Very busy pub especially for breakfast. Food service is normally fast. Great game is trying to search for salt & pepper and sauces. That's if you can find a free table as well.

Lovely place. Helpful staff. Had a lovely meal with a drink. Only downside, as with all places, cos I don't eat all my food in 15mins they try and take my plate away. LEAVE ME ALONE and let me nibble on my cold food at my pace. I enjoy my food and hate being rushed. So stop. Let people eat their own pace.

It's conveniently located in Bullwell Town centre. It's a lovely and well decorated historical building... the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was good, but the meat is overcooked for a mixed grill, so it's dry! Drinks service at the bar is efficient!

First visit to this Wetherspoons (in Nottingham for the beer festival). Very impressive decor, tidy, good real ale choice and enough staff serving on a Saturday late morning. To be honest not much else in Bulwell, recommended totally. Please note this Wetherspoons is in Bulwell as Google just lumps everything into Nottingham as the geographic location !

Went for breakfast was pleasantly surprised last time I went for breakfast it smelled like rotten beer lol anyway breakfast was lovely fresh hot and tasty a bit tight on the baked beans tho lol. Love the bottomless hot drinks. In these hard times for many people a couple of hots drinks for £1.49 is a bargain. Will be coming back just for the drinks alone never mind the lovely breakfast 🙂. Friendly staff, young man very pleasant and went out his way to get me some sauces 🙂

Went for some lunch when visiting my sister. The food was nice , nothing wrong with it but the tables were sticky and the menus had dried food all over them. Toilets were clean and the bar staff were nice

It was super busy when we went in, but the staff were still super chill, we got our drinks delivered to the table within a few minutes and the food was incredible! Highly recommend the buttermilk burger.

A small wetherspoons with dim lighting. I had an IPA and the meal combo, margarita pizza and Hazy Jane. The IPA was very good (see photos). There's an interesting range cooker in the cosy back room

Well it’s in Bulwell, which I assume you know because you’ve been? You’re going? Or you were going to go? Anyway, the building is beautiful (as with most, not all, spoons.) It’s efficient, friendly, cheap and clean. Nicely air conditioned too. Big thumbs up for Charlotte who is a star ⭐️

Been eating in weatherspoon for along time and it's not been to bad BUT tonight I was completely gobsmacked when my steak and kidney pie mash and peas came out I thought I ordered a child's meal but I was starving so I wanted to eat it, but when I cut open the pie and scraped the 3 tiny pieces of meat out of it I felt like I was robbed it was very insulting, not be going to eat there again ,

Downstairs toilet and large outdoor smoking area. Disabled friendly. Only downside is they run out of stuff due to popularity. Food always out quick. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had breakfast here today. Had the large breakfast which was better than expected. There were 2 of everything and tasted pretty good with the exception of the very cheap tasting sausages which let it down. It was all clean with plenty of tables and different rooms for chairs and tables or relaxation settee and tables. Atmosphere was good. Would definitely try again but soo let down by sausages! Can book once sat at tabke and payed online. Service was quick too. Nice easy parking in Tesco's with a 2 minute walk. Would definitely go again but may not eat the sausages next time!

AMAZINGLY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING TOWARDS YOUNG PEOPLE WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS!!! We went back to weather spoons as use to come here regularly, lovely food nice staff relaxed setting! we always found this place helpful and friendly .. My son has autism and has sensory processing disorder! This makes going places a bit of a challenge! He only eats and drinks very specific things...so drinks can be really hard..we ask places if we can buy the glass...so you pay for a drink but use your own drink never mind doing this as it's understandable {places don't let nor like you to use your own food&drink } the place doesn't lose out on the payment and my son get to have a drink of his own choice! We have been turned down even though they make money and keep their product in places.... When I explained and asked not only were we allowed to use our own drink we were not charged for a drink in its place!!!!! Nor did we get funny looks or judgment.....we found this place couldn't be more helpful friendly . We had a delicious meal.. My stake was cooked beautifully.. Brilliant value.. Happy son.. Happy and full brother.. And happy me! Be back at least once a month from now on! THANK YOU to the young guy who served and helped us,and the lady manager for her help and understanding .....

Good price for a breakfast, and fill up on hot drinks. Nice decor inside and service was fine.

I have visited this witherspoon on several occasions, and two others in Nottingham Sherwood, and town centre. I can honestly say that this is the best run witherspoon I have been to by a country mile. For these reasons. Well staffed.hard working professionals, the establishment was kept clean dispit being very busy.the toilets were cleaned regularly Tables were kept clean.empty glasses were taken away promptly. Menus and tables were wiped clean and not sticky. And I was particularly impressed with the food which was cooked and presented to a high standard, and was leaving the kitchen at a rate of knots. The manager was leading from the front, and seemed like a superb person to work for. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bulwell. *****

"Sorry for the inconvenience" to the people are driving all the way here to find a silly little piece of A4 paper stuck to the front door. It's not really good enough.

As usual Wetherspoons provide value for money haven’t had food here so can’t comment. Only downside is cleanliness tables are sticky and I mean sticky and dirty. That’s why I dropped a star.

A great Wetherspoons. It has a nice local feel to it. I find it clean including the toilets. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Good cheap pint too. I like the historic feel to the pub with the statue and the flags. Wood panelling and a great bar with plenty of choice. Huge fireplace looks great in Winter when the fire is lit.

👍👍 Absolutely amazing! I went to have lunch on my graduation day with my friends. Food was very flavourful and cocktails were nice. Special dietary options are available and you always get 2-4-1 cocktails. Service was really friendly and approachable. Ambience and music is just cherry on top.
