👍 Good prices (as usual with 'spoons) and good selection of beers. Staff generally OK, but the clientelle often leave a lot to be desired. Avoid late Fridays and Saturdays around pay days. People often mention good, breakfast,

Always a pleasure to travel down to Stapleford and meet up with my cousin. We ordered a Pimm's and we could taste the lemonade. The manager kindly redid the drink for us. Super customer service. Thanks guys 😊

Shame there isn't a minus option! Popped in last Saturday for a quick breakfast. Oh dear what a poor show. 2 drinks machines 1 was broken when I got there the other was on the blink so it was either hot chocolate or nothing. The staff obviously hadn't got clue how to empty the filters (which a customer pointed out were solid) then the breakfast eventually turned up, oh dear bacon was about 80% fat, sausage tasted like no other I have ever tasted, egg well you could have bounced that off the floor and it was cold. Never again, not when there are plenty of cafes in the area that serve better, much better!!

Best pub in the area, food great and good value. Staff always helpful. One time my daughter was worried food wouldn't come in time, a member of staff overheard, reassured us and went to follow up on order. Was out a minute later

Very impressed with the building inside and out. For some reason, the duty manager wasn't happy with me taking photos. That was quickly sorted when I said I was doing the Wetherspoons tour. Breakfast arrived, and nicely presented, although the eggs tasted a bit different. No drinks on this visit.

Located along the main street of Stapleford. The historical building is nicely decorated and well maintained.... need more staff to help clear t and clean up tables. It's quite a busy and popular pub with the locals during meal times

It was ok compared to other Wetherspoons. Service was not the quickest even though it was quiet. Food was good except for the poached egg(undercooked and from an anemic chicken). Hence only 4 out of 5.

I had a big breakfast, for what I paid the food was fairly good. What let it down was the butter was like water when you opened the sachet and I couldn't open those ridiculous sachets of brown sauce. Apart from that the service and atmosphere was very good.

I'd been told it was a decent "Spoons". It's not 'terrible', but just a little lack lustre. Certainly is a locals pub, but if you need a burger and a pint with no fuss or airs and graces, not a bad shout.

A big fan of Wetherspoon's here. I have to say that this one is the best I've been to. It's not as tired as a lot of others, it's new and modern with great looking bar. Food is as usual mostly microwave cooking but it's still really decent and for that price with nice pint on top of it you can't go wrong 😎

Went in the other day for a cheeky pint with the wife n kids, was really looking forward to me abbot's and had a lady called Karen serve me, her attitude was atrocious!! The pint had a reddiculous head on it, I tried to get a new one but was met with "babs that's how it's supposed to be"... You're having laugh! The kids are traumatised, the wife was crying and all I could smell was cheese and onion crisps!! Another man called Fred shared my opinions.

Always fast service from the app, food wasn't that far behind Feel secure with the cameras outside as my mate parked his bike to the railings all good

Cant stand the plank of an owner of weatherspoons but you have to admit the pubs are good value. Great range of beers kept well and at very good prices. Food is nothing special but good value, you get what you pay for, as you'd expect from weatherspoons.

As far as weatherspoons go it's pretty normal. The prices have shot up since I last went but it's still value for money considering what posh cafes are charging for toast let alone breakfast these days. Lovely staff and very accommodating. Great variety especially as far as breakfast goes . Only missing a star due to no parking and the street parking means you need to eat and run as one hour stay limit.

Surprisingly pleasant for a 'spoons. Nicely themed inside with plenty of tables in open areas and little 'nooks' for a quiet pint. Nice pleasant, tiered outdoor beer garden with nice views overlooking the high-street. Limited vegan options on tap other than the usual macro beers.

A welcomed lunch stop off ... Found a fantastic ale from Sheffield ... Bradfield Brewery, Brown Cow. A stunner. Polite and efficient staff too. Good experience.

Thought I would try their breakfast 10am on a Monday morning as I had not tried it before. First thing I was told was that they have ran out of haah browns! ...likes it's a'Monday morning first thing! So ok .got my breakfast plate and first impressions are that it has not been presented well at all...note the eggs piled on top of each other. Second observation was the amountvob baked beans. I compared the quantity to those shown on the leaflet menu..definitely a reduction on portion. Food was also not hot but just warm.

Oh look they recyle the garnish.. lovely! I'm glad to have someone else's lemon! Even if they did indulge in chilli sauce and suspected mayo.. well done on saving pence.. I hope that that too is passed on to the costumers!.. absolutely disgusting! Upon returning my dish I was told to not bother coming back! How about get out of my town and make way for someone to to the right job! Accompanied sauce packs should be thrown away as part of the company policy! Add 8 of them between the tow of us to that were served and ponder as to why they would recycle onto my plate a dried up old price of.. huh hmm.. lemon!

👍 This is such an awesome place with a different vibe! It definitely feels like you’ve stepped into an American diner. The staff is just the friendliest and very accommodating. The food is pretty good and very tasty. I just feel like some dishes are a little bland or dry without the exquisite sauces y...
