First day back in office with my new job. I came out for lunch and found Barburrito just next door to my office. I never eaten here so I was bit sceptical to pace my order as a vegetarian. However, I had a good conversation with the manager Joanna there and she shared the vegetarian options for me. Once she learned that it is my first day back in office after two years, she offered me a complementary meal. The taste was good and it wasn’t too hot. I will be definitely recommend them. I think I have sorted out my lunch whenever I am in office. Thanks for your warm welcome and hospitality.

The best burrito place I’ve been to! Been going for years and always great. They really pack them full, and it always hits the spot. Highly recommend the brownie too.

A friend recommended me this place a couple weeks ago, I had never tried a burrito before so I was a bit sceptical if I'd like it but I was shocked to see how nice it was! I'm a bit anxious when it comes to talking to people but when I was ordering, The young lad serving me was very nice and was ok with repeating things when I didn't hear him. The Burritos are pretty packed so you get your money's worth! and you won't be feeling hungry like at some other places.

Got takeaway via Too Good to Go app. Burritos were very good size and packed with flavour. Staff were friendly. Had one poor experience of service where store cancelled after collection time by putting a sign on door, and the difficult parking in city centre means it's a much better fit for those whobpive in the city itself.

We were very pleased with our meals. There is plenty of room for customization. The ordering process is a bit too fast-paced, although the staff are accomodating and professional. It would be great if one could place one's order by scanning a QR-code. Or a terminal would be even better.

First time ever visiting Barburrito. Walked strait in with no queue. Lots of food choices available with optional extras. Limited seating inside for social distancing. Best burrito I have ever had. I had the classic burrito with chicken and chorizo; would highly recommend. I opted for the smaller burrito as the regular looked huge! Also received a 20% student discount off the order which was brilliant.

The server was very nice this time and they have been nice every time I've come here in the past. The food is delicious and the burritos are giant! They do discount if you're signed up to their app which makes it even more value-for-money than it already is. Overall, one of my favourite casual dining establishments in Nottingham by far!

They do the best burrito out of all the burrito shops. Cheap price, quality burritos and a great dining environment. The burritos are more moist and better in taste and texture than the ones in Tortilla. They also have discounts for students too! Strongly recommended.

Go here pretty regularly enough and the food is great. I am vegetarian and the options are good though I disagree with having to pay more for fake meat! Good service though sometimes there can be discrepancies I what a vegetarian can have so it can be a bit confusing at times. Photo shows naked burrito bowl

DON'T DO DELIVERY! It's a good place when you go in and watch them make your burrito, but when you order delivery it's an absolute SCAM! I was on a group order and ordered a classic pulled pork - there were three strands of pulled pork, the rest was rice and veg, there was no meat. AVOID

Our server Sacha was amazing, he was so quick and informative of the options - my friend wanted to try the vegan meat and he gave her a sample. I wish all serves were this friendly and polite, the guy is a credit to the company

I recently tried the chicken bowl at Burburrito, and it exceeded my expectations. The combination of perfectly cooked rice, flavorful beans, and tender chicken made every bite a delight. The overall taste was simply delicious. Additionally, the staff's politeness added a positive touch to my dining experience. I highly recommend trying the chicken bowl at Burburrito for a tasty and enjoyable meal.

Had two lovely vegan chicken burritos. Chips weren’t great - cold and hard. Diana who served us was lovely, every time we go in she’s always really nice and welcoming.

I love Barburrito. The food tastes like real ingredients and healthier than most fast food. The app is worth getting for deals. I've never had a bad burrito there, the bowl is great if you're avoiding carbs. The staff are very friendly. If I could pick at anything the hard surfaces around the serving area make it difficult for staff and customers to hear each other bit I could name 20 places that are the same. Sound design in spaces is invisible when done well and it's hard to prioritize it.

I’m new to Nottingham, literally three days here and I decided to come to Barburrito for a try with my friend. Was explained the menu perfectly and given amazing service by Joan. I was really really touched and surprised at how sweet and kind she was and how much love and care she put into the explanation of the food and preparing it for us. As for the food, it is probably the best burrito bowl I’ve ever had and I’m definitely gonna make this my first regular spot in Nottingham. Thanks Barburrito

I’m a burrito virgin so was unsure where to start. The staff were extremely busy as it’s the week before Christmas. They talked me through it & were very patient. I have to say i thoroughly enjoyed my burrito & next time I’m in Nottingham I will be going there again. The manager was very helpful too. I was served by Sacha, what a lovely lady. The place was clean & it was a relaxed atmosphere.

Today I went to my favourite Burrito place! Bar burrito! I had a loaded Burrito which was amazing and super filling and was severed by the lovely Sanmi! The restaurant was spotless as always and all the staff were lovely

Food and atmosphere are amazing, but service is sub par. The people that served me were rude and didn't have time for TooGoodToGo customers. Value for money is an issue too - £7.50 for a wrap is a bit steep.

