Absolutely amazing! I went to have lunch on my graduation day with my friends. Food was very flavourful and cocktails were nice. Special dietary options are available and you always get 2-4-1 cocktails. Service was really friendly and approachable. Ambience and music is just cherry on top.

I went to the restaurant to celebrate the anniversary of my love and I had a spectacular service from Monique. Very attentive and friendly, something I didn't feel on the part of the person who brought the food, we ordered ketchup and she instead of bringing it continued the conversation with another colleague. But Monique brought it, with a lot of sympathy on her part. Thank you so much my dear Monique for the service.

The menu is quite large and had loads of options for vegetarians and vegans which is great, the drinks are also really nice. However service can be a little hit and miss -it does get quite busy so it's understandable that the service may be a little slow but when going for a bottomless brunch it's not ideal at all as you end up waiting ages to order your next drink. Despite this its definitely worth getting the bottomless brunch if you intend on getting alcoholic drinks with your meal as it works out better!

Delicious and tender food, 2for1 cocktails and great service. We had the goat curry, brown chicken and chicken roti for our mains and side. Both currys were rich and tender. Unfortunately they were out of the ginger sticky pudding but our waiter Angel procured a brownie with coconut ice cream for me. Angel was great throughout the evening. Recommending dishes to us, sorting out our drinks and sourcing my dessert.

I visited here with a friend for dinner and cocktails. (241 cocktails at certain times) Service from start to finish was great, staff are polite, friendly and patient. I ordered the curried goat with rice 'n' peas with a side of festival dumplings and it was delicious! One amazing perk they have is 20% off food for Blue Light members!!!

We had bottomless brunch on a busy Saturday, it did not dissapoint. Our server Ellie was amazing, she explained how their bottomless brunch worked and took our first drinks order. Within 15 minutes we ordered food and a second round of drinks, the food arrived and was delicious. Ellie took our drinks order roughly every 15 minutes, her recommendations were spot on. Ellie remained professional with the table next to us which were being a handful and gave us a wonderful, friendly and personal service. Thank you 😊

Second visit, this time I took my partner for his birthday! Always friendly service, pretty bar and decor, they let you choose if you want to sit at the seat they’ve picked for you which is nice. Amazing food and drinks!

A good place for a friends get-together. Reasonable music levels mean that you can talk. The staff seem great and efficient, especially Ellie on our visit. The food was lovely, colourful, healthy and tasty. Prices were reasonable for a city centre restaurant.

This was a really nice place to come. Brought my wife for her birthday and it did not disappoint. Lots of thanks to Annie and Aimee for their vibrant and warm service, this place has definitely made it to our favourite food spots!

We were looked after by Adriana, super lovely lady who was more than happy to advise on the best foods and cocktails. The bottomless brunch is one of the best in the game for cocktails and food choices! Not one to be missed especially if you love flavoursome foods

We were told they don’t do walk ins & a reservation has to be made & walk ins have a 30 min wait. We decided to get a drink at the bar while waiting but in about 3 mins they found us a table! The tingaling cocktail was rly rly good (like drinking perfume but in a good way) and the calamari was yummy too! Price is also reasonable. The chilli brownie was unique.

We had a really great experience here. I'd never eaten at Turtle Bay, often likening it to establishment like "TGI Fridays" and "Frankie & Bennys", but how wrong I was! The food tasted so good, with one of the party claiming that they were the best ribs he'd ever eaten! The service was good and the cocktails were excellent. Overall would recommend Turtle Bay!

Always have a great meal here. Food is great, drinks are good especially during happy hour. Wheelchair accessible and downstairs accessible toilet makes it ideal (as in a lot of town centre restaurants, the main bathrooms are upstairs). The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only issue is the app never works in the restaurant when I need it. This place can be extremely busy especially on Saturdays (all day in warmer weather) so I highly recommend booking in advance. We had rum runner cocktails, brown chicken, katsu curry, sweet plantains and corn fritters. Spent £52 (including a beer, not pictured). The food has just the right level of spiciness and. Is SO tasty. Vegetarian and vegan options across the menu.

