Recently
went
to
Cafetal
Coffee
Co
and
was
absolutely
blown
away
by
the
coffee
here
.
They
roast
their
own
beans
with
a
roasting
machine
that
is
sitting
in
the
middle
of
the
shop
,
and
there
is
a
selection
to
chose
from
on
the
shelves.
They
also
are
direct
and
Fair
Trade
with
the
coffee
coming
direct
from
Columbia
.
Had
an
almond
latte
with
the
Castillo
fermented
beans
-
very
sweet
first
impressions
with
chocolate
undertones
.
I
also
enjoyed
a
Latin
arepa
-
which
is
a
gluten
free
cornbread
tortilla
with
chorizo
that
isn’t
too
spicy
,
which
goes
well
with
the
coffee
.
When
we
mentioned
to
one
of
the
staff
that
we
enjoy
tasting
different
coffees
,
she
bought
out
a
piccolo
(
a
small
sized
latte
)
for
us
to
try
of
the
Castillo
Natural
-
which
was
seriously
one
of
the
best
coffees
that
I’ve
ever
tasted
.
It
was
very
aromatic
and
had
a
sweet
fruity
smell
(
that
was
the
caramelised
passionfruit
)
and
it’s
notes
were
very
complex
-
almost
like
fortified
wine
with
its
undertones
of
citrus
.
You
can
take
your
coffee
home
in
bean
form
or
they
will
gladly
grind
your
beans
for
you
if
you
don’t
have
a
grinder
.
If
I
could
bottle
the
smell
of
this
coffee
and
use
it
for
a
room
spray
I
would
.
If
people
are
interested
,
they
also
have
a
small
shop
where
they
sell
some
South
American
food
.
A
very
bright
,
airy
space
which
was
friendly
and
welcoming
.
