I ordered from here on Sunday through Just eat. Firstly of all the order was 45mins late, which could of been due to the delivery guy fro. Just eat. However the food came and it was disgusting. The fizzy drinks were flat. The burgers were burnt but they was all cold! The chicken nuggets were cold. They didn't put any of the sauces in that we ordered and all of the 4 lots of fries were missing completely. I spoke to someone called Callum at the restaurant and he was rude and didn't careless. This is the second time I've ordered from here and the first time was missing all of the drinks from my order. How hard is it for the staff to read the order and send out the food that is listed infront of them! DO NOT GO TO THIS MACDONALDS! DISGUSTING

Based on a visit tonight. Warm tasty fries and a decent Big Mac. Was served by a helpful member of staff called Jodie. Order was ready in 4 minutes. Eat inside. Small and not many tables, but drive thru is more popular at this location. Outdoor tables if good weather. Overall great for a quick bite to eat and recharge. Still good for quick food but seating area always full of just eat deliver drivers.

Only 1 star because I can't give 0. Want warm food? Not from here! Want the sauces you ordered to go with your food? Don't be silly! Need a straw for your drink? Bit much to ask don't you think?? Don't waste your money, absolutely terrible!

Never thought I'd give a McDonald's a 5 star but the cleanliness, fast service, hot and fresh fries and chicken, and friendly staff made me leave my food and write this down. Thank you, this reminds me of when McDonald's was a lovely family place.

Such a shame. I remember a few years ago when orders were delivered correct and complete and HOT! How do you see an order that says Big Mac MEAL, and proceed to send the item out to be delivered without the bloody burger. Yes I know they get busy. But jeez how much does it take to double check an order an order before the item is sent out. If that happened in any other restaurant, mcdonalds or otherwise. The item would be sent immediately. But nope. These days they can’t deliver the items THEY have forgot. Clearly some of the simple jobs are too complex for people these days. Utterly useless, 14 hour shift. And fries for my tea because someone can’t read or check an order 🤦🏼 I’ll be avoiding going forwards😑

Been counting my nuggets each by each and why is there only 18 is this how you save money on nuggets do half a job some of you need to learn how to count your 2 nuggets in debt

Took 1 hour 50 mins to get our order delivered. The eta kept getting later and later. Tried to cancel to just go and order in store to be quicker but would get charged full price for the food even though it hadn’t been prepared by that point.

I ordered a large meal this is what I received.. half a box of fries and is that what a burger looks like.. im sure they used to be round... I try my best to never ever give bad reviews. But this macdonalds needs a lot of Improvemt ... no customer service nothing just pushing ppl through like cattle... only person I found doing her job properly was the lady on the front who actually helped and acknowledged customers... food was cold fries were like rubber only refreshing thing was the coke... wont be using this 1 again...

well that was an unexpected... worst one yet, halumi fries were cold, as was everything else. burger, wrap and selects! won't be using this restaurant again in a hurry, cold food is a sign of poor order management.... this is def. in need of a change.

Me and my mate have ordered two sausage mc muffins on drive thru. First of all, the girl who was taking the order sound like she needs some more sleep. He had to wait a bit longer for our food but that's fine, the worst part is we have received our mc muffins without a sausage... problem is we have realised it at work. Terrible service, won't come back - don't recommend it... The only positive thing was the Christmas songs but I think its to soon for that. Disappointing. I will choose different mc Donald's on the way to work.

I ordered medium Fanta and large fries but 1/3 of the chips was missing . I am never ordering from here again absolute joke!

We ordered a takeaway and opted for delivery. The time we should have received our order was communicated as 6.20pm and driver was at the store at 6.05pm. We received our order at 6.37pm, both burgers were less than Luke warm and the fries completely cold. We were dissatisfied and then dealt with Uber Eats on the telephone number supplied by McDonalds on their app. The initial call handler was rude and short tempered and upon escalation the manager informed us that the service we received was within guidelines and acceptable. I’m not sure how recovering a cold delivery is deemed to be acceptable. Save yourself a poor experience if ordering a delivery. This is the 2nd time we’ve experienced this from this Branch of McDonalds along with previous issues with missing sauces and other items. Save your money or order a Pizza from Dominoes or Papa John’s who always deliver ‘hot food’ as it should be served.

Was an absolute shambles tonight, people waiting fir their order about 15 minutes even though it was just sat there going cold. One lady complained about cold food to one of the 2 star staff members who laughed and smirked in her face. I made sure my meal was hot however there was no syrup in my mcflurry. There were just eat orders ready and waiting to be picked up that was still waiting to be picked up when I left 30 minutes later. This is just a really badly managed McDonalds, as one of the managers was stood by the girl smirking at the lady and she didn't even tell her off about it and it was clear that she was doing it as the lady pointed this out in front of the manager and she saw her doing it. Another one of the delivery guys put food in his bag then sat down and ate a meal himself before going out to deliver it. Another customer had a go at him saying that it was disgusting behaviour of him to do that. Someone is going to get a cold meal

Guys check your orders before driving off... just went on drive thru and came back home to see one big mac meal missing from my order. Called this McDonald's branch like 20 times and no answer. To me this is not a mistake this is stealing as I paid full price and didn't get all my orders right.

