Best high end desert place in town and the service is always the best.

Unfortunately had to wait an hour but it’s not the workers fault, i don’t think my order came up on the screen, I’m a patient and silent person so I didn’t say anything till a whole hour went by… While I was waiting, my friend upstairs who had been seated before me were getting fries thrown at them by other customers .. again, not the workers fault, however, We aren’t happy with the timing and customers around us unfortunately and we don’t think we will be coming again. Thank you

I rate this 4 for the food quality and staff. But 1 for the decor. Maybe kids like it but I think it needs refurbishment. Looks like your eating in a subway. Downstairs there is some tables tend to get busy. Upstairs much more room. There is two large windows facing the street and two tables there. There are 3 low kinda comfy chairs Toilets in both floors. Downstairs is disabled. No lifts but that's OK. There is tables downstairs. Often get busy. Staff are focused on the job. The photos illustrated the upstairs decor looks like a child has drawn it. Oh almost forgot music is played upstairs. Last night it was classical relaxing piano music. Relaxing to eat your burger

It's just McDonalds. The service is slow during busy hours but it's a nice atmosphere. Not too many chavs go here compared too other McDonald's

Dirty as possible, uncleared tables evidently from several orders, inadequate non-compliant accessible toilet. Food lukearm not hot, food timers beeping for 75+ seconds (have worked for them before, I know what that means, quality already be screwed). And before the thought comes to mind, I didnt like the job either. But customers appearing essentially kept me paid. Nottimgham has many other options. When I worked for them, I would have been sacked for leaving tables (and walls) looking like this and being completely apathetic to feedback. After all this, being charged 10p for a tiny portion of curry sauce? Are you taking the piss?

Very dirty! Horrible! There is no air on the second floor. Never again! Staff gave ice cream after 10 minutes it was melted. Come on 🫣

Frequently the first floor is locked and no seating available to eat breakfast at 9.30 am . 5 times in 2 weeks and each time we have left . It baffles me that this area isn’t cleaned at 6 am or 10pm at night . It’s madness to restrict seating to 4/5 tables al peak breakfast time . Poor management at best .

It's a very cramped area on the ground floor ( it being a small square to order , wait for/eat food). There is no table service at night (it understandably being too busy for staff to deliver to tables?- a shame none of the staff bothered to tell me that as they saw my order, made my food and waited me to collect my food (which I did many minutes later when the food had turned cold - then told there wasn't any table service like the app stated and I should have known such). Some people are new to being night customers at McDonald's; I've complained to McDonald's via X (formerly Twitter) about allowing branches to close the table service option on their app so to avoid giving customers a bad taste in their mouths ( literally too) about eating at McDonald's at night; I hope the relevant people listen

15 minutes for big Mac meal and 6 nugget meal. Families with big orders and people with 20 nuggets came and went. No apology when I finally got the meal, had no Coke zero or diet coke. Chips were cold and unsalted as they must have been waiting in the bag for the whole time. Go to sit upstairs and theirs kids throwing nuggets and chips with sauce on

Nice McDonalds, good location. Food came quickly and was very hot. Staff were friendly. Place was well kept and toilets were clean too

This McDonald's is over two floors, down stairs is pretty small and upstairs has more seating.

It took almost 90 mins for order to arrive I have called them up still no answers when the food finaly came it was cold and poorly prepared milkshakes where half full

Wasn't very clean,floor& tables not wiped down,cobwebs,the matt on entranceooked like it hadn't be hoovered for a week in general it needs a dam good clean and keeping on top of makes you wonder what the preparation area in the back is like ??????? Wont be going in again

Not the nicest McDonald's to eat in. This is definitely one to just grab your food and eat a quickly as you can. Ground floor has a few benches. Upstairs is a faff to open the door and carry your food up, then you have toilets. Seating area isn't the most attractive with graffiti urban style wall murals but it's OK to eat your food in. Good for a quick bite.

In my experience they have always gotten my customised orders 100% correct, which is more than i can say for at least my local Mcdonalds who always get something wrong. They also didn't assume my pronouns and refered to me as they when speaking to other collegues, which i appreciate so much. ❤

