This is a small but remarkable and popular park just next to Mansfield Road and a short stroll from Sherwood. There is a cafe, playground and toilets. At the far end of the Park is an excellent garden centre and a hot house where there are seats and exotic plants. I love it!

Lovely well kept park. Has a substantial plant shop, a children's playground, a cafe with toilets and outdoor seating and an excellent 18-hole pitch and put golf course. Plenty of benches and well kept gardens. A good place to run through or around... the outer circuit of the park is 1.38 miles. Also a good place to walk your dog.

Fantastic place, lovely trees and flowers. You can purchase flowers and plants from the park shop. Also the tropical greenhouse is very beautiful.

Quiet and peaceful park, that I pass so often, but rarely visit. Should pop in more! Only gripe is lack of shelter, across the whole park, if caught out in the rain etc

This is a lovely park which has pretty much everything. Great place to walk your dog with both woodland and well kept pathways. It’s has a pitch and putt golf course, a great kids play area, outdoor gym, coffee shack, a garden plant centre and lots of wide open space! We take the dog here most days. The pitch and putt is reasonably priced. Parking is scattered around the top end of the park, but there’s plenty of it and an overspill onto the access roads.

Nice big park, good for a stroll on a crisp autumn morning. A few things to do, with pitch & putt course and a lovely plant nursery and tropical glass house. Lovely!

A nice green space to enjoy with mature trees and extensive grassed areas. Much used by dog walkers who seem very much a community judging by the large group seated beside the cafe, which serves snacks and drinks to take out. The adjacent public toilet would benefit from refurbishment. A Tropical House and well presented plant nursery are well worth a visit. Entry and car parking is free. Altogether a great place to pass some time.

Love this park. Great for families, kids and dog walkers. Play ground, golf, cafe, toilets, sunny and shaded areas. Immaculately kept too.

Very large area of grassland, also woodland with over 1,000 trees. Good paths for walking, running etc. Good range of unusual trees-24 on the Tree Trail leaflet. Fascinating tours of the notable trees and history are available led by knowledgeable, enthusiastic volunteers. Toilets near small cafe. The Plant Centre is well worth a visit to enjoy the plants and buy them at fair prices. It's worth visiting the website. There are opportunities for volunteering as part of the Friends Group.

Great playground with lots of different things for different ages. There is also an outdoor gym for older kids plus a cafe, ouydoor seating and toilets. There's a nice path through for a walk and some gardens to look around. There aren't many parking spaces though at busy times.

Always great spot for a quick walk to catch a fresh air. If you will be visiting, don't forget to pop in into the tropical house, which is open daily (Sunday to 4pm), and the nearby plant shop.

Beautiful, serene, quiet, spacious park with cafes, children’s play areas etc. Lots of dog walkers especially on weekends. I thoroughly enjoy taking a walk here on weekends. Absolutely recommend.

Very poorly kept!!! It's nothing in comparison too years ago. I ask, do any staff know how too actually use a brush???? Poor management, poor budgeting, also poor lazy staff. Graffiti all over the park...!!!! If NCc parks dept wants too see a well maintained park. ..go arnot park.

Park looks lovely, especially in the autumn. Garden centre is great. Café and the standard of the toilets let it down.

Lovely, peaceful park. Great for picnics. Nice kiddie's play park. Lots of dogs about, many off lead, but have never been particularly bothered by any.

Lovely park to take the kids too. They have a lovely tropical house you can walk round and the council also sell plants up there. Very clean and well kept.

Between the areas of Arnold and Sherwood, Woodthorpe has this park that is a great place for all-day picnic with family and friends.

Nephew has footy training here. Good location and car park is on small side but never had issues parking. Not really ventured much other than main grassed area. Training takes place here as Forest Rec surface is a bit uneven but not a massive issue at Woodthorpe Grange Park. Has a children's play area, restrooms and an outside table tennis area (dirty).
