We
booked
a
table
online,
and
when
we
came
in
we
weren’t
greeted
by
anyone
so
we
tried
to
find
our
table
ourselves,
which
we
did.
My
partner
went
up
to
the
bar
to
order
our
food
and
was
stood
there
for
10
minutes
plus
not
being
served
whilst
at
least
3
different
members
of
staff
walked
past
him
multiple
times
and
ignored
him.
Just
as
we
were
about
to
leave,
somebody
finally
came
over
to
the
till
to
take
our
order.
We
wanted
to
use
blue
light
discount,
however
they
wouldn’t
accept
the
card
we
presented,
they
needed
it
on
an
app,
which
we
didn’t
have.
My
partner
spent
another
10
minutes
trying
to
download
the
app
but
signal
wasn’t
great
so
he
had
to
stand
outside
in
the
rain
to
get
it
to
work.
My
partner
ordered
a
cider
but
only
got
half
a
glass
because
they
didn’t
have
enough
for
a
full
glass.
For
the
duration
of
our
visit,
there
was
a
young
lad
sat
near
us
vaping
inside
which
wasn’t
a
good
look
for
the
pub
nor
very
pleasant.
However,
the
food
and
drinks
were
very
nice,
even
though
we
had
to
go
to
another
table
ourselves
to
find
cutlery
and
salt
and
pepper.
We
ordered
the
mixed
grill
and
our
steaks
were
cooked
perfectly
as
we
wanted
them,
all
the
other
meat
was
fresh,
hot
and
tender
and
was
good
quality
meat.
The
food
came
quickly
and
was
enjoyable.
It’s
just
a
shame
that
we
got
ignored
during
our
visit
as
this
has
put
us
off
from
returning
in
the
future.