I couldn’t give any less than 1 star.. We visited the Angel Row McDonald’s in Nottingham today. Never again! I placed our order and visited the ladies room. The ladies toilet was a disgrace. They were filthy. Both toilets, both hand driers and the two sinks. Only one of the taps had a water supply. I returned downstairs to wait for my food,without using the facilities. The store was empty when we ordered but by the time I came down it had filled up. We waited 25 minutes for our food. They were clearly very short staffed. Our order was called ( by Isaac ) I asked if I could have some bbq sauce as the dispenser was empty. He slammed two on the counter. When I'd gone back to the table, our food was cold. I took three large fries back to the counter and asked a young girl for hot fries. She took the fries ( begrudgingly) and took them to the fry station.she said something to the fry guy (Isaac ) and he replied 'would they like extra spit with them' The young girl sniggered and brought me my fries. When the girl gave me my fries i told her that I hoped I didn't have extra spit on my fries. The look on her face said she knew exactly what I was talking about. She scurried off. I asked another female member of staff what the fry guys name was. She asked me why. I told her that I'd like to make a complaint about him. She asked me if I'd like to speak to a manager,which I said I did. As she went outback to get the manager, isaac came to order collection point and the young girl that I'd given the fries to said to him 'you've slipped up" The manager came out, Andrei. I said to him 'Firstly, your female toilets are disgusting. I appreciate that you look like you're short staffed but I don't appreciate after waiting 25 minutes for my order and having to bring cold fries back for the fry guy to comment " would they like extra spit with them' By this time the two female staff were both sniggering,they obviously thought something very funny. I also pointed this out to Andrei. Andrei apologised. I said it wasn't good enough. I work in hospitality. I have done for 27 years. 16 of those years were for McDonald's,10 of which were in various management roles. The whole experience was totally unacceptable. I returned to my table. We ate our food. 35 minutes later we were finished. I visited the toilet again, in hope that they had been cleaned. No such luck. The manager had received a complaint about the toilets, 35 minutes and nothing had been done to rectify the issue; Disgusting. I've attached some photos of the toilets, 35 minutes after I brought the state of them to the attention of the manager. They will also be forwarded to The Food Standards Agency. Menstruation blood smeared over the wall, both sides of the toilet door and handle are certainly a hygiene issue. That’s not mentioning the overall filth and state of the toilets. I’m not talking a missed check because it’s been busy. These are issues that show weeks, possibly months of them not being cleaned. At all. I’m not sure I can share the photos on here. I appreciate this is a franchised restaurant but it trades under the macdonalds name. I have always associated McDonald's with cleanliness. To say that these were the most disgusting public toilets that I have ever visited is not an exaggeration. I would appreciate these incidents being looked into. Both are totally unacceptable. I would also appreciate it if you could pass this complaint to the franchisee, or provide me with their contact details

Ordered chicken nuggets and a chicken big Mac and received both however I asked for the burger to have no pickles no sauce and no cheese and yet the mindless robots that work there that can't read a simple order on a screen decided to just ignore what I ordered and gave me everything on the burger which I didn't want.

Very slow with my order, early morning breakfast, order Pancakes and sausage with a hash brown and a strawberry lemonade, the pancake meal came without the sausage and without syrup, took 10 mins to get my order when everything was sitting out, food is barely warm, not the first time this has happened especially the waiting times

Despite food being as expected from McDonalds, ordered table service upstairs which was delivered fine but then when I ordered a McFlurry and Fruit Bag afterwards to the table I was left waiting for over 20 minutes only for a rude member of staff to tell me that they are ‘too busy to do table service’. I should have said been notified of this prior to ordering via the app, and certainly shouldn’t had been left waiting for this extended period of time. Disappointing.

Absolutely shocking today. Took 17 mins for order to getting the food. Could see my latte and raspberry ripple shake ready soon after ordering. When they called my number, my latte was cold and the ripple shake was like milk so had to say they have been sat there for 15 minutes so is the latte even hot and they ripple drink shouldn’t be like that but they would have been happy to serve it even though you could see it was runny and full on melted. The two happy meals were ready way before the other 3 meals so weren’t great when we got them. Sat down to cold chips, missing the halloumi sticks. The sprite had run out of flavouring so tasted like carbonated water, had to change twice and eventually settled for a Fanta. Once I’d sorted everything out my meal was cold. Poor, really poor. Certainly not fast food and not up to the normal standard of a maccies. Upstairs seating area filthy with dirty. Sticky tables

Let's start at the beginning. A visit to the toilets, the gents have several faults. Missing door locks, missing toilet paper covers and a lack of space to move a round. A report was fed back to the store following this discovery. Back downstairs now, customer respect was on the low, by a member of staff 'holding security of the line' and took a long time to notice a beggar had entered even with prompts. The tables weren't cleaned in-between customers and nor were the kiosks. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, go over the road where other options are available.

Positive review of the member of staff (didn't catch his name) who tonight (01/10/22) at 11.45pm served me a McFlurry. He was friendly, called me mate and notably was so incredibly quick. When I ordered one portion of chips a few days ago, I had to wait 10 whole minutes but tonight, with this small order, I surpassed the longer, slower orders and mere moments later was walking merrily away with my McFlurry remembering how McDonald's used to be - quick.

Good fast service. Something today made us laugh when we went here. Me and my partner ordered 20 chicken nuggets and whom i assume is the manager made a comment to whoever was preparing the food which made us laugh. The manager said "can you please make sure all the chicken nuggets stay inside the box please" Dead small thing which we wouldn't have complained about. He came across as someone who picks on small things. Overall though a good experience.

Best service ever rang up starting having a conversation with the guy about the service I had with a McDonald’s I just rang and he rang up saying how they can’t talk to people like that xx

Mc Donald's is mc Donald's but when they have no milkshakes or ice-cream or bottles drinks it's a bit of a joke don't even have proper toys for the kids anymore.

wished 2 different staff a happy new year and merely got grunted at. miserable staff, i grant you they may have hundreds of people say it but to be miserable was poor customer relations, at least burger king said happy new year back.

Quite possibly the worst place I have ever eaten fast food! The wait was ridiculous! The chocolate shake we ordered was in fact vanilla flavoured. And there were no toys in the Happy Meals!!! Never again!!!!

Rude lady who treats you like cattle once you're inside. My side salad was served without the balsamic dressing or cutlery. Half of the lettuce inside was definitely on its way out. Had to chuck it into the bin. The store was dirty.

Not the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. Was not too busy but had a little bit of a wait due to lack of staff. The ingredients in my Big Mac were on the bum in the wrong order served in a larger box than it should have been because they didn't have any Big Mac boxes and had all fallen into pieces inside the box so I had to reassemble it to eat it!
