Decent food although they brought our deserts and mains out at the same time(?) so felt a bit rushed.

Average food and dessert. I order it through Delivero, but I was quite dissapointed. Pizza arrived cold, they have nice packaging, but was looking like been cooked a while ago and then waited for the pasta to be ready....., the seafood pasta was quite average, not so good as the ones I had them in zizzi restaurants. Probably I will not order again. If you want a good experience I recommend the restaurant.

This restaurant has now become my favourite place to eat in Nottingham. Food is amazing and their waiter Jonathan is an absolute credit to this restaurant he is friendly,professional and always smiling. If you have a blue light card you can use it here too sun to thurs highly recommend if you love Italian food.

Come here every month for a girlie catch up, but won't be doing so anymore. The evening was one thing after another. First if all, they couldn't find our booking, then they got one of the drinks orders wrong, the only one of us that had a salad, (cold meal), was left waiting for their meal, while the other 2 had to wait. We decided to finish the evening off with a pudding, a couple of sundaes, which were then left on the counter to melt, they were sat there that long, that a member of the kitchen team, had to tell the manager to take them to the table. It wasn't even that busy, yet the staff still seemed to struggle to cope.

This place might be considered a bit upscale, but it's really worth it in my opinion. Probably the best Italian restaurant I've been to so far (including those outside of the UK). The place has a nice, warm and cozy atmosphere. On top of that, the service is excellent - our waiters were very attentive.

My 6 year old daughter and I felt like having pizza so we came here to try it out. The service was friendly and fast. Ordering can be done online via a QR code you scan with your smartphone and you can pay with Apple Pay (if you use an iPhone). We didn’t need to wait long after we ordered. Or maybe we did and didn’t notice. The pizza is very good. My daughter wanted chips and apple juice and she said it was good. She couldn’t finish all the chips, so we took it back to the hotel. Overall, delicious food and a good experience.

The QR code didn't work first, have to tell the staff to activate it. This was the only negative thing, otherwise, the place is clean, the staff is very professional and polite. The food was great and I like the aesthetic like the teapot is really cute.

Really tasty food! We enjoyed all the dishes . Both the starters and mains were delicious. Service was quick and the wait staff were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would happily go back !

Open for dining in and take out right now. Good menu with lots of choice. You can order and pay online rather than involve staff, but helpful staff member showing us to table. Prompt service, drinks served quickly and food came 10 minutes from ordering. Good selection of items to order. Food was cooked well and was tasty and flavourful. Quite loud music whilst eating difficult to talk over it, good atmosphere.

We booked a table here for after my University Graduation. When we arrived we asked if we could add one more onto the party and the staff said that was absolutely fine so we went in and were looking forward to our meal. We sat down but after ordering our drinks, we noticed an unpleasant drain sort of smell so we asked to move, the staff member was lovely and moved us without a problem. He did say however, that he needed the table back in 2 hours, which was fine by us. We sat at our new table for 20 minutes waiting for our drinks, they arrived but they forgot one of them, which is fine and it arrived a few minutes after. We sat there for almost an hour with no one coming over to take our order. We had finished our drinks, were hungry, and were worried cause we were told they needed the table back in 2 hours (now only one our as we had been waiting to be served for an hour). Finally a member of staff came over just as we were about to leave looking confused as to why we hadn’t ordered any food. We told him what happened and that we were leaving. He was very apologetic and insisted we had our drinks for free. All the staff were lovely, however lovely staff that don’t serve you aren’t what you’d expect when coming out for a meal. Very disappointed as it put a real dampener on mine and my friend’s graduation day.

A Busy Night..... But The Staff in The Nottingham Branch were most accomodating and super efficient. I loved everything about my Dinner..... Great Presentation and so tasty. Well Done Zizzi !!!

Great location. The services was a little slow but it was very busy with Christmas parties. I think they may have over booked at 1 point. The food was fresh and amazing. Not very wheelchair friendly when so busy.

Second time here. Busy as usual, but the pizza is still nice. Service is good but the wait time is just too long even with reservations.

The food was good especially the pasta carbonara with truffle. They have a lot of food options but some are better then others. All is good though. The place itself looks beautiful and the staff is really friendly.

The place is great, Great food with good service, loved the calamari and the prawns 🦐 starter 🔥🔥 amazing buttery taste. Highly Recommend it. It also has a 30% student discount with uni days so enjoy 💋💋

I really enjoy Zizzis food, always hits the spot. Ordered off the set menu because definitely better value for money, 3 courses is £23.99. Otherwise things can get a little expensive. Only complaints were the timings were very off. Took ages to order, then the food came quickly but the drinks didn’t. Then they tried to bring out dessert mid meal. But the staff were polite and friendly!

Came and had the 3 course set menu, Starters tasted nice, just came out Luke warm. Mains though, pizza tasted horrible and was cold! Didn't complain because we was tight for timing with the trains. Dessert was pretty good, Service was quite slow, in the end had to go up and ask for the bill.

Food was really nice, excellent service from the pretty girl with the curly hair. She had the patience of a saint for our big table. 3 course menu for 25 pounds also a good price.

What a brilliant place to visit for a gathering. The food was beautiful, the staff were soooo friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was perfect.

I like Italian food and Zizzi is reliably good with a broad range of dishes on offer and acceptable wines. Came here on a hot, busy Saturday evening with family, but they have plenty of space with high ceilings and air-con, so it was crowded but comfortable. There were plenty of staff on duty. We had booked a table so only queued a while before being seated. It's ideal for family groups with a good menu for children. We had a good night out.

The staff are really nice. The food is great but the cocktails weren’t my type at all. The pizza was delicious and the beer was looking really nice and tasted really cool too. Didn’t have to wait too much to sit in a table but the place hopefully gets more luxury and they add more decors too. And probably more tables. I would recommend this place if you are a person that likes going out with people to have a good night.?

Very good pizza. We tried the GF free base, the center was a bit soft but the side very crispy. Very happy for my cheat meal of the week. The size of the regular one is very generous. Price are good. Service is nice.

3 hours waiting for food, staff really nice but disappointed by the slow arrival of food. They were busy and lots of tables waiting. No side dishes and was just informed about it when I asked where was the side dish. Some dishes came out cold as the food was ready but no one was getting the out on time. Really disappointed

All done from the app so no table service necessary, very impressed. Started with a Caffè latte and was also given some pasta crisps (very nice) ordered the bruschetta with extra mozzarella for a starter which arrived in around 5 mins, this was very light, tasty and filling, then I had the Spaghetti Chorizo Carbonara which arrived around 10mins after my starter had finished giving me time to admire the beautiful open kitchen and superb decoration of the interior. Would highly recommend from mother's meeting up for a catch up/Business meetings to a romantic evening meal. Staff were very polite
