Food was good. Service was excellent. There was this bad smell in the restaurant that really wasn’t their fault but they did their best to handle the smell.

Very attentive staff, friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic, atmosphere was nice. I asked for a certain ingredient to be left out of my dish, not a problem for them.

Visited for the first time with my partner. When going to any establishment. Customers service makes or breaks a first impression and I can 100% say, staff where brilliant. Service with a smile and very patient. I'm vegiterian and my partner isn't. I let them know I'm veggie and they gave me a standard menu and a vegan menu so I had multiple choices. For starters we ordered the garlic mozzarella dough bites. Very delicious. For mains my partners had the meat feast pizza, and I have the vegan Carne Mista pizza (seen in picture) both delicious and will have this again. Brilliant first experience and will definitely be returning

I really enjoyed the lasagne. The fresh orange juice was quite sour - I prefer a sweeter orange juice, but that's just my preference. The pizza was a little dry but tasted good overall. Generally good food and nice place.

We were regulars before Covid. Food was great. Service was efficient. The decor attempted an Italian feel fairly well. After Covid it has all gone a bit downhill. The food was OK, but noticeably lower quality, especially the garlic bread. Prices have massively increased. They forgot our drinks, then got our table number wrong, so we nearly paid a cheaper bill for someone else. Good job we were honest. Yet the restaurant was not even half full. Pretty much the entire rear section was empty. Need to up their game before we go back.

Excellent service and tasty food. Tibor was our host for the evening and looked after us superbly with no pressure or rushing us but was very attentive and did it all professionally and with a smile and humour. It made such a difference to have a host who smiled and look liked they enjoyed their job...absolutely Top Guy and made the difference between an Ordinary evening and a memorable one. A small serving of delicious and tasty Green Olives was eaten whilst I looked through the rest of the menu. The Olives were followed by the main course of a hot bowl of Spaghetti Marinara, which contains Squid, Mussels and King Prawns all served in a tomato and garlic sauce, and the main meal got everything off to a great start. Dessert was a delicious Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Gelato to finish a very enjoyable night. A big thank you to Tibor (iPad 4) for looking after us so splendidly.

A warm night in June before 9pm we decided to eat at the Bella Italia. Although there were tables and chairs outside and very few customers , we made the total up to 4 inside , we were told that food was not being served outside which was a bit disappointing. The waiter was courteous and helpful nonetheless. The calzone and sourdough pizzas we ordered were delicious and could not be faulted, really top quality food, served with a smile and pretty quickly too. My salad was a little sad and my Rosemary fries could have done with some Rosemary but they were crunchy and very tasty. Overall a very good meal , only let down by a couple of curly carrots and maybe a little bit of effort to seat customers outside when requested. Highly recommend the pizza, really delicious

Great food and great service. Had a really nice meal with my family a few weeks ago. The food was just as nice as expected and the atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable. The restaurant began fairly quiet when we arrived at 12 but just filled throughout the lunch hours (on a summer holiday Wednesday) so consider booking. We were served by a waiter who was new on the job but he was absolutely fantastic and his slight caution only added to the charm. The toilets were nice and clean but a little buried in the back of the restaurant so keep going and you'll get to them eventually.

Good family restaurant. Serving staff were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Didn't rush us and tried their best to comply with our fussy little eaters wishes. Food was good . Restaurant was clean and tidy. Thank you to all the staff. Great job.

Had a lovely meal at Bella italia nottingham on Feb 1st 2022. It was lovely. We ordered the 3 course set meal at £17.99 you got a choice of 3 options from the starter 5 from the main 4 from the dessert.. and wow! Well worth it. Obviously if you order lasagne there are no extras but the portion was huge. 2 cheeky sides at £4 each was in order. Drink prices was reasonable also £6 a cocktail ❤ go, enjoy!!

Very good ! We were found a table quickly, the meals and drinks we ordered were on our table in no time at all. Food was tasty, I had the chicken and pasta dish which I would recommend Our waitress was very friendly, and was happy to converse with us, finding time despite being busy. All in all great !

On arrival, we was met by very friendly staff who was expecting us for our booking. Once seated our drinks order was placed and brought to the table. The food didn't take long and was absolutely delicious, So tasty and fresh. The deccor loooks amazing and is bright and very clean. Highly recommend this place, you'll love it.

