Love the food but I’m sick of receiving the wrong order from this place. In the past few months I’ve received the incorrect food 3 times. Obviously mistakes happen sometimes, but come on?! Chips are always cold if you order for delivery. I’ve ordered in store on many occasions - still received wrong food, the 4 machines are always out of order. Think it’s time for some new staff at this branch.

I do not recommend! third time I order here and it's always missing something or with little ingredient

Would not recommend, we ordered nearly £20 worth of food, was a total rip off. The wrap had a spoonfull of fillings and the cheese in the qaesadilla was off. Had food poisoning a few hours after consuming. Stay away from this place !!

delicious if you dont order tacos. their tacos are not good. but those fries! yummy!

The food here is everything you could want,tasty colourful,fresh full of flavour. What let's this particular place down is lack of cleanliness, tables dirty,floors dirty bits of food in corners, even behind counter was dirty and the serving counter dusty ,if you serve food please keep it clean. At least 5 men in the background just chatting,pick up a cloth and a mop and clean up!

I visited on a very busy Saturday afternoon in December. I was surprised with the choice and offers available. I opted for a crunchmas box which included a soft drink, choice of churros or cinnamon sticks, fries plus a main choice. Very enjoyable for fast food, which is never my first choice. Staff were busy cooking, serving and cleaning tables, but they acknowledged us when we walked in and were very helpful. I will call in again.

We went at around 2pm on a Sunday, it was fairly quiet, we was served promptly, and our order was correct, and also the food was delicious. For some reason it's my 5 year old daughter's favourite eat out place too and I can ensure she eats everything put in front of her from here.

Fancied a quick eat after a late ish night out, part of our order was forgotten & after telling them they seemed to magically know exactly what was missing. One guy was an absolute gem & sorted it straight away whilst seeming frustrated with his co-workers for having to pick up the pieces.

The cleanliness was a pretty good rating, their variety is extremely open from burritos to tacos to their own specialities. I very much enjoyed my crunchwrap supreme beef, the quality and sizing was incredible, 10/10 recommend :)

Excellent staff. The food was good, but portion sizes are small. Low rating for atmosphere, but to be fair to them, it was a post gig vegetarian food hunt at gone 11 on a Sunday night...

I've been to the one in Leicester a few times but I'm in Nottingham often and it's only a stones throw away from the hospital. Getting there was a breeze with parking right outside for disabled badge holders. I get there expecting them to not even have it ready (which is what happens when I click and collect in leics). To my surprise it was there and ready. I was greeted by 4 really lovely people who also divided the order into separate bags for ease of movement haha. It was clean and tidy, whereas the Leicestershire branch is worn down and manky. They were all so kind and welcoming the order was spot on. We had SO many condiments which we don't get in leics and it was all packed nicely and still hot! Fillings were generous and beautifully done. The Taco was layered to perfection! I got it home and the cheese was still perfectly sprinkled on top. It truly was delicious and made with care. Thank you! Will be back!

Quesedila, needed microscope for meat and cheese. Tortillas nice and crisp. Party of 8, none impressed with their meals. Service not quick, if we hadn't gone early, our Theatre Royal bookings would have been strained.

Ask the attendant for the volcano crazing box meal and even pointed it out to her on their display board as the self service machine would not complete my order when I removed the cheese from the order. When my husband and I got our order it was just the plain volcano meal. We approach the staff about the error and even the manager who said that she can't do anything about it and have to charge us extra for the other items that was missed out. How difficult is it to take a simple order for two people and fix it when it is wrong. Honestly I would give no stars if I could.

Fast food that's actually fast. Always tastes great, reasonably priced. Good atmosphere.

Taco Bell food is amazing!! It tastes homemade too which is something I appreciate. One would expect to see the outlet full, with queues and all, but there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. There were however, a number of delivery pick-ups which shows that a number of people do like it. Perhaps if the ambience of the outlets were a bit more... cultured, a bit more...inviting, it could help to get more people to check the food out as well as eat in, not just takeaway. It's Mexican food, perhaps a bit of Mexican decor would help 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't know. Anyway, the food and customer service was excellent.

It was my first time at a taco Bell! The burrito was nice but very small and flat, not what I expected! The fries were nice. I also had chorros and the where chewy! Overall, it's not worth the money.

