, so that he's not in constant pain. I have learnt me lesson and will never be buying from here again and recommend people do the same, especially if getting a mixed breed.

I purchased a puppy from Boutique Paws on 20th of July. After a week, puppy was diagnosed with 4 infections including Giardia with symptoms of vomitting and diarrhea. Now it has been 3 months the recommended vet from the shop. He vomited and had diarrhea every 3 hours for over a month, Giardia is of course one of them, and the disease called"Circovirus" is not curable. The owner, Matt said that this virus does not come from the breeder and shop but implied that my dog could possibly got infected from other vets i visited and from my house, which is definitely not true. When i tried to get a refund, he asked me to return my dog back and he could give my money back. After what i have gone through for 3 months with my dog, i wouldn't return the puppy as i would assume none of owners would do who spent so many times and money on the beloved puppy. He is using owner's love to avoid committing his promise, the so called "one year money back guarantee". I was told by a friend of mine that my dog got returned by a buyer from the shop last week. I swear that i wasn't got told this piece of information by the shop at all. When i asked Matt, he told me this is the price i paid meaning i deserve a returned product for the value. As a consumer, this returned puppy is never disclosed during the whole buying process, which is misleading. In addition, the cheaper price from a 'returned product' is what i should expected. Nice business! Well done, Matt. everyone please think carefully if you want to buy the puppy from the shop. see attached of my proof.

the shop was clean, the staff were friendly and professional. When we got the puppy home she was in perfect health and even when we had significant allergy issues at home and needed to return the puppy, they made it really easy to do that and provided the partial refund in the expected time frame with no issues. Even let us know once the puppy had found a new home which was nice. Would highly recommend and will go there again if we're looking for a pet in the future.

I wish I could give zero stars. We bought a standard groodle in the midst of C19 and have been waiting for nearly 2 years for her to reach full size (we were given photos of her 'parents' who were both 25kgs). We have since confirmed we were falsely sold a miniature groodle as she has reached a peak weight of 12kgs. We reached out to Boutique to rectify the situation and have not heard back from them at all. We will be pursuing consumer complaints understanding the Australian Consumer Law.

We ​bought our beautiful poodle from Boutique Paws. She has settled in very well and has captured our hearts. I am thoroughly impressed with Boutique Paws utmost impressive services. Our girl is growing quickly and she is very healthy. Since purchasing our girl we have spoken to the breeder and have shared photos. Would recommend Boutique Paws to all my family and friends.

After our beloved curly coat retriever died in Dec at the ripe old age of 15 our family was absolutely gutted. He had been such a part of our lives that there was this massive hole missing every single day. I swore I wasn't going to consider getting another dog for at least a year. On a whim, our family headed to Boutique Paws so the kids could hang out with some puppies as we all missed having a dog around. After we had been there for a while and seen a couple of rotations of the different dogs (so they could play), the staff brought out a group of AussieDoodles - a breed I had never heard of. I watched them play around a bit and there was one in particular that caught my attention. He was playful, but not over the top, he would watch the other dogs with curiosity and when they were getting a bit too boisterous he would slide under the cupboard and chill out - leaving his back legs sticking out from underneath. When the next rotation came I asked the staff if they could leave him out for a while so we could spend some more time with them - which they were more than happy to do. Anyway, my wife and I start playing with the AussieDoodle puppy more, the kids are already in love with him and I turned to my wife and said, "I think we should get him". It is a decision that I will never regret. "Arlo" is the coolest dog in the world (our son named him from an Episode of Brooklyn 99!). Smart as anything, loving beyond words he has filled a hole that I didn't think could be fixed. He is just as happy chilling out in the backyard as much as when we take him for a walk in the park. He is just a pleasure to have in our lives. The staff at B.P. were so helpful with all the information they gave us and clearly care about all of their dogs. They do a great job with rotating the puppies so they get play time and making customers feel welcome. I can't recommend them enough. We have always planned on getting two dogs so they have each other for company and we already know where the next one will come from.