We've ordered 2 pizzas and 3 different pastas. Most of our choices was not available. My bruschetta-a very thin, hard tost with cheap olive oil, some red onion and tomato was far from Italian bruschetta. Pizza base was hard and tasteless. My pasta was ok but for the price I expected bigger portion. Staff was friendly but not attentive. Waiting for first drinks about 20 minutes. For food over an hour and about second drink I had to remind them. There was no more then 3 tables occupied so they wasn't that busy. Two waitress went out for a cigarette and didn't wash their hands afterwards. 6 of us decided not going back to this restaurant.

A very pleasant evening my son took me and his girlfriend , we booked online in the afternoon as it was very busy and were only accepting people who had booked, The food was lovely and I will definitely Go again soon.

I went there for a date night with my husband. We had a lovely time there. I had gluten-free pasta, which was amazing. Waiter was lovely and very friendly. Food came so quickly after ordering. Me and my husband will definitely be coming back for another date night and recommend it to others to come.

Went to Bella Italia tonight with my better half and our 2 boys the service was amazing Josh went above and beyond to make sure our evening went well. backed by a great team Sam and Ragnor engaged my boys in conversation and were super friendly. Our oldest boy is autistic and Josh absolutely made his evening. Definitely a five star experience and well worth a visit

The food is average.. the pizza sauce tasted like uncooked tomatoes, the polo fungi pasta was cold, lack a taste and the chicken! I am a bit surprised by all the 5 stars comments .. the meal really disappointed us!

Very busy when we arrived, but didn't take too long before we were seated. Waiting staff very helpful, providing allergy information on all dishes, confirming allergens when ordering. Meals generous and steaming hot. Will return.

Food was so incredible. Our waiter (think his name was Ollie) was really nice but he seemed quite overwhelmed and stressed as I think they were understaffed, especially for the eat out scheme where it is busy. Restaurant is nice but toilets are poor- was no soap

Piadina excellent, doughnut soft, warm, very tasty, attentive waiters.

I love how fresh and italian it looks inside. Had a pasta pomodoro, which wasnt the best taste and the staff wasnt really helpful. But I have to come here again to try their pizza which looked nice. For vegan option pizza they unfortunately make you one without cheese as they dont stock any vegan cheese. There is no reception for an internet connection or wifi.

A family party of ten of us visited on Christmas Day afternoon. Manager and staff were all very welcoming and friendly and helpful throughout the afternoon. The food, four courses with Fizz, was very good. Meals were served all together and courses arrived with a reasonable time between them. A very enjoyable Christmas Day meal.

It's a Bella Italia in the Cornerhouse, and it was exactly how I thought it would be. Four stars as the staff were extremely pleasant, so much so that although my pizza was free (I had a Vodafone code), I still left him a few quid tip. What a nice man. My margherita pizza wasn't great, but it was serviceable enough, served quickly and I've certainly had worse things in my mouth. They have a cheap looking lunch offer for £6.99. I thought it a bit strange that they only had one vegetarian pizza out of a big list, and that had goat's cheese on. I'm sure they'll catch up with everyone else soon. I have faith.

This Bella Italia has always been the worst for slow and poor service but since the management seems to have changed since around 6 months ago it is a much more enjoyable experience. The one issue that seems to be a common occurrence in every restaurant of Bella Italia is none of the staff want to take your money you can be waiting longer to pay than you did for your food to be cooked which is always very annoying especially when you have places to be. Below is a picture of their new plant based burger it was delicious!

The choice of food and service were brilliant. Unfortunately there wasn't much atmosphere as there weren't many customers. We thought that the deserts were overpriced.

We really enjoyed our visit here. We were seated straight away and our server was really friendly and attentive. Food came out within about 15 minutes and was very tasty. Love that you can see the chef's cooking in the kitchen from where we were sitting. We will definately be back to eat here and would recommend.

First visit to Bella Italia. Trendy decor and very friendly customer service, efficient too.We ordered a veg pizza and veg sphagetti. Sphagetti was not good so ended up not eating it.It was too bland for our taste but Pizza was nice.Had sunset Martinis which were good. Will visit again, giving a benefit of doubt that maybe it was mistake from our side that we did not order the dish according to our tastes. :)

Bella Italia is convenient, friendly, satisfying and excellent value for money. The pasta dishes are WoW, the menu varied and garlic bread to share the best. I like Bella I lots especially if you can use one of their discount offers or Meercat deals. Well worth a visit, treat the family, you cant go wrong.
