Sarah is truly AMAZING. The whole process was great. We traveled from Iowa to her location to have my son’s 1st birthday. Ms. Sarah was so professional with providing me with EVERYTHING I needed. If she didn’t provide a service she went out her way to find me someone who did. Once we arrived she was still hands on. She’s the true meaning of “service beyond the sale”. The place was so nice and clean. They already had the tables and chairs placed the way I wanted and everything. I can go on and on about how amazing this place was a the service my family received. If I could give 100 STARS I would still need more to say how stellar everything was from start to finish.

Rio Park Events is the perfect space for any Birthday party or special event! The space can fit a bounce house inside and has everything you want for your party. This was a surprise party. And it was a hit ! This was so convenient. I love being a part of the RiverPark community and Mishawaka ave. Is the heart of our small town attraction. Location location location. Has plenty of room inside. Parking lot is small but we had no problem with parking. Clean inside. Has a kitchen inside. Rio Park Events is perfect. Great place to rent out if your having an event. Lots of space and very clean, we had a great time here for my nephew graduation party.

Rio Park Events is hands down a unique, comfortable, chic, and perfect venue to host a birthday party or any type of celebration you choose. The proprietors are extremely accommodating, helpful, and organized. They had every detail set up and arranged upon our arrival to decorate. Their facility is very clean, wheelchair accessible, and well maintained. I cannot say enough positive comments about the owners going above and beyond to make our experience stress free. Their venue has so much to offer!

Recently had my daughter's first birthday party there and the place was perfect <rented the big hall! Sarah was awesome; wonderful communication and made herself available when we needed her. We had no issues with setting up- she even let the balloon ppl in when we were running behind. We will be looking into booking this place again in the future.Thankyou so much!

The small hall at the SouthBend location was amazing. Lots of space, kitchen and restrooms were clean when the hall was given to us. The sound was easy to connect and use. Overall an amazing hall for small gatherings.

Completely disrespectful of their neighbors. Music so loud the beat can be heard across the street and let's not get started on the parking even though they have a massive parking lot with parking around their building do they bother asking their patrons not to park in front of residential buildings such as the one across the street where residents in the apartments have nowhere to park on nights or any other time for that fact that they have their events. Ps, Parking lot behind that building belongs to the business owners, nor am I resident of that building. So please if you're out to show out get your facts straight and come correct.

My daughter just had her reception there. We couldn't get in to decorate until a hour before it started. No kitchen, just a mini fridge. It was there when we booked the venue. All along the way, they tried to get us to change dates. I think they wanted to rent to someone they knew. I think if we had had the time, we could have gotten somewhere nicer for the money they changed. Would not recall it, I knew after she tried to get us to change the date, that I knew I wouldn't get my deposit back.

The event was awesome! The Rio staff were amazing. Everyone was very flexible and accommodating. They were very equipped and knowledgeable with any service you may need. Definitely, booking my next party with Rio Park Events.

The hall was warm, acoustics were good,beautifully decorated. I think they might have worked all night to get it right for our event and they were all smiles when we arrived.

Was looking for a rental item last minute and was worried and response time and availability. They responded right away, had great customer service, friendly and wasn’t trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing like a lot of other rental/event companies. They will be my first call everytime for my future events! Great experience! 10/10

Held my daughters babyshower there 9/11/21 weekend...absolutely beautiful venue & amazing owners to work with....many compliments on the venue

We recently celebrated a baby shower for my wife. The party halls is big, allows for good social distance, convenient parking lot for guests, plenty of lights and most importantly, the wonders were extremely attentive and professional. Thank you for making our memories more meaningful.

The rio center is a great place to rent from the people they are amazing I haven't even met them yet and person and throughout this whole thing they have been nothing but kind and genuine towards me and being able to help me out in the customer service is everything to me and I have to say I give their customer service a plus I will rent from them any day and I recommend them highly recommend them to anybody that's looking to rent a place for an event this is the place

Recently went to this venue for a wedding/reception. Very nice place to have small gathering/event. I'd say it can comfortably hold about 150 people.
