I
don't
usually
leave
bad
reviews
but
it
seemed
appropriate
to
do
so
on
this
occasion.
I
was
with
my
mother
visiting
Nottingham,
on
Saturday
afternoon,
when
we
decided
to
eat
at
Copper's.
Having
been
there
several
times,
I
wanted
my
mother
to
have
a
good
experience
too.
The
manager
very
nicely,
made
us
sit
upstairs
where
we
were
welcomed
by
a
blonde
waitress
who
from
the
moment
she
laid
eyes
on
us,
gave
us
nothing
but
a
weird
hostile.
We
ordered
two
sandwiches
(they
were
great
by
the
way)
but
for
my
mum
the
portion
was
a
little
too
much.
I
very
kindly
asked
the
waitress
if
we
could
take
away
half
of
the
remaining
sandwich.
When
it
comes
to
a
take
away,
we
certainly
did
not
expect
it
to
be
put
in
a
gift
box
with
a
thank
you
note.
But
we
also
did
not
expect
the
waitress
to
place
on
our
table
an
industrial
cling
film
roll
and
a
bag,
so
that
we
could
wrap
the
sandwich
ourselves,
in
front
of
the
other
speechless
customers.
That
was
an
absolutely
unacceptable
and
unprofessional.
I
do
understand
customer
service
can
be
challenging
and
pleasing
every
single
customer
is
impossible.
Having
said
that,
eating
out
should
be
the
time
for
a
customer
to
be
treated
nicely
and
feeling
welcomed.
All
we
felt
was
that
we
were
intruding
and
disturbing.
I
will
not
visit
Copper's
again
nor
recommend
it
to
others.
I
just
hope
this
waitress
will
deliver
a
better
service
so
you
don't
lose
more
customers
