is
an
email
I
recently
sent
to
Navarra
restaurant
(9/10/20).
I
have
given
over
2
weeks
for
them
to
reply....nothing!
Good
evening,
We
came
to
your
restaurant
again
this
evening,
we
like
to
come
a
few
times
a
year
as
the
food
is
wonderful.
I’m
sorry
to
say
that
our
evening
was
spoilt
by
the
initial
behaviour
of
one
of
your
staff.
Upon
arrival
we
were
seated
at
table
21,
after
being
offered
the
option
of
3
different
tables.
We
were
then
brought
menu’s
by
a
young
lady
and
told
“We
would
appreciate
it
if
you
book
in
future.”
This
wasn’t
said
in
a
friendly
manner
or
in
a
way
that
would
come
across
as
a
friendly
tip
to
avoid
queues
for
example.
Instead,
it
felt
like
we
were
being
told
off
for
not
booking.
In
hindsight
I
wish
we
would
have
chosen
to
leave
after
being
spoken
to
in
such
a
way,
instead
we
were
taken
aback
and
didn’t
do
so.
I’m
sure
you
can
imagine
that
this
tarnished
the
rest
of
our
meal.
I’m
happy
to
say
the
food
was
as
lovely
as
ever,
I’m
just
disappointed
that
our
experience
of
your
restaurant
by
this
staff
members
attitude,
ruined
the
evening.
I
hope
you
accept
this
feedback
constructively
as
I’d
hate
to
think
your
other
customers
are
getting
a
similar
experience.