Ordered a simple happy meal and a burger, had to park in a bay and wait, 15 minutes later, still no sign of my order, so went in to see what was happening, the place was full of deliverers and when I asked where my order was, they said they forgot. Great service....NOT

Really poor service, ordered x2 cheese burgers x1 hot chocolate and x1 latte. Took them 26 mins from placing order, drinks cold and so was the cheeseburgers would not recommend. Also looked like it needs a good clean the staff was more focused on the delivery side than the actual face to face customers.

Wait times have gotten longer over time as this McDonald's gets a very large number of delivery orders, despite that food is still relatively quick if you use drive-thru or delivery. Food generally arrives fairly fresh, hot and correct. My biggest issue with this store is they NEVER include ordered sauces in the delivery orders. Even when paid for extra. Some meals just aren't aren't same without them.

Terrible service. Food always comes cold when using the drive thru. When ordering through Just Eat your food is always going to turn up cold and if you've ordered more than one item you've got a 99% chance of them forgetting something. If you're still one of the people who would rather order a bland McDonald's than go elsewhere then at least through Uber Eats, that way when they mess your order up you can get your money back.

Absolutely disgusted, burnt nuggets and funny thing is u ordered a plain cheese burger NOT NUGGETS my lad is autistic doesn’t eat well as it is then he gets given the wrong item, and there’s a thing called Natasha law where allergies are a massive thing in work places now and I’ve got chocolate bits in my daughters strewberry milkshake and was given the wrong item and every bit of food is cold aswell absolutely disgusted and not answering so I can complain I work in a food place and Ino this isn’t on at all

Just been there with my four children, placed an order of 5 ice cream, had requested to come to table 7 but never arrived after waited so long. So went back to customer service, asked a young lady by name of Kaitlyn who were being openly rude to me when I asked here is order No 25 ready shook her head looked at me like I was a trap or something and walked away. So had to ask her colleague who’s standing next to her and served me with happily. I told him your colleague was just being rude to me she heard me saying that didn’t even have that much decency to say sorry her colleague said sorry on her behalf! What a shame. You should have seen the state of the tables full of left over had to clean one of them myself for ourselves.

Unfortunately, some of the workers there deal badly with customers, especially with the delivery worker. I was there while I was working on delivery. One of the female employees threw the order in the face of one of the delivery workers. He was an old man who could be older than her father or the same age. Note that the hiring worker is a human being, not an animal, and must be treated well

Please if your ever thinking of ordering from here on just eat then don’t do it. They can never get a order correct, Always items missing or if you ask for no cheese you can bet your life it’s gonna turn up with cheese. Can’t be that hard to read a order from a screen and put it in a bag….

A shout out to Lauren the staff member who was able to find me the happy meal toy, there was a worry that they had run out, which would’ve upset my nephew but she came to the rescue Overall, it was an okay Mcdonald’s but due to the drive-thru and delivery apps there seemed to have been a backlog in orders, so it took a fair amount of time to get our food when we were eating-in

Some of the time it's different from what I ordered especially in the morning I ask for the same breakfast on Thursday and Saturday every time I ask for bacon on its own and I get a breakfast roll or sausage roll. Not good when you get back home and it's completely wrong very annoying

Restaurant full of takeaway drivers. The processing screen wasn't working. While still waiting my app told me my order had been collected. Took 20 minutes to get my order after pre-ordering on the app. Never again!

I received my breakfast order very quickly and the cleaning lady was extremely kind. Not only did she chat with me and make me feel welcome, she was great at her job. I didn’t catch her name but she deserved recognition for going above and beyond. Excellent service xxx

Quality is abysmally bad. Food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. 2 large fries were more than half empty, barely cooked and super cold. Burgers were super cold also and the bread was crumbly and dry like it was stale. Everything had to be microwaved. Had to throw it away in the end as it was unedible.

This has to be the worst McDonalds, not just in Nottingham, but on the entire planet. They have never once got my order right and the food is poor quality, and if I go into the restaurant so I can check it properly, and not use the drive through, the wait can be absolutely ages. Some of the staff are incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Tonight I ordered one quarter pounder with cheese, could they possibly get that order wrong? I got what I ordered this time, but the burger was burnt and cold and the bread roll was actually hard and stale, it honestly felt like it was one that had just been on the side all day. This restaurant needs some serious corrective action.
