Ordering
food
here
is
a
nightmare.
They
have
a
QR
code
to
order
your
food
online.
If
your
network
is
not
working
they
will
connect
you
to
their
Wi-Fi
which
doesn’t
work
either.
Since
we
can’t
connect
through
the
internet
they
gave
us
their
“
old
fashion”
way
of
ordering
by
paper.
It's
a
table
for
two,
one
adult
and
a
child.
When
my
order
arrived,
I
was
surprised
by
the
big
portions
of
Ebi
tempura.
I
verified
if
the
portion
was
for
1
order
and
they
said
it
is
for
4
orders.
They
showed
me
the
paper
where
I
wrote
my
orders
and
it
wasn’t
t
my
handwriting.
There
are
samples
of
number
4
of
my
handwriting
from
the
paper
and
you
can
see
how
it
had
been
tweaked.
But
the
manager
named
May
and
another
gentleman
insisted
it
was
my
handwriting.
I
ordered
four
portions
and
I
need
to
pay
for
them.
They
are
so
rude
and
we
are
making
a
scene
at
the
restaurant.
I
felt
I
was
bullied
to
pay
for
something
that
it’s
not
my
order
at
all
and
the
way
they
dealt
with
it.
I
don’t
want
to
argue
in
front
of
my
7
yrs
old
daughter.
I
don’t
mind
paying
them
if
it
was
my
mistake
but
it
wasn’t.
I
said,
why
you
didn’t
verify
the
orders
and
the
manager
says,
it
was
not
her
job.
The
lunch
date
with
my
daughter
turns
out
to
be
a
nightmare
and
unpleasant
experience.
I
cancelled
the
rest
of
our
orders.
It
will
cost
me
a
lot
of
money
to
pay
for
someone’s
mistake.
I
also
work
in
a
restaurant
and
no
way
that
we
will
treat
our
customers
like
that.
Very
poor
customer
service.
I
am
so
disappointed
in
everything,
the
quality
of
the
food
and
most
of
all
the
customer
service.
Not
worth
your
money
and
visit.