Brilliant drinks, food and vibes for the 11am-1pm bottomless brunch! 6 cocktails each for a 7 person table and each one was amazing. Huge thanks to Jamal, Sophie and Dylan for serving us today, they were incredible!!

Food was ok, expected more authentic Jamaican taste. Service quite slow, waitress made us wait over 20 minutes to pay the bill. Will come back for 241 cocktails.

Gorgeous food as always very friendly staff and an awesome atmosphere - not expensive and a complete bargain if its 2 for 1 on the cocktails! We usually go to the Crawley one but moved house recently so had to find a new one and Nottingham was the closest - as awesome as ever! The coconut fried chicken beats KFC hands down no contest

I had lunch here with my friend and it was a pleasant experience. We were seated right away and given 5-10 minutes to explore the menu. There's a nice variety and they offer desserts as well. It's well-lit, interesting and spacious inside. Love the Caribbean vibes! The mocktails and food were absolutely delish!! It's filling, but so tasty, that if you don't finish your meal, you'll want to take it home, which is what I did. Good prices, good food, and the music wasn't too bad either. It was lively but relaxed and I really enjoyed it :)

One of the nicest restaurant in the corner house. Caribbean cuisine, and cocktails with a twist. I liked the coconut espresso martini, not sure about marley mojito though, that watermelon twist doesn't work in my opinion. But 2 for 1 during happy hours. So can't really complain :)

We had the Bottomless Brunch on a week day. I had the sausage roti as my food choice, which was delicious! We had plenty of cocktails during our 2 hour slot, and our dedicated 'server' (a chap with glasses and blond cropped hair) was polite, attentive and didn't seem at all annoyed that we kept trying to get his attention for more cocktails. We stayed for another cocktail outside of the 2 hours (which was 2-4-1 anyway) and even dessert. Would definitely recommend and will definitely do the Bottomless Brunch again.

I’ve been going to turtle bay for a number of years for the food and great selection of drinks. Unfortunately, the enjoyment of recent visits has not been so good due to the some of the staff’s unprofessionalism and managements poor judgment. Over the past two weeks, I have been twice and each time had issues. The first time we’d booked online for lunch and on arrival requested the Bottomless Brunch. As my friend had only booked a table and not specifically the Brunch, we could not have this menu. We asked if we could simply change this as we didn’t realise you had to choose what you were doing food and drink wise before even getting to the restaurant however we were told no. On checking their website, all time slots were available from when we sat down so we could simply have sat in the seat for 20 minutes with a drink and made a new booking for in 20 minutes and had the different menu! Seems a little pathetic that they simply couldn’t change it. With that we continued with the main menu but with a waiter who seemed to be more interested in prancing around, trying to be funny and making crude comments which was uncomfortable and certainly not a place to be doing so. Twice I watched him sit next to customers whilst they were ordering whilst he was trying so hard to be funny and overly friendly. After a couple hours, we were then asked to leave as we’d exceeded the maximum time. I find this very strange as a maximum time limit is only stated on the Bottomless Brunch which we were not allowed to have! To have a restaurant three quarters full, empty tables, booking slots available online and still kick out paying customers doesn’t seem very business minded to me. The second time we went last week after booking a table with the normal menu, the same thing happened. After two hours, the waitress came over and asked us to leave. She said it was out of hands but really sorry and she didn’t understand why we couldn’t stay either. The restaurant was probably half full so with that we just took our business next door. Both bookings were on a Friday around midday so it wasn’t mega busy and it wasn’t as though we were dragging out the time spent eating and drink as each time we spent around £100 for just two of us in two hours. It’s stated on Turtle Bay’s website “Whether you're after a few drinks to go with dinner, an afternoon session or a night out, we've got you covered. At the moment, it's table service all day and all night - and you can book a table just for drinks as late as midnight.” I’m certainly not feeling this comment reflects the service based on my experience nor do I see anything in relation to the 2 hour limit they seem to be imposing. Turtle bay, you need to rethink this as we will not be coming back until you change this ridicules policy if that’s even what it is or just a member of staff on a power trip.
