Had a basic manicure on my natural nails to tidy them up more than anything. Asked that my eponychium not be cut but pushed back, which therapist Sarah kindly did. I found Sarah to be a lovely therapist. She was polite, calm and took her time to do a super job on my nails. She explained each stage of the process and delivered a high standard of customer service. Good value, and highly recommended 👍

Absolutely amazing afternoon with Lauren who organised the most adorable make up lesson for my 12 year old daughter and her two friends. Attention to detail was incredible; getting them cupcakes and little treats. And then so so patient with them. Just the right amount of information and tips on what to avoid. They absolutely loved it. 🥰

I have been having my nails done by Jenny for quite a few months now and I am always happy with them. This time I have had a lovely summer blue colour by BIAB with some sparkly glitter from the cuticle fading downwards. They look great and I love them! Jane - Horbury

Melissa was so welcoming and friendly during my visit, and made all of my treatments (Friday 3x 20 min treatments package) very enjoyable. Melissa made it so the treatments were planned well, without there being gaps between each treatment or having to change room, move about, or it disrupting the overall experience, they transitioned naturally to each treatment. I especially enjoyed the the express facial which I had, which felt so relaxing and soothing for my skin. Thank you so much!

Felt very comfortable through out! Melissa checked everything ok was throughout which I appreciated as I wasn’t sure on the pressure of the massage I wanted. I can’t wait to come back, felt very relaxed after and eased a lot of tension.

It was my first time visiting the beauty spa today and I can definitely say I’ll be returning. Such a beautiful salon with peaceful music. I had my appointment with Sarah for waxing , she is a very welcoming and friendly girl. I enjoyed chatting with her and once she had finished each treatment she made sure I was happy with the end result.

Friendly professional service. Made to feel very welcome. Relaxing, friendly and professional service. Had fingers and toes file and polish. Had help with choosing colour. Checked regularly i was happy with everything. Eyebrows done. Advice given on skin toner for giving me a glow for a wedding i was attending. Grateful for all assistance and attention i was given. Fantastic. A warm welcome, very knowledgeable. My daughter has never had a facial done before, so purchased a Hydra Facial as a pre-Christmas gift. She was highly delighted at the service and result. We will be back that's for sure.

My first visit to the Beauty Spa and I assure you it won’t be my last! They were incredibly accommodating at short notice and I was impressed with every meme we of staff who all engaged with me. My beautician was fantastic and I found the whole experience to be an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!!

Leanne was fantastic as usual. I had mentioned seeing tortoiseshell nails online so she practiced at home and then did my nails tonight. They look fabulous and I just want to go around showing everybody! Would recommend Leanne to anyone
