It’s just off the M1 junction, beautiful boutique hotel. We have really good comfortable stay however only downside is A/C flow & noise doesn’t switch off. The check-in & check-out was easy and they have fridge for customer use and toilet is separate from bathroom which is good. Amenities include - Tea/coffee Iron and ironing board Hair dryer Free towels Toiletries Safe TV Toothbrush is in reception , available upon request. Suitable for kids with free parking, register your car with reception

Hotel from the outside reminds me of some council estate flats but looks can be deceiving. Once in the room its very nice and they have a safe plus a fridge which you don't see often and because the building is old the walls are REAL which means there is next to no noise and my view was nice facing Greenery. Breakfast is standard and the sausage I had was pink in the middle plus the bacon was either over cooked or under cooked.

Stayed here recently. Room was very good, a great bonus on top was it had air con and a fridge. Wished more hotels would have a small fridge in the room so you can keep your bottled water or any other drink cool or anything you might buy. Only downside was bed was hard but that's a personal choice and i just prefer more comfy matresses. Staff were friendly each time i spoke to them.

Fantastic value for money. Clean and decent rooms with everything you would expect. Great shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good with staff constantly ensuring everything was well stocked. Front desk staff friendly and professional. Though the location is not ideal for Nottingham city centre the Toton Lane park and ride or Long Eaton station are nearby. Would definitely stay again.

One of the worst hotels we have ever had the mis fortune of staying in. Just because we have a dog we were stuck down stairs in the cheap end of the hotel. We woke up multi times through the night by a certain female shouting at her one time hock up and his mates. The other people saying on the floor were shouting at her to shut up. The reception staff couldn't care less. The next morning breakfast was the worst. Barely any English breakfast let alone continental. There was no vegetarian options and the so called chef and staff last in our face. Walk away... very fast... At very best £20 a night would be best

Room clean, aircon worked well, decent shower. Staff friendly. Breakfast passable - good coffee and fresh pastries, but the hot food wasn't great. Loads of (free) parking. Good value.

The rooms were in need of some TLC. They were a bit run down. There was no information booklet in any of the rooms we were in and I had to phone the hotel to find out the reception extension number. Our first room had 1 bottle of shower gel for 2 people. While the other rooms had 2. There was a dirty sock under the bed and the carpet wasn't vaccumed into the corners. We had room service and one night the food was cold when it arrived. However the staff were lovely and very helpful.

We arrived at the hotel the reception guy was great. We got to the room it was ok apart ftom Silver tape on the Toilet door. The door was brown so was a bit disappointed but the room was clean and the fridge, air con was good and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was ok beans were only warm sometimes but all the other food was hot and delicious. Jodie who worked here is a credit to your hotel as she was always helpful and greeted us with a smile.

We were looking for somewhere new and local to dine only. I visited the hotel a week earlier and checked out the bar and dining area which i found appealing. Unfortunately on the night our dining experience was not up to expectation. The prices were reasonable, however when the food was served we were disappointed. The curry itself was ok, however it was a meagre portion and strangely served with limp mixed lettuce leaves. My gammon steak was also ok, however again served with limp lettuce leaves, eggs that looked like they'd be smashed with a hammer and fries that looked like they'd been sitting in Bain-Marie all day. Unfortunately the lemon tart dessert also average. Altogether making for a disappointing evening.

I attended the hotel as part of a training course. I was provided with a room to facilitate my needs as a breastfeeding mother. The conference rooms were spacious and well lit, each with individual environment controls. The food provided was very tasty and all handmade on the day for us. The rooms were clean and bright, and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely use again.
