Tasty burgers...but most of the tables were not clean...

Used the self service to order.Otdered a veggie burger meal. Altogether costed 5 pounds and be a few pence.The tables and outlet was clean which is a big plus but the burger tasted ok.

Went for food on Saturday night 28th October,understanding it's a busy trading time of the day we took the risk and proceeded to join the queue. Unfortunately that's were I encountered the worse service I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Under staffed,no drinks machine, staff flirting laughing and serving people who were jumping the queue,getting orders wrong and worse of all having no sense of speed of service times and good customer service. Manager or shift runner nowhere to be seen meaning no leadership at all on the front counter. It really was that bad, I had to write a review. literally 45 minutes to get served, awful.

Toilets are locked to prevent drug taking. Fries cold. Lots of missing basics you just shouldn't run out of.

Terrible experience there today. Went for some fast food it certainly wasn't fast. Took 7 minutes after receiving slip with my order on it all I wanted was a hamburger and regular fries. Staff were arguing between themselves at the tills. It was a farce. Wasn't busy. Totally disorganised. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Toilets were filthy. Won't be going back.

Shocking service from a busy restaurant, most of the staff looked like they was on training and didn't know how to use the equipment, lots of people wanting to order but struggling to actually place. Only went for a drink and that was over £5 for two small glasses which were self fill and most of the flowers were out of stock (didn't look like they was refill as you had a choice of small or large drinks), so expensive too!

ordered strawberry milkshake and gave me vanilla. Furthermore, they made me stand up more than 10 min to get strawberry flavour... bad service..

The food quality is 4/5 and the location is 5/5. However, because they have a great centralised location, their service becomes very poor when there's high number of customers. From what I can observe, it's probably due to lack of staff to cope with the high demand during peak hours. Also, some staff are not very friendly.

Just came in with my partner, was served by a lovely lady Sharon. I worked in burger King about 15 odd years back so I am not particularly up to date with the menu but Sharon was lovely and helpful and did exactly what she needed to do and showed us some deals and add ons. Other staff were happy, smiley and polite which was lovely to see. Haven't eaten burger King in years but I think that will change now. Oh and the food was lovely and everything was immaculate.

Very poor customer service by Claire. Just a robot. She needs some customer training. The chap serving is doing his best.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger XL super and was given a dry burger with no sauce. The bun was cold, cheese not melted. Service was bad, server tried to charge me more money then have me a small cup when I ordered super! And then didn't ask if I wanted any sauce. Upstairs closed so no access to gents toilets. Fast food restaurant with no access to toilet!
