We came toward the end of the evening around 7 o’clock. It was quiet but could tell they’d had a busy day as some tables were still not cleaned and staff looked tired. Service was slow and the food took a while to come. Once our food was placed it seemed like the food had been left sitting for a long time as the kids pasta dish was very dry and the kids side of corn on the cob was dry to and the microwaved pizza was rock hard. The grilled Salmon dish didn’t look appetising therefore I didn’t touch or eat it. I certainly wasn’t the £16.49 it was priced at. The roast new potatoes weren’t roasted neither were the roast butternut squash. There was no parsley and garlic sauce served with it.

They have just added a new menu and I choose this skewer dish which was amazing. It’s actually a vegan choice ( I am not a vegan I hasten to add) but I loved the idea of it and am glad I had it. Possibly the best vegan dish I have seen. Lovely team too.

Shame on you Tree Tops and Greene King. We booked this place as their online menu had the widest range of Vegan options. We arrived and waited in a queue about 10 minutes to be greeted by a server handing a very large list of items they didn't have including all! Vegan options and many of the grill items, even out of salad! On a Friday I mean come on! There was no warning in the online booking system or in the confirmation email from the pub. A completely wasted journey . Lucky for us the nearby Punch Bowl pub could seat us and had a brilliant evening there.

Haven't been for quite some time and read mixed reviews. We were having a family get together and there were 15 of us. Booked at Treetops because tbh they were the only place who could take us without any hassle. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. We all ordered a variety of food and it all came at the same time and was nice and hot. Everyone commented on how good the food was and we all had a nice time. When we ordered dessert the waiter came and told us there might be a wait as they were getting busy but we didn't have to wait long at all. A special mention to the young waiter who was very professional and patient as one or two of the party changed things slightly. I think his name is George. Thank you for a lovely meal.

This pub was so nice. The staff was attentive and friendly (especially Katelyn-sorry if I spelled it wrong). Food was surprisingly good. I mean surprisingly because after reading the reviews I wasn't expecting it to be that nice. Chicken and vegetables could be grilled a bit longer but was tasty. Salmon was moisture and very well flavoured. Super nice atmosphere. Plus it’s all at an affordable price. Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Turned up on Thu evening with booking and it was not busy. The staff managed to fit us in within 15 minutes. The food is good portions but the taste as normal. Nice staff and many choices.

Very disappointed. Menu so extensive so kitchen can't cope I think. Carrots cooked but bland. Cabbage and cauliflower warmed not cooked. Supposed crispy roasties dry and like boiled with thick skin. Mash good and turkey very good. Please don't choose Eton mess as it isn't. Just messed up. Staff good. Parking good. We should have tried the breakfast menu as that might be better. If a menu looks too good to be true?

Had a date day with the husband and wanted to go somewhere different for food, so popped into tree tops, what a lovely pub, staff are super friendly, very helpful. And the food is amazing. I have to say ''best steak' I've had so far. Cooked perfect. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back!!!

Nice place to hang out, dog friendly which is a plus but food is mediocre, expensive for pub food, one main course one drink cost £25 per person

Visited Tree Tops this week for the first time in years! Loved it, the food and service are excellent. Would have liked more variety in the menu, but all our meals were plentiful and delicious. We will be back!

Had a Sunday dinner, it wasn't great, roast pots looked like they came out of a packet hard and not roasted like they should be, peas and broccoli were cold, turkey wasn't nice, it was luke warm. My friend had a burger that was really good. Staff were brilliant they offered a refund for the Sunday dinner.

Staff are always switched on & very friendly. Play area & outdoor seating. Very clean & tidy. Like everywhere, it's gone up in price, particularly the drinks. Sunday lunches are a bit hit & miss but the rest of the menu is usually quite good, with lots of vegetarian options. Good for larger gatherings but always need to book.

Steak was very good, cooked to my liking. Plates could have been hotter as the chips were only lukewarm. A bit mean with the chips compared to other places. All the desserts were great, enjoyed by all the group. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Ok place. But Don't accept a table near the bar on Saturday evening.

Lovely pub to come to for a reasonably priced meal. The steak was tender, juicy and good quality with no gristle and was cooked perfectly. The staff were all so pleasant and welcoming. Service was quick and efficient. We will definitely be back for meals in the future.

