Amazing experience today for lunch! I am a coeliac and was quite worried about how the food was prepped. I spoke with Diane and Shannika and they both assured me that everything was prepared with great care. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very kind :) The burger was delicious! It was really nice to have a GF bun that didn't fall to pieces :) Highly recommend if you are gluten free/coeliac! :)

Food is always fantastic! Staff are friendly and engaging. Monika delivered 1st class service, an asset to your team. Id happily have her work on my team. Definitely recommend for a quick snack or evening meal

Surprisingly decent sandwich but the garlic bread starter was shocking in comparison. Food came very quick so debatable on freshness again can't complain on the price £10

Shakira was very polite and pleasant, food turned up with ten minutes or ordering. Ordered the wedge salad and Haddock and chips, food was spot on. Glass of wine to finish. Would definitely recommend

Not a fantastic experience sadly. We had to wait quite a while for our drinks order then even longer for our food. I told them I had an allergy to black pepper and the waitress said I don't think we use it . I had to ask her to go and double check which she did.. and they have black pepper in the sausages... Good job I asked to check as I had ordered the mixed grill. They kindly replaced my sausages with an extra chicken breast, however it was enemic and tastless :-( the other chicken on dishes looked lovely and grilled, I think mine had been poached in water. I was also expecting a huge dinner as I'd seen my partner order mixed grills before and they were massive but sadly the portions weren't what I expected especially for £16.99. I ate all of mine no problem. When the waitress asked if we wanted dessert menus I jumped at the chance as was still hungry. I almost wished I hadn't of bothered as for nearly £6 my dessert was a little ball of mousse covered in dark chocolate.... didn't come with any side options of ice cream etc. Very expensive for what you got. The service was ok. The toilets however... the dryer is practically over the sink and when you put the tap on not only does it splash everywhere but the dryer automatically starts. Definitely didn't think that one through. Would we go again... not sure.

Absolutely one to avoid Awful service waitresses spent too much time talking to themselves and Sod the customer Food was cold and small portions £19.95 for two course Xmas dinner Glad i got a free voucher. Never again ☺️

We ordered 2 of the exact same roast dinners yet 1 came with about 10 parsnips and 1 came with none, 1 came with pigs in blankets and 1 came with none, 1 came with lots of roast potatoes and 1 came with alot less. Also normally gravy always come separate but it came already poured all over our food which I hate! So had a plate full of soggy food! Could also hear the staff right next to us talking about us as if we couldn't hear! Won't ever come back here!

2 visits, food was ok on the first one, ribs the second night were completely forgettable, not well trimmed, sauce was half hearted, corn spears were tiny, chips and meat mid warm, guys, fries aren't hard to do to order. Server Emily the first night was on the ball and great, second evening I'm still waiting for them to check how it was. Food presentation left a lot to be desired both days.

Breakfast is not unlimited as advertised, my order came with many items missing and the waitress used the excuse of the kitchen running out of items! This was a lie as on leaving I spotted the chef plating up said items for other customers! They still want to charge full price of course! Poor service.

Quite a chilled atmosphere in a large pub. Food was nice, fish and chips and reasonable price. The menu could offer more choice if Im honest. Staff were really really good. Polite, friendly and helpful.

My Aunty had the Calamari starter, followed by the Beer Battered Haddock. I had 2 starters. Wings with HOT sauce (delish) and Calamari. Soft, juicy, succulent. The waitress was also superb. Friendly and enthusiastic.

Not bad, the food could of been a bit better. The ribs aren't cooked with any sauce (although it says they are glazed) so they come out plain and they just don't taste of anything. My lasagne was lovely. The starters were average and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing service from *Adele*, thank you. Didn't like the freeze-dried (like plastic) orange slice in my cocktail 🤢 and she kindly found some fresh orange for me. Steaks were cooked to perfection. 🏆 Would be good to see the outside area tidied a little, (tons of weeds, general rubbish) . We happened to be passing but wouldn't revisit due to the place looking very 'tired' ..

Thanks so much Rachel and the team today. Came with our 1 year old daughter for lunch. She absolutely loved the mac and Cheese, flatbread and dessert! Staff were really friendly and accommodating!

Unspectacular, safe and reliable. However very understaffed and thd kitchen was unorganised when I went

Ordered soup for a starter which was the Heinz tomato soup you get out of a can. No bread to go with it! Mains was ok. Ordered vegan burger and chunky chips. Burger was well cooked but again it was out of the packet cooking. Chips were better though. Dessert was very tasty and definitely the best of the 3.

I generally cannot fault the food my steak was perfectly cooked and everything was tasty. However I felt that the service seemed to be a little off tonight. 30/10/2022. There was a few fake smile but everybody looked quite miserable. I do hope that everything's okay but feel that whatever was going on behind the scenes was having a detrimental effect to the way the staff were acting. They were quite rude and fairly disinterested. It's a shame especially with the food being so nice.

Went for Sunday lunch here and honestly, one of the worst Sunday lunches I've ever had. We went as a party of four, two of us had the No Chicken vegetarian roast, one chicken roast, and one Chick N Ribs plate. The 'No Chicken' fillet was small and rock hard at the edges, carrots and peas were soft, half-cold and watery, the roast potatoes were undercooked and greasy. For the Chick N Ribs, the ribs came with barely any BBQ sauce, and the chips were yellow, undercooked and almost cold when they arrived. Service also left much to be desired - mildly pleasant was the best it got. On putting one of the roast dinners down, a Yorkshire pudding rolled off the plate onto the table, and the server simply picked it up and put it back on the plate. No one asked how our meal was, and it seemed like the staff were just happy to go through the motions and get us out as soon as possible. Cleanliness seemed a problem, and the women's toilet was disgusting - the skirting rail had come off and you could see what looked like mouse droppings in a gap between the wall and the floor. Absolutely no pride from staff in the quality of food or service. Avoid - especially at the prices when you could visit an independent restaurant for much better food at the same cost!

Food wasn't as good as previous visits. Over priced for what it was. Shame chose to come here for birthday meal

Decidedly average, no pride in the presentation of the food, suspect food poisoning as I was iffy and the next week my hotel said they had a guest with issues as well.
