We visited yesterday and the service was fantastic! Our server was Freya who made the whole experience a real pleasure. My gluten free choice was unavailable so she offered me an alternative deal which I felt really was above and beyond! The food was really tasty. Such a treat to eat a gluten free pie! We will definitely be back when we can!

One of my favourite restaurants. The menu has a great selection of pies and sides at a fair, competetive price. Customer service is fab - never had a problem here. If they had a loyalty scheme, I'd have a stamp every couple of weeks.

Good pie, 3 vegan options, good selection of sides. Comes with plenty of gravy which you can add as much of as you want. I like that the sides all come in little side pots as I was concerned about everything running together. Really nice to see vegan mash! And even a vegan milkshake option, as well as a sundae.

Food was superb! One staff member made it abit of a poor experience! (Female) she was very unprofessional, you could tell she didn't want to speak, smile or interact with us, thats fine ive come to eat haha...... There was a guy waiter who was very nice polite and pleasant 👍 You can't have everything I suppose! I would definitely recommend for food!! Just don't visit when misery is on shift :) haha

Visited here Friday and the service was fantastic the chef and waiter both interacted with me which was great to see. I love the decor on the inside (a little dark) but other than that its great! The food was just what it says in the name Pieminister beautiful made pies with sides to match. I havent visited since the lockdown so really enjoyed it but I do wish the onion rings were back on the menu as I really enjoyed them here before the pandemic. Big thumbs up from me

Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was spectacular, loved the decor and music really matched the vibe. Staff were so friendly, we needed to order our pies gluten free and the chap serving us was nothing but accommodating. Food was great, super flavourful and hefty portions! Would defo recommend if you're in the area.

Great selection of pies. We were served by Lee and the service was really good. I was a bit displeased with the portion sizes of the starters. The halloumi fries were like 2/3 pieces and were not value for money. But the 2 for 1 cocktail deal was nice and we got a passion fruit martini and strawberry fields and also a Mojito! We also got ourselves the mud pies and being dessert aficionados, we can confirm it was mind blowing. Overall good experience, a bit dull in the afternoons, but surely must visit. Note: I did see some people complaining about the food not being cooked well enough, but I didn’t experience any such thing.

Let's start with if you fancy some great hearty food this is the place for you 100% great quality and value. Visited today with my wife and daughter and had a great meal. The Christmas pie I had was lovely and the children meal was not the usual poor quality you get from chain restaurants. On entering we was greeted with a warm welcome also fully my fault I knocked over my drink which was replaced free of charge so overall we will be returning and recommend

Excellent pies and rich onion gravy. Very tasty. The raspberry ripple milkshake was also good. Service to take our order was very slow, I believe this was because I could only see two staff members, so this was understandable. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan pies were also available

Great place, great menu especially for vegans as there is a lot of choice. Nice atmosphere. We had the Sunday dinner option and really enjoyed it.

My friends and family were out for bottomless brunch. Gavin made us feel very welcome and provided a quick service in our 2 hour timeslot. Any issues that arose he was quick to resolve. Henry ensured that we were looked after. It was a great laugh. Apologies if we were a nuisance. Thank you.

Having pies for the first time, Pieminster definitely gave me the best experience. The pies were super fresh and so tasty. The gravy was the right consistency and they had vegetarian options for everything. The service was great! Thanks for this amazing meal.

Came here for a breakfast/brunch. Staff here were super friendly, helpful and attentive. Food and drink was at a good quality. Very quiet at this time which I didn’t complain about as it’s a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

The vibes are immaculate! The food was absolutely delicious, had a Moo-Less Moo (vegan) and a Moo (gluten free) and it was incredible! Also had fries and mash, which were also amazing!! The staff were so friendly, and really helpful. Really good vegan options. Limited gluten free options, especially desert. Would definitely recommend!!

Very fast and friendly service! We booked in advance but I was still very impressed by how quickly our group of 15 got seated and served during lunch time. The pies were incredible too! A real selection of fillings and really tasty for a super reasonable price. This was my first time visiting but certainly won't be my last

It's bigger inside than it looks from the outside, quite a lot of seating available. The food was very nice and filling, not too much but not too little either. We unfortunately had to wait quite a while for our food, as staff said the kitchen had been swamped. Apart from that, al good. There are lots of options on the menu, and a good choice of sides and starters. Decent price too, as 3 people with drinks was under £50. Would certainly recommend the Moo Pie!

