A small spoons with a tiny beer garden. Friendly service and quite a few local customers enjoying the snooker on TV. I had a couple of Ghost Ships due to driving on this visit. There's another spoons not far from here in Mapperley which I've also reviewed and rated higher.

Nice wetherspoon... We went on a extremely hot day .all the windows open up on the front Which I loved Nice beer garden at the back . Food and drink was very good. as was the price. Ordered on the app and it was nice and easy...the only issue was on the day we when there was so Supply chain issues didn't effect me but out of the 6 people who were there 2 struggled

Not bad for a spoons. Food seemed below average even for a spoons. Long wait to get served. But its cheap and cheerful.. you know what your going to get. 7th Oct 2023 Service and food was better today.

Most of the bar staff ignore you when you come in, It takes an age to get someone's attention to get a beer. No welcome no smile or hello, With the group of friends that I came in with, all said the same about the staff there. It's never been so bad. The toilets were really dirty and smell, It's gone down hill This place needs a good manager to run it .

6 months ago this place was OK, now, most of the staff don't bother to greet you, don't care who came to the bar first and just generally don't care about anything. Tables are shocking, sticky, dirty, full of used glasses and plates, menus sticky. Have enjoyed meals here in the past but lack of cleanliness puts me off now. Stinks of piss way before you get to the door to the toilets. Cheap beer, when you can get served, but will find another local

My husband and I popped in for something to eat and I can honestly say the food as well as the presentation was awful. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect the Ritz but I do expect decent pub grub. My husband had a burger with fries; there was no salad garnish as in previous visits. I had the quorn nugget curry which had been fried so long I couldn’t cut them with a knife. I had to snap them a bit at a time with my hands. We could have complained, but what is the point, we just won’t return.

Sometimes go here for breakfast. No issues with the full English, more than happy to make any amendments, value for money and refillable hot drink. What's to complain about. Yes they could probably update the decor but it's a weatherspoons not expecting 5 star luxury

Never really had a bad meal from this weatherspoons the food is always piping hot which is always good and very tasty, atmosphere is good it's a pub so busy and lots of people talking as you'd expect but this time on the service on this visit was very disappointed there was loads of tables with dirty plates and glasses on lots of tables. The table we chose we had to move the glasses from previous people and their plates onto another table and wipe the salt off the table ourselves. The guy on the tills really seemed like he really don't want to be there didn't even get a thank you from him and when the young lady brought our food over she didn't take away the empty glasses which could clearly see was causing us to not have much room so again we had to move them onto another table with the previous pots. Then the lady brought our deserts over and didn't even take our dinner plates away she just dumped them onto our table so again.... We moved the plates onto the now stacked table. I understand businesses have bad days and staff have bad days we are all human but this took the micky abit

They have increased the price of the food but decreased the portions. My partner ordered the hellumi burger, which she said was lovely, but the plate looked sparse as there were hardly any chips with it. My friend ordered a normal burger which looked baron and again hardly any chips. The bar tendors need to watch who is coming to the bar to serve people in the correct order. The staff are lovely though.

The staff really are shocking at this place. The young lad with black curly hair has zero customer service. He never greets customer, he just looks at you like you are an inconvenience. He even stood in front of me and asked me if anyone else was serving as he didn't seem to want to serve. He looks so unhappy in his job. The larger lady is brash and scary. The lad with longer hair is friendly enough but a week ago he said he didn't know what Jim beam was, really?! The girl waiting on tables seems friendly but I never eat here. The tables are never cleaned, even when they aren't busy. The chairs are always filthy. I only go here as it is cheap. Up your game wetherspoons!

Very nice. Food was fresh and tasty. And arrived pretty fast. One issue, we ordered 3 different burgers, when the first one arrived he just said 'burger' and didn't seen to know what the order was.

Mid afternoon, fairly busy. Good service and an excellent pint of real ale at the usual low price. A good few clean tables to sit at and not noisy.

I love curries. The hotter the better AND pouring the sauce over chips. So when both the curry, sauce and chips are PERFECT, it only makes you love Wetherspoon's food. Excellent value. Great vibey atmosphere!

A better than average Wetherspoon pub. Only down side is they don't sell pizza. Why not ?

We enjoyed the traditional breakfast. Good selection to choose from, food was hot and didn't have to wait long.

Went in twice on Friday night, review would have been 5☆ after first visit, friendly bar staff very reasonably priced drinks, toilets very clean. But due to security man's attitude on second visit l have dropped 1☆. Maybe it was near to hometime but if somebody has moved a seat and was sitting on it and he considered them to be in the way a simple " could you move over a bit please" instead if the big l am rude attitude. Manners cost nothing. The place wasn't busy at the time.

Not been in there for ages, served by a very polite and helpful lady, had a chicken lunch, and glass of lager, then a lady friend of many year came in unexpectedly, so that made it a perfect end to a very enjoyable visit to the Ernhale.

Not a bad pub at all, smaller inside then it looks outside. Due to tables being rather close, feels a bit cramped, other than that, friendly staff, cheap Spoons prices.

Very friendly bar staff, food was amazing and I don't think that the price can be beaten. Love it!

It’s a busy pub, and it’s a Wetherspoons, so you get what you expect. Not a bad choice of beers, pricing excellent staff polite, although a little underwhelming in the brains department, as because they had a certain beer out of stock, instead of coming across to my table and asking me if I wanted a alternative, they just refunded the money, so brought one drink to a table of two people, instead of two, and when I asked so what do I drink then as you’ve only brought one across the guy walked away.

I'm no fan of wetherspoons, but £1.99a pint for a VG. 5% ale is sale of the century. Plus I met some nice people and friends. Sunday lunchtime is the time to go!