We had lunch for 3 of us to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food was lovely, reasonably priced and the service was efficient. Not surprisingly, the place proved to be very popular. What sets the Tree Tops ahead of some other Green King establishments that it is the quality of staff that you employ that makes the difference. Thank you.

Visited this pub a couple nights ago, Nadine served us and what can i say!… nothing was too much to ask. We could see how busy she was, cleaning up and making sure everyone was seen to and happy. She was so kind and helpful and really cheerful. She made our experience at this pub really enjoyable and we will definitely be revisiting again! Thank you so much 😊

Very busy at lunchtime today so it was a good job we had booked. Service was a bit slow between courses but the food was hot and tasty. We ordered apple crumble with custard for dessert and asked for extra custard for which we were charged £1.00 each. I know times are hard but that seemed rather mean - they should have just filled up the jugs.

Visited for the first time today, for an anniversary lunch. The service was prompt and the food delicious. My husband enthused about his delicious well cooked steak. We will certainly return and can highly recommend.

Don’t work here. If your looking for a job this is the last place that I would recommend. First of all, there are very little staff benefits, the only free food you get are the left over scraps in the kitchen. Staff will only act nice to your face and talk badly about you behind your back. During my time there I felt very excluded with the older staff being more praised. I was constantly frowned upon for the smallest mistakes and the pressures of the job is not worth the pay (minimum wage). Finally, my experience got worse when leaving as I felt very deceived by the company. Despite the agreements in my contract about my pay in my last weeks, they failed to issue me the correct pay and declined my calls and texts when I tried to communicate. I also found out that I was approved of too many holidays (they said I was entitled to them but turns out I wasn’t). As a result, I had to take matters into my own hands and issue the problem with the payroll department. In conclusion, if your job hunting, look elsewhere!

Food is great, service not so. I’ve been here a few times and the food is always nicely cooked and good value. However the service let’s it down staff showed us to our table quickly and order was taken swiftly after this we had to ask for everything, more drinks, tables to be cleared and desert menus and then I had to get up to ask for the bill. All in all it’s okay and wouldn’t stop me going back but needs improvement

not good. we had ordered chicken wing and onion wing . but they just a little bit warm . and we had ordered tomahawk for medium rare but it was overcooked which ruined the steak 😒

During half term, the weather was great and we wanted a relaxed place to enjoy a lovely dinner with the family. A place that could accommodate everyone’s needs, and Tree Tops – Pub and Grill was the famous choice for everyone. I hadn’t been to it before myself but as soon as I got there it was clear as to why it was chosen by my family. The outdoor space was specious. The outside tables are set in a way that you don’t feel unsafe because you are too close to another group having their lovely time during this pandemic. The children’s play area was a hit with our 5 year old and ensured she also had the best evening as the grownups enjoyed their drinks and lovely chat. The pub is great looking and setup in a quiet neighbourhood, great foods and amazing service with very warm staff. Totally recommend this pub.

A nice pub with a good ambiance. Came here with a friend for lunch on a Friday. Good menu selection at reasonable prices. Had Rump steak which was tender and nicely cooked. I asked for Medium rare and got medium rare. The fries were a little under cooked for my liking but tasted nice. They were happy to provide a portion of peas in instead of the lettuce stated on the menu. My friend had nicely presented Piri Piri Chicken with rice and pineapple which was spicy HOT! Very hot! It was too hot for him to eat. The friendly staff were happy to change the meal so that was good. My experience was such that I would recommend this pub for a lunch time meal but beware of the Piri Piri!

Dreadful meal. Still discovering where to eat in this area, but so disappointing. Not pricey I know, but if you can't get a Sunday Roast half right that says it all. Beef looked like offcuts, ,top tough to chew, veggies and roast potatoes certainly looked and tasted frozen. Shame, nice stafff and , nice building .

Staff are brilliant but most of the items we ordered weren't in stock, this was relayed back to us around 20 minutes after ordering. My meal was perfect but others in our party complained of poor food and bad stomach the day after. Used to be brilliant, genuinely don't know what's happened to it.

Very pleased with the food! We hadn’t eaten in a Greene King for a very long time and we expected average mass produced pub grub. We ordered the Katsu curry and a burger and both were absolutely delicious! The pub looks as if it has had a very recent refit as is immaculate. We will definitely be retuning again.
