Perfect nandos...Best nandos meal I've had in a long time, well worth the 40min wait for a table of 5. Chicken was cooked PERFECT, fluffy mash, sweet corn on the cob and an excellent potion of chips. Service inside was very nice and quick too.

Ok 1 star because it was terrible but it also was half hour before closing time on a Friday night. So I didn't expect perfection but what I got was horrible. Probably not helped by the fact Im a veggie, my friend was not, I thought I'd try their vegan chicken burger .. which is for some reasons strips of fake chicken instead of a patty... It was dry , tasted horrible the sides were shocking.. I was starving by that time and still I couldn't eat it... Paid £14 for the pleasure.

By far the worst Nando’s I’ve been too, the food is needy always comes out dry as if it’s been sitting on the hot plate for some time or they are giving out food that has been sent back. 70% off the time the order comes out wrong or someone else’s food comes to your table. The staff act like it is a social event! They stand around talking, they have a table in the restaurant that they sit at and eat where fellow coworkers will stand around and talk to them while on there break (not something the public want to see when coming for a meal) they drink on the restaurant floor and rest drinks on the ledge of tables where people are eating! I’m not sure what kind of management is going on here but it needs a drastic change. I’ve spoke to a few people about this and they say the same thing…. The staff are quite rude and management does not address this if anything they are too. (Not all staff as there is about 3 that are really nice and polite) I’ll stick to the Nando’s at Netherfield retail park as much more welcoming and food is fresh. They also teach their staff manners and great customer service. I will not be going back to such a dull, bad energy environment!!

Found a cooked snail on my filo pita, I was not offered a refund but asked if I want a loyalty card. Had to speak with the manager on shift to get a 14 pound refund following a order of nearly 90 pounds.... they was willing to let us walk out with no refund at all. It's understood that these things can happen but how it was managed was not the best. We was informed they will be sending the foreign object off for further tests. Upon further inspection on the manager she came back so say a 30 pound loyalty card would be best as it looks suspicious. We refused the loyalty card due to not visiting there much so they could only then give a cash refund of 14 pound odd. As in the managers words (they don't like to give refunds). Well sorry but I don't like spending almost 90 pound on a meal to have to walk away without eating none of it.

Came here during the heatwave and was pleasantly suprised by the air conditioning. We came on a Sunday so it wasn't too busy. Menus were at our table on arrival and we could choose what we wanted by QR code on our phones rather than someone coming to take our order. We had the bottomless soft drinks which was ideal and worth the cost of £3.50 considering how hot it was! I always go for butterfly chicken with chips and corn on the cob. I had the butterfly chicken planish as i'm not a big fan of hot/ spicy food but it was still flavoured beautifully. Would definately come here again!

Everything you’d expect from a Nando’s. Friendly staff, great food and fast service. We come here when I don’t feel like cooking, it feels like clean food without the UPF nasties you’d get at places like Frankie’s & Benny’s.

Good food as expected with Nandos: you get what you pay for. Clearly short staffed so there was a wait on food and tables to be ready. Facilities could have been kept cleaner.

Staff were excellent although the restaurant was exceptionally busy we were kept up to date constantly with the wait time for a table, once we were seated the food was brought out really quickly given how busy it was & was also fantastic quality. Thanks to the staff for a great experience even with how busy you were this evening

We got to Nandos and it was packed, we had to wait 10 minutes for a table which we didn’t mind. Once we were seated and had ordered through the app, food was quick to come. We were disappointed at the fact that Nandos has switched all of their bottomless refills to sugar free. Food was good but the garlic bread tasted a bit stale and cold so was a bit disappointed at that as it’s normally one of my favourite things. Overall, we did enjoy it and will probably be back.

Excellent service by Rajun at the till and then again when he happened to bring our food over. Tasty meal on a Sunday lunch. The restaurant was packed and lots of people waiting but the staff seemed nice a relaxed. Great to see.

Yes not very acceptable to be honest with you to wait over 45 minutes for a table and then another half an hour for your food to come after. This restaurant isn’t run very well And service is very slow also they keep leaving the window open which means the restaurant gets very cold to one side making it rather uncomfortable to enjoy your meal

It's a chain so the experience is much like any other Nandos. As one of the two remaining restaurants by the Showcase, it gets busy but the staff are pretty efficient at turning tables so gave never waited more than 10-15mins. A couple of times food hasn't come out as ordered or there was no cutlery but each time the staff acted to rectify this.

Visited with my mum who's in her 80's today. It was her first visit and she's quite picky. The manager greeted us and explained everything in detail - he couldn't have been more helpful. The atmosphere was great. Many of the staff were very young but all were engaged and helpful. I was very surprised by the level of service and how welcome we were made to feel. Thank you!

Great food and service. Thanks to Carlos for being so helpful and polite even though he was treated badly by a family while were there. Very respectful young man. Made our meal there with while. Gave a 3 for atmosphere as I don't think the awful family should be allowed to talk to staff like that

Not a fan of not being able to book - had to wait 20/30 mins for a table (avoidable if we could've booked). Food was lovely though. Happy with the service, cleanliness & quality/quantity of food. Will go to this Nandos again.

Didn't even get to eat here. Booking is not available which is the stupidest decision for a restaurant that is a) right behind a large cinema b) right near a big student area. We had just over an hour before our film, got there at 6pm on a Sunday to be told the wait was 25-30 mins. We decided this wasn't enough time so had to go elsewhere. Kids were really upset and it put a dampner on the whole evening which could have avoided if we could have booked.

You know what you're getting with Nando's, and I got what I expected. I had a salad, and it was fine. I do like the lemon and herb dressing. I like the way that each person at a table can order and pay individually via the QR code at the table. This saves time and fuss splitting bills. Service was quick. I'm a fan of the ice/ water dispenser which is free.

Possible the worst nandos I have ever been to. Three were no forks left, half the soft drink taps were empty or not working. Really filthy seating area. My quinoa salad arrived with a sprinkling of quinoa contrary to their description of "a generous helping of quinoa". When I complained about the lack of quinoa I was told this is how we are instructed to serve it even though the picture and description looks nothing like what I received. He did give me another tablespoon worth of quinoa though! They even forgot to put the feta!

Ordered our meals through the app, mine came nearly within 5 minutes which was great however it was cold - had they had it made already and it wasn't on a heater? The butter I got to spread on my corn on the cob was warmer than my meal. Everyone else's meals were hot but as there was no staff presence around i couldn't complain. Always had great experiences with Nando's apart from this one. Won't be returning to this branch.

Chicken well cooked and succulent. We were placed and served quickly. It was busy and hence a bit noisy but great staff.

I went to the Nando's showcase in Nottingham today with my friend at 4pm. Great service by Paul at the checkout area who recommended the peri peri chips for me and had a really positive energy and vibe. All the staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the service and the ambience. Thank you to the team.

Lovely place to eat, food was very quick, staff and manager was lovely, service was amazing especially by the young lady called Megan who sorted all of our needs with a lovely smile! Thank you! We will definitely be back

Big Seats, good pricing. You can move them into a full lazy-boy style position with the buttons. Arms are wide so you're not sat too close to people. Ben & Jerry's has been swapped out, but it's still good (Try the mango sorbet)

We tried to go there when the lockdown was easing last year but it was too busy and never went, but two weeks a go we went there and staff, place and food were lovely. Especially thanks to (Paige) she was awesome and very helpful always alert to our needs.

Food was amazing at this Nando’s. Wasn’t a long wait on food either came in reasonable time, the chicken was cooked to perfection. Thank you to the manager Paul on shift today who served me and made sure me and family had everything we needed while we was there. Amazing work guys
