Went about a week or two ago for dinner. Made a reservation for 7:30, arrived right on time, and then was told there was a 20 minute wait regardless of reservations. Seemed kind of pointless then. Hostess seemed rude about it. Got appetizers to share instead of entrees. The calamari tasted very plain and not crispy, disappointing honestly. Tasted “not fresh/old” I guess? Coconut shrimp were amazing but kind of bummed it only came with 6. Cheddar biscuits were great of course. Waitress was very kind and gave us good attention. Was slightly annoying that I had to keep asking for refills because the cups were so full of ice every time they refilled, there was barely any drink. Overall, I miss how good this place used to be. Seems like it’s gone downhill since last year.

First time dining here. The place is usually packed whenever I drive by. Chelsea was excellent as a server. She was both friendly and personable. My wife and I both ordered their “3 from the Sea” special. You get a choice of a soup or salad, appetizer and an entree. I thought the entrees would be small portions, but I was amazed at how big the dishes were when they arrived at our table. Neither of us could finish and had them boxed up to take home. Overall, it was a very good deal and a delightful dining experience.

What else can be said other than everything was excellent! Plenty of parking. Handicapped accessible entry and seating. Fresh and delicious seafood. Courteous and efficient wait staff. Clean and inviting restaurant and atmosphere. Definitely recommend and definitely going regularly!

2.5, mostly based on service level & cleanliness of restaurant. Both of which were very good. I hadn't been in a RL in ages. Decided to try it, on a whim. The food is what it is. High priced, mass produced, mediocre seafood. Texture, size, preparation. They're even (& I know this isn't a local decision) up charging to choose a salad as a side. If this is food you like, great. For me, though, there are so many better options...within a very short drive...for seafood.

-5 stars. The WORST customer service. 1. Our reservation was given to a group that arrived shortly before our scheduled time. (A reservation made well in advance) 2. Negotiated tables to be arranged in general dining area only to be asked to leave as more of our party arrived AND without provocation was threatened to have law enforcement called to escort us out. But thank you because if your staff and management is so INCOMPETENT I could only imagine the staff you have in the kitchen. NEVER would I EVER bring my business to this establishment. Surely your training program for employees is done in crayon.

Friendly waitress. Fast service. Endless shrimp. The dragon spice shrimp had a perfect amount of heat. The coconut shrimp is too sweet.

Shay was our server and her service truly made my experience so much better, she kept the shrimp coming!! We didn’t have to feel guilty about that all you can eat. She was amazing, i just want to know if she works every Saturday.

The waiter was absolutely the best, which made our visit exceptionally great!

Our server Tony made our meal spectacular today. He went above and beyond. The food is as good as any red lobste. But Tony is the man. Will definitely come back to eat here with my friends and family.

Well, I just exchanged $32 + $5 tip of hard earned dollars for what you see in the pictures. I ordered the Stuffed Flounder topped with lobster with rice and mashed potatoes for my sides. Also 6 extra biscuits. In addition to whatever this is I was given, I was missing the rice and two of the six biscuits. And to add a little extra insult, the mashed potatoes were cold and hardened into the shape of a hockey puck 😢. Welcome to Indiana ✌🏾

We made a RESERVATION for fathers day. Days in advance. We get there on time and are told we have to wait an hour and that basically it doesn't matter. What is the point of a reservation or reserving a table if they are too incompetent to actually follow through. Will be letting EVERYONE we know not to dine here if they want any planned event or holiday out to eat to go smoothly. And there were open tables. I've been a server and a host, reservations are not rocket science

With a parking lot filling up on a Friday night, we were surprised that we were able to walk in a be seated at 5. We were seated in the bar area and had exceptional service. Clean tables and decent atmosphere made this evening enjoyable. Food was served in a timely manner and was wonderful. Cajun chicken pasta and Cajun shrimp trio I believe were the meals. Excellent food. Can't wait to go back. As we were leaving, I heard someone in the car next to us mention their wait would be 35 minutes.

