Ambience of the restaurant is very vibrant and has lots of decorations. The staff are friendly and the lunch meal deal, is a killer offer and a must try for all. Highly recommend opting for a nice lunch there along with indie music it’s a perfect place for friends and family.

TGI Fridays doesn't disappoint. First of all, amazing service from a lovely lady and second Yum! The food! We over eat with starters and then main food, but was worth rolling out of the door. The only downside is that we are always sat at the back near kitchen/toilets, next time I might ask to sit somewhere a bit nicer and quieter 😅

They have a limited but tasty menu. When I say limited options that would be compared to well-known american authentic restaurant series. The meal was cooked perfect into the last detail. Excellent fries and presentation. Very helpful staff ( Thank you Steph) although I don't know why I had to wait for 10-15 minutes to be seated despite there was plenty of available tables! I guessed the limited staff number was the reason. The portion was small ( also compared to american restaurants) but worth it. A little bit expensive. Very nice decorations and dinning area. No Halal meat options there as they are cooked with alcohol.

We decided to book a table here before a gig at the Royal Concert Hall across the road. The place was clean and had interesting decor all over the walls. The staff were really welcoming and attentive. The food was a little slow because they were busy but not overly so. Worth the wait though as it was excellent, we had the Ceasar salad and the cobb salad plus some fries and the cajun onion rings. We also ordered the June Bug and Comfortabull cocktails which were absolutely delicious!

Visited today and TGI Nottingham has by far the filthiest toilets i have every seen for a restaurant... Clumped up wet tissue paper in the sinks and near the toilet... urine on the floor in one of the cubicles (which was probs cleaner than the toilets). Pools of water on the floor making the floor slippy (irony of them having a Slippery Floor sign) when it was clear they hadn't cleaned the toilets all day... Pretty disgusting when i had to take my children in there to use them, and as for the sounds of it from my wife the women's weren't any cleaner!! As for the food the waitress we had think her name was Simi or something like that was very pleasant and was very pro active for the service she provided for us.. However we did have some random male waiter stand over us for 5 minutes and talk utter nonsense to us while we were trying to eat which was off putting, rather than clean the table next to us like he was meant to be doing.. The food itself was average mozzerella sticks were good, the JD sesame chicken was good but the chips were really salty and luke warm cabbage as a salad... didnt really warrant the £76 they charged me considering that also had 20% off... wont be in any rush to return anytime soon...

The five star review is mainly for the sizzling steak fajitas, which is my favourite dish from here. Very flavourful and leave you full. Although the price might be a tad on the expensive side.

My first Friday's visit for a few years and I was left a bit disappointed. The waitress was pleasant, however she was quite laid back, with no real urgency to take our order or even take away our plates. The food also took it's time to arrive, especially when considering that we visited on a Tuesday afternoon, with only 3 other tables. Despite the negative points, the food on the whole was very good. I had a cheese/bacon burger, that was so tasty. My wife had Friday's sesame Chicken, which she enjoyed. We also had potato skin with cheese and bacon for a starter, which sadly tasted terrible. They obviously were a few days old and had been microwaved, so that the potato skin was hard and crunchy. I didnt realise that potato skins could have that texture. Hopefully on our next visit, the experience will be better.

Really excellent service from young man named Chris. Tried four different tables (due to my hearing impairment). Gluten free burger was fab. Would give five stars but background music is too loud for someone with hearing aids. Would be nice to be able to eat and hold a conversation, other than that it was super.

Food was lovely. But came in with a group of 15, manager decided she wanted to play a game and do a whole song and dance about TGIF quiz which was cringe, and that was before they even took food orders, took 90 mins to get the food, 15 min wait between first and last served which made for awkward eating. Food was great, service needs work.

The place was cold and no heating appeared to be on. The host was friendly but the server acted as though he didn’t want to be there. Waited ages to order drinks, and then food seemed to take an age to come to the table. We didn’t get a check back to see how it all was. The prices didn’t match the atmosphere or service. Visited the bathrooms which were ok but passed by the kitchen in the way and the floor was strewn with litter and old food that the 2 team standing at the pass should have took 2 min to sweep up as they weren’t busy. Won’t be going back and don’t recommend it.

Me and the wife went out for dinner. The food was cold and not a lot on the plate £26 for steak and a handful of chips. wife's Dinners was OK, but not much more chips was over cooked. overpriced over £70 for 2 pints, 1 cocktail, and 2 small dinners

Food was okay, took around 40mins for the meals to come out. They weren't very busy but we had to send back a burger because it was overcooked. The staff were lovely and helpful. Personally I think it's overpriced for the food quantity and quality. I won't be back to any TGI's in a hurry.

The food was amazing. Also the girl who helped us was so lovely. She was honestly trying her best to make sure everything was perfect. The only thing is that the place was a bit cold and the music a bit loud but I would still recommend coming here because of the good food and lovely people.

Excellent friendly service. We were served by Liz C who looked after during our visit. Food was good value for money and atmosphere was great. Would have preferred a slightly larger portion, but we'll cooked and a very tasty burger. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal and will definitely return.

Is a great place to spend your birthday in, the waiters are simply magnificent, friendly and cheerful. The customer service in my opinion was the best I’ve seen in a restaurant in a very long time. 5 starts deserve it

Never had a bad meal in all the years I have been going. It's my partners favourite place and I'm never disappointed to go. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the prices aren't bad for what you get.

Love love love it 😍 the food and the drinks were very tasty. Not gonna lie, it’s a bit pricey so it’s somewhere to go once in a while just for a change ❤️

We got there at half 7 and was seated pretty quickly, got our drinks quickly as I felt the service was pretty good. But our starter, the "loaded" potato skins where hardly loaded at all. Then we had to wait about an hour for our mains. All four of us had a burger and they were all pretty over cooked. Three of us ate ours as we were hungry after the long wait but one of us couldn't eat theirs. And again as the service was great, we was offered a full refund without asking for one. Id say even if the burger was done to perfection, the overall quality of the food was about on par with restaurants that charge half that. Its a real shame as the service staff really did try, but it was the only good thing about the place. it was the first time that we have all been to TGIs and it will definitely be the last. With all Nottingham has to offer, i would avoid this place.

Great meal. Served by a lovely waitress called Liz, very attentive and the food was perfect. Tasty steak and ribs and my vegan friend enjoyed her weird plant based food too. 🤣

Food was great but the service couldn’t of been much slower. 55 minutes we had to wait for our food and the waiters didn’t really seem to be bothered 🤦🏼‍♂️ not ideal but it it what it is.