Went there to pick up our too good to go order. The staff was friendly and we got to build our own burrito for a fraction of the full price. The 'this is not chicken' meat alternative tasted incredible. This was my first barburrito experience and I would not mind paying full price next time. Worth it.

Burritos are tasty. Not tried the other Mains. Had a voucher for a side. Chose the signature chips which were OK but barely warm.

Never been before but definetely will come again. The staff were really friendly and the food was great. The price was also excellent for what you get with it. Would recommend.

Best burritos in the city! Thats the only place where they really know how to wrap burritto so its not leaking and holding all together. Meat is soft and tender. Highly recommended!

Went in for lunch and staff were really friendly and welcoming. Lots of places to sit and eat with all tables clean and nicely spaced apart. Good food and lots of options for how you can build your own burrito. Great for a nice quick bite to eat.

If you fancy a burrito then this is the place. Quick service, a variety of fillings, served quickly. It's not the cheapest "meal" but very tasty and a nice change when you want something different.

Lovely restaurant. Vegan this isn't chicken burrito absolutely bangs. Great selection of hot-headz sauces. We used the jalapeño sauce and it wasn't too spicy!!

Great if you are an able-bodied meat eater who likes tepid food. Terrible for everything else. The vegetarian meat-free option is more expensive, they did not properly cater for the pepper allergy as their haphazardly slapped on the food resulting in contamination, and the disabled toilet was out of order.

Really great burritos but a bit inconvenient that in order to get the student discount, apart from showing your student ID you have to also download their app and scan it. With every business now requiring apps it’s a bit overwhelming to download and sign up. Hope this is something the owner can take into account

I think it's diabolical when a company has hidden charges. I placed my loaded fake chicken order £9.25, was told they surcharge 50p for 2 vege choices. Great £9.75 it is. But wait! From nowhere I'm asked for £11 plus. I explained the basic calculation 9.25+0.50=9.75 shown on the board above the order point. I was then told I should have been told earlier. Apparently I should have been told of a surcharge for fake 🐔🐔. Are you Clucking crazy? Why is a pea based protein item subject to a surcharge that's not mentioned. Are peas expensive, last time I checked definitely not! Stop ripping off vegans and vegetarians you smug animal eaters!

Been to lots of burrito places and I am a fan of burritos I ordered the loaded versions with extra fillings and got a smaller burrito than I have anywhere else. The contents was very watery the was no heat in the salsa and it was generally on the bland side.

Ordered 4 burritos through Deliveroo, 1 was missing. Also, they weren't labelled at all so we couldn't tell which ones were which - one person required a specific burrito due to allergies but we couldn't tell them apart without cutting them open. Taste was good but we wish they were a big larger...

Popped in last night (Sunday) left immediately without ordering. The manager who normally keeps things running fairly smoothly wasn't around and the new staff seemed to have taken it upon themselves to turn the restaurant into an impromptu nightclub. Couldn't hear myself think over the music let alone order

So I've been here twice now, first time was absolutely spot on! Had no idea what they offered, how to order or anything. The lady greeted me, asked me if I had been before (obviously I hadn't this time round) and she walked me through everything. Asked me what I like, don't like. General stuff like that and came up with a spot on order for me! Service was impeccable, you could really tell she was someone who took pride in their job and also the food was spot on as well! Usually I'm one to stick to what I know but this meal was recommended by the lady serving me and she did a pretty spot on job. This review would have been a full 5 star if it wasn't for my last visit a few days ago. I took my partner for one of the finest burritos I've had in a long time and we did end up getting a burrito but unfortunately both preparation and customer service wasn't at best this time around. We were served by a young lady who definitely seemed like she didn't want to be working, very monotone when speaking to us (fair enough, I've worked in customer facing roles on Sundays too), she didn't seem to know what she was doing as she was about to put on white rice instead of brown, didn't offer any extras or sauces on my partners meal before wrapping it up. I had to ask for sauce on mine in the knick of time before she wrapped it. Made a point of saying my partner wanted sauce and she didn't offer it to which she stared blankly at me and said "its done now". She also forgot our side of fries and dipping sauces. Overall a bit of a contrast in the two experiences with customer service but the food was great both visits none the less! I was recommended to go by a good friend and was not disappointed in the food, I would definitely recommend to a friend but maybe not to go on a Sunday

Its the burrito equivalent of a subway, you're paying for something quick and filling. It ticks that box for me so is a fairly regular post climbing spot for myself and plenty more people I know. Staff are usually fine when I go at regular lunch times, burritos themselves aren't bland but not bursting with flavour, which is what I would want in this case. Prices to me seem reasonable but maybe some disagree, there are a few additional charges for things so do check the menu, but staff usually mention them. Unless something goes horribly wrong it will probably remain my default post climb refueling spot and if you want something similar I'd recommend it.

Joanne behind the counter was so lovely and polite which really improved our experience. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs and ensured our expectations were satisfied. WE LOVE JOANNE ❤️
