A really nice and vibrant restaurant with a wide range of Asian options. I was hoping for yakiniku/bulgogi, but there is no barbecue option whatsoever - the hot plates are used for hotpot only. Regardless, it was tasty and the portions reasonable. It was almost deserted at lunchtime, but hopefully there is more atmosphere in the evening. It’s also well worth knowing about the private rooms upstairs, which might make a nice option if you’re looking for a different venue for a party or even a business meeting in Nottingham. If you found my review or photos useful please leave a quick thumbs up 👍 Thank you!

Very tasty food, with reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. Had a nice selection of appetisers and enjoyed the beef ramen. Could do with a few more beer and wine options but good selection of other beverages. Service was impeccable throughout.

Mainly a Japanese restaurant with some Korean, Singaporean and Malaysian dishes. As you walk in, the atmosphere is that of a busy restaurant. We tried the ramen noodles and chicken skewers as starters. The portions are large. There was a lot of beef in the soup but vegetables are mostly cabbage, beansprouts and noodles. Average soup experience. However, compared to its next door buffet restaurant, the quality of food is far better. No parking available. Dine-in ☑️ Take-away☑️

The large portions were a little off putting but the flavours good. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere positive. We went there for a 21st birthday but I couldn’t recommend it for a special occasion. We booked for 8pm but half way through our meal we were asked to pay, as they were closing at 9pm. We were still eating when the lights were all turned on. Ok it was a bank holiday but seriously!

It is one of the best Asian restaurants I have tried in the UK, and it's Halal, which makes it better. You can have Korean/Japanese/Thai there. The food was delicious and the staff were really nice, for sure I would be back there to try more meals

Halal (Although they serve alcohol on premises) amazing food and atmosphere. Service was great and food was wholesome, fresh and tasty. Although a bit pricey but not many good Malaysian halal around.

Had a brilliant experience. Lovely calm atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Love the way you order using the tablet, very easy and simple. Food was amazing, full of flavour and portions were very good for the price. Toilets were also pristine, don't often find that in restaurants anymore. Will be coming again and 100% recommend

Besides the great quality of char kway teow I have normally for years, what makes me leave a 5-star review here is because of the excellent service delivered by Ansley specifically during our Birthday celebration. The dining ambient was on spot and we did not expect to have a Birthday song when the dessert with candles was brought out for the birthday boy. We have plenty of delicious food on that day and I would like to give some comments on some of the food. [Mixed Starter Platter] - A rich variety of choices including satays, gyozas, ebi tempura (prawn tempura), spring rolls, etc. served with their respective sauces. [Malaysian Laksa] - Nice portion and tasty curry laksa, as a Malaysian, I approved this. [Pan Asia Special Sushis] - The special sushis was definitely on spot. We had Rainbox Maki with mix sashimi on top and Unagi Dragon Roll with king prawn tempura and grilled eel on top. Simply delicious and delightful to enjoy. [Sukiyaki with Wagyu beef] - I personally think that Sukiyaki is okay. However, despite 3 rich flavours of sauces given for the meet, the Wagyu may be overpriced based on the quality we were served. Not recommended for those who really want to have the great taste of Wagyu. [Yuzu Ice-cream] - Surprised me by the fact that the yuzu zest is contained inside of the ice cream which is kinda rare in the UK, not to mention Nottingham which has a limited amount of restaurant that serves Japanese cuisine. It's worth coming back for some sushis, bentos, and of course, south sea asia meals.

Honestly I love this place, gorgeous food, gorgeous place (like it’s so pretty, you need to take pictures) and I love their Korean food. I’ve been here many times and most recently I’ve tried their hotpot. It’s a bit expensive but I guess it’s perfect for 4 friends. The hotpot is Japanese but I really wish they had a Korean one as well. The atmosphere here is also lovely, most recently I came in yesterday for the hotpot and it was at night (8-9:30pm ish) and they had lights on, it was very pretty.

So many positive things to say. Serves halal animal product. Good atmosphere. Easy to book. Reasonable price for the food/drink. Good taste, although I have to be honest not the best in the UK eg for Malaysian coconut rice, or chicken satay. Char kway teow are good above average. Naga sushi is the best compared to any other restaurants or takeaways. Me wife and I have been here dozens of time, last time went was last night, busy (almost full) but the food arrived less than 20 minutes which is amazing.

Lovely atmosphere and staff, food is delicious. We ordered sukiyaki pot, but staff did not explain what we do from when they bring all ingredients out. We had some experience in it, but would bd nice if they explained more to encourage customers to try it!