Fries came almost stone cold to me today... There is no way to charge your phone actually (eating at 21:30) unless you manage to get a hold of upper management (the staff making and serving the food not actually helping when stating they will ask upper management to turn on the electrical socket; my first and only experience of asking such staff to far)

Visited 27th dec, 1st time. Found the Service was quite poor, the 2 staff on duty looked like didn't want to be there, we discovered some of our order was missing, but since the self service kiosk hadn't given a reciept was nothing we could do. Food we did get wasn't labelled/ticked to define differences so.had to open.up to see which they were. Disappointed & definitely Won't be visiting there again.

The food was decent but the real deal breaker was the audacity of the manager. Ordered around £40 worth of food through delivery to find half of the food missing. When we tried to get the rest of the food we were denied. Will never go back.

The young girl was lovely who served us, despite having to deal with a few rude demanding customers before us, she handled it professionally and calmly throughout. The food was tasty and the seating area was clean and had a nice atmosphere for a fast food restaurant

I came here for lunch on Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend, and it was absolutely yum. We ordered 2 soft shell beef tacos, 2 Crunchwrap supremes and a nacho cheese burrito. It came to quite cheap and the staff were very efficient in getting our food done. It tasted fresh and delicious. The refillable drink machine was also a bonus.

Went in for an early lunch by myself, had a bit of a wait as food was cooked to order. All tables where empty and clean. The self order screens are good and quick to order, you can see all items and customise your order if you need to. Atmosphere was ok, I sat with my ear buds in and no one bothered me.

Most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to. Take away bags and trash we’re found on majority of the tables, and restaurant floor. Not a single clean table was available so much so I had to confront a member of staff about the state of the place. No staff had the initiative nor the pride to clean the restaurant instead they stood around the kitchen area having a conversation, while the restaurant was fairly empty and disgusting.

I know it was very busy when we were there need to check for hot foods as gave us chips and wrap were lukewarm. They able to give us hot foods after I returned. Need to get on top with cleaning all tables and wet floor as well . Drink machine run out like coke etc.

Took two attempts to order on the self service machines, both of which failed so I had to go order at the counter. Service wasn't the fastest, but wasn't ages. The food was good but portion size was more like a starter than a main. The nachos seemed a bit tough and dry, almost like they'd been out for a while, but the seasoning was nice. It's been a few years since my last Taco Bell visit and I imagine it'll be a few more before my next based on today's experience.

I ordered a 7 layer Burrito here. Had the following disappointments. 1. It was served not at all warm. I asked them if you prepared it now It shouldn't be like this at room temperature. Then they heated it and gave me again. Overall this means it was not prepared fresh. 2. It was not so tasty. No black pepper or even 1% any spice. No guacamole(this was mentioned in the ingredients but was nowhere). 3. My and every table were extremely dirty with either food pieces left by people, drops of ketchup,cheese etc and tissues. 4. The food quantity was not good. It was very light and less in portion. It was not so good experience. There are many food joints near to it. If all are closed then only you think about going there.

We thought we would try Taco Bell as we heard good things about the Fast Food restaurant from America. I will give the benefit of the doubt that Taco Bell would be much nicer if I went in the day time. We went at 1am. The food was average quality and didn't meet the expectations we had about the taste. The tables were dirty and there was litter everywhere - Something that is not too unusual for a busy Saturday night. But still, after finishing our meal I regretted not going to the McDonald's next door. The doorman was very friendly but the servers looked tired and didn't want to be there (I don't blame them, I felt the same). I wouldn't recommend going here on a Saturday night. Maybe try the food if your curious, to develop your own opinion. I would recommend the churros, they were quite good.

At one point was the best place to eat until today… Wrap was lose and poorly made, only jalapeños and no meat in sight. Will not be coming back.

This place is one of my favourites as the food is really nice as it should be everywhere else. And the staff are nice too! But my general problem is whenever i sit down no one comes to clean the table as the other customers leave it dirty before leaving and not being bothered to chuck the rubbish In the bin. Anyways, the floor is always dirty full of food and no one is bothered to clean the toilets too! They should improve?

This Taco Bell was very spacious and not too crowded so seating was easy enough to find. The staff were friendly and extremely quick, you could tell our food had been directly served within seconds of being cooked. The prices were also very reasonable. The only downside was that the self serve kiosks were not working and so for people like me who don't get to go very often and aren't too familiar with the menu, we felt rushed to order at the food counter.

Even when the restaurant is quiet, the staff always manage to mistake orders and skip certain items off your order. I don't understand why this always happens. 6 members of staff in the kitchen and not one of them knows which order is which. Quite disappointed as Taco Bell used to be better than that!