We went yesterday 6/18/23 for father's day. We got there around 6pm - we wanted to try and get an early dinner in and out of the way to get home at a decent time. We had no wait in terms of getting a table - we did the online waitlist. However, it took close to 20 minutes to get our drinks. Another waitress brought our appetizer. However, I should of known at about 30 minutes after the waitress took our order, she came back to ask what else my husband wanted for his ultimate feast, I knew she had just put our order in at that time. Two tables who seated after us got there dinner before us. All we needed was my shrimp, our daughters french fries and chicken strips and my husbands meal. At 7:45pm we decided to leave $40 on the table and leave. Our daughter was hungry, we were too, and we had been there for almost 2 hours and still no food in site. We saw our waitress a total of maybe 3 times - my drink sat empty for 30+ minutes. The service was all around horrible. I understand a long kitchen wait, short staffing, but please tend to us and check in on us periodically to keep us updated. What a horrible father's day for my husband. We found ourselves in a Mcdonald's drive through at almost 8pm to feed our toddler. We won't return.

This red lobster is wonderful! The food is always cooked just right and is very fresh. The waiters and waitresses are always very cheerful and VERY attentive to their customers. They are very quick to get food out, and pretty reasonably priced as well. Their deals for different days of the week are FANTASTIC, and their cocktails/mixed drinks are delicious and well made. Definitely recommend this red lobster!

Went here for my brother in law's birthday. My wife had a steak which was more than well done but somewhat edible. She had ordered it medium. Our son had three different kinds of shrimp and they were all good. Our daughter had the chicken tenders which were really good. I ordered the fish and chips. I figured it's red lobster, they have to do fish well. I was very wrong. The fries were good. Thank goodness for them and the amazing biscuits because this fish was awful. When was the last time the oil was changed? I doubt they know. The taste was horrible and the fish had the consistency of a washcloth. I did not say anything because I had eaten all the fries and biscuits. Our server was great and was very attentive. For what we paid for the meal there are much better places to get fish and chips.

Pretty empty, but that meant fast service, piping hot cheddar bay biscuits, and the feshest, best coconut shrimp I've had in a long, long time. Also, spend the extra $3.50 for the bacon mac & cheese side. It's amazing.

Good place for Sea food .. Their Shrimp Trio is lit , scallops & salmon too ! They have chicken & meat option too , if you are not into fish . Make prior reservation if you come with group . Definitely going back

Servers very good, overpriced food, not so much . Tough little shrimp, red, almost still frozen hamburger in the middle of my" well done " sandwich .

Enjoyed our lunch from here. I ordered the shrimp scampi, my co worker got the spaghetti with angel hair pasta, also the chocolate cake is to die for.. Yum!!! I only got a picture of the cake and ice cream...

Lots of food and good service. However, everything feels super greasy and tastes the same.

Does not cater to the customers needs. Asked for a full size table for 2 people. We end up ordering extra to take home.we usually spend $80. They didn’t want to accommodate us.would rather give it to 6 people,even though we waited.the manager said she couldn’t do it. My money spends just as well anywhere else. Went to Olive Garden instead. Their loss, my gain. We will never go here again.

We went here on Sunday evening and there was a wait time so we sat at the bar, which is our preference anyways. There were four others at the bar all with their own complaints but we decided to give it a try anyways as we hadnt been here in awhile...We were greeted pretty promptly, I ordered a water for now and my husband a drink. Meanwhile she came back 5 or so minutes later and asked if we wanted any apps, we declined(still waiting on drinks) the couple next to us said they had been there for quite sometime and here comes a runner that brought out 2 orders of shrimp cocktail-the gentleman said that he ordered coconut shrimp not shrimp cocktail.The wife said 'we've been here this long and you brought us shrimp on ice?!' The bartender just said you can have those and I'll put the coconut shrimp in, which mistakes happen but no apology or anything. We did not see the bartender again, after waiting 25+ minutes with no drinks we ended up leaving. very disappointed.

Server was so amazing. She kept us full on drinks. Answered all my fiance's questions. Even offered him a new potato after he ate most of it cause it has sour cream. We had the best expierence

Great customer service and the waitress is very polite as she's taking my lunch order of crab luiguini Alfredo with bacon wrapped scallops and a key lime pie for dessert.

This place is Bu far the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. More rubber than a tire store and the time it took for our meal to come out was felonious. Absolutely no standards at all!!!
