What a hole.... Literally. Gone are the days of fun gaming. Replaced by toothless bar staff, desperate gamblaholics, being advised to play on the appalling machines for less than £5 odds. Oh dear. Don't forget though everyone, gambling is fun right? Clearly not any more in this place

Worst genting casino experience i visit. Roulette table is 2 min bet, very dead on the inside when i visit as there were only 3 customers including myself. No card tables open unless you specifically ask for. Slots wasn't the best selection. Small place and no smoking area, so you forced to take a walk on a flight of stairs to outside the plaza. The tea was nice though...

Had lots of fun here... Social distancing is good. Table service is good. Jump the queue and ask the dealer to indicate to the bar staff you want a drink 👌🏻👍🏻

We didn't use the casino, but the adventure golf inside another part of the Corner House complex. It is well laid out, and the friendly and helpful staff set us off in the right direction. The course itself is good fun with lots of variations to encounter. A good time was had by all. You can purchase food and drinks, but on this occasion we didn't. If your party is under ten persons there is no need to book. Good fun, if this is for you then I would recommend.

The atmosphere is always good, the staff are helpful if you're new and once you settle down are fun to have laugh with. A great place to relax & play a few games at the end of a night.

It is okay, it’s small and when you get there you really do understand that either you’re there to gamble or just have a drink. Out of the many large exciting genting casinos this is “probably” one of the smallest. Although this has happened once, there have been an odd staff member that miscalculated my winnings on a game of blackjack and one of the overlooking managers had to step in to correct this - Nottingham.

Absolute joke of a gambling establishment. Happy to take your money when you lose. Also happy to take your money even when you win. They have refused to pay out several times when you win. They even try to keep your money you have bet on. Also will pay you short when you win. It's always an argument with the place.. never any management around to complain too. And when you do complain they don't do anything about it. Stay away from this place. Go to respectful gambling establishments like Alea and Grosvenors casino which are a short walk away. Management team. I am happy to discuss this with you at any time. No doubt you will not contact me.

The greeter on reception would not let a large group of us in as guests. Forced us to all register. Only to find that the club was empty after we didn't over 40 minutes all registering. This was in a Friday evening.... Not really a great sign to walk into a casino on what should be a busy evening, to find it empty. The group decided to leave for another venue. The greeter then sarcastically moaned something under his breath as we walked back out. Charming!!

The 2 stars are because this place used to be phenomenal and still some amazing staff on security and the front desk but past that it's just bad. Looooong wait for drinks every time and then making us pay for another drink even when it was wrong. Forcing £5 minimums on all tables. Cashier with as much personality as a prune. Used to be my favourite place. Just had one of my worst nights ever. And Covid is only so much of an excuse.

I like that the product supply is very rich , the variety of fish and meats are diverse, and the variety of flowers is complete too, also I think the price is reasonable.

I arrived tonight, the bouncer was very aggressive, he made me and my partner feel very Vulnerable. I decided to leave and her then waved at me in an aggressive manor. We were very excited to play black jack but she felt so vulnerable we had to leave.
