Been
a
local
for
years.
Was
in
the
other
day
in
the
other
day
with
a
friend
and
his
father.
Was
planning
to
spend
most
the
afternoon
there
and
eventually
get
some
food.
We
sat
down
at
a
table
around
2pm,
then
at
4:15pm
a
bar
maid
came
over
and
put
a
notice
on
our
table
saying
‘this
table
is
booked
from
5pm’
so
basically
kicking
us
off
our
table
in
45
mins,
I
was
like
excuse
me
we’ve
been
here
for
two
hours
and
was
planning
on
getting
some
food?
Sent
email
complaining
and
I’ll
copy
and
paste
the
passive-agressive,
couldn’t
care
less
response
😂

I
am
unsure
what
it
is
that
you’re
unhappy
about?
We
like
the
majority
of
eateries
allow
bookings
on
all
our
tables,
this
is
a
company
wide
policy.
Our
team
came
over
and
explained
the
table
was
booked
for
the
evening
session
in
plenty
of
time,
and
as
you
say
you
could
have
moved
to
another
table
if
you
wished
to.
We
don’t
put
reserved
signs
out
for
evening
bookings
at
2pm
as
this
would
also
put
people
off
using
the
tables,
and
garner
criticism.
From
what
you
have
described
our
team
followed
the
booking
policy
and
politely
informed
you
of
a
reservation.
I’m
not
sure
what
else
we
could
have
done.