Booked easily online, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Really enjoyed the pie and got the pie and 2 sides deal for £9.50 (with upgraded side of fries for £1, I think). Didn't get any, but they had many vegetarian/vegan options. Would come back.

A well priced bottomless brunch (£25) for 90 minutes, served by friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend!

Was not a good experience. New Year's Eve 2021. Being the only customer here, the person who turned out to be the "chef" being on his phone as I walked in as the greeter. Perhaps should have been taken as warning signs. That being said he seemed a pleasent and upbeat young man. Explained I have come here on a recommendation, and it was my first time at a PieMinister. There appears to be no-one else here, taken to a table. so I engaged conversation. Asked for recommendations, it was clear at this point - something else also off. He shruggled and was mildly dismissive, he called to another person. A female, I assume the manager/supervisor/server. Who got a menu. As I browsed, I asked again for recommendations, anything seasonal? Perhaps he was not used to being on this side of experience. "I just heat them up." I asked are the pies made fresh on premises. He replied "Yes". Took a step away. Before correcting himself turning back. "No, they are brought in." "So they are microwaved?" Smiles but looks down, "Yeah...kinda They are made elsewhere and sent, he heat them up." The manageress/server interrupted to say, they use two types of pastry and then the filling is added and topped. Unfortunately, it went further south. As what came. A seasonal turkey pie. The gravy was luke warm. Which was reheated by the technical wizardry of a microwave ping. The bed of mashed potato/swede I saw scooped from a Tupperware tub, that is kept under the heat lamp.( In the picture.) Having been here half hour or so, whilst I write this. The chef/young guy apologized for the gravy. The manageress/server pleasent and attentive. The other guys came in, the microwave got to work. Pinging and slamming. A number of times. Overall the experience here, was disappointing. For the price, more than £20, for pie, mushy peas and chips and a flat drink. The quality wasn't good at all. Not sure could see that I will be passing on any recommendation. Before I left the manageress/server did identify that I had not enjoyed the meal. I explained the feedback.

looking for something a bit different for our party we came across Pie Minster. entering the restaurant we was greeted by a lovely waitress who was very accommodating and found us a table for our party of 6. after settling in Rob introduced himself and was very friendly instantly making us feel welcome. throughout our stay Rob and the the staff were very attentive and answered any questions positively we had about the menu. the food was fresh, tasty and well presented. overall we left feeling very satisfied and will be returning in the future thanks.

One of the good places to go for a lunch in city centre. This is one of the best places where you can find a good number of vegan pie varieties. They have all varieties of pies ranging from vegan to beef. In addition to the tasty pies the food arrangement is also really looks nice. They do dinein as well as takeaway. The ambience is really good to fit different size groups. There is toilets 🚻 facilities on premises and can be used by customers. Most of the the place is wheelchair accessible ♿.

Used Pieminister Nottingham on more than one occasion and it has been a pleasure but this evening it felt that something less pleasing happened. We wanted to place an order for delivery but it was unclear whether gluten free was an option on meal deals as my partner has coeliac disease. I called to ask about this and was brusquely told "we don't handle deliveries, you'll have to go through our delivery partners, even though I was seeking clarity on the menu options. When I responded that I would like to place an order for pick up instead, the response was a brisk 'OK' and the member of staff hung up. Because the menu is very good we placed an order online and when it came to pay there were additional fees including delivery (fair enough though I'm not aware of other restaurants charging for nearby delivery) and a service charge which you cannot opt out of. I paid £26 for you providing the service of cooking the meal, what is surcharge for? Then a screen asking for a tip. One or the other, guys! Hope the pie is tastier than the ordering experience. Unfortunately the experience did not improve. I ordered the Kate and Sidney and the content was incinerated. Not sure it's supposed to crunch like that.

👍👍 We visited Escapologic and chose the room Contraption! Rachel was very polite and funny. When doing the health and safety she added a few jokes in there that made us chuckle - made the experience way better. The room itself was challenging - we had to work as a team and we finished in 48 minutes (wi...

👍👍 By far one of the most fun experiences I've had. I played Far Cry 3 VR and Outbreak: Origins. I'd recommend that order if you want to play back to back games. Far Cry was so beautiful and simple enough to get a proper hold of the controls. Outbreak was my favourite! Shooting Zombies and saving the w...
