After an issue with previous accomodation, we had to find somewhere to stay quite quickly - and we are so glad we found the jury's inn. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful, initially we weren't able to check in until the time but the staff were willing to hold our bags... when we arrived we were kindly greeted and reception offered to see if we could check in early - which without any hesitation we were able to. . Which with a little one was a huge relief!!! When arriving in the room, it is clean and well presented close to the train station and the restaurant menu looks delicious! With a late afternoon flight tomorrow evening we asked if possible for a late check out; which was also no issue whatsoever. We are so thankful to find this beautiful accommodation, the staffs professionalism and hospitality Is 10/10 Thank you 😊

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. I was given a free breakfast after a minor problem at my early check- in. The room was clean, comfortable and just the right temperature. I arrived on a hot day. There was a good selection of basic breakfast foods, both hot and cold. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the station and only a few minutes walk from the town centre.

The hotel has undergone a slight refresh and rebranding since my last visit a year ago. Not much change other than the big neon signboard on the outside, but far better systems at reception. We were a large group and it throws a massive disruption at reception at check in time but on this occasion it was seamless. Bed was super comfortable and rooms quiet. Location is close to tram station and only a 10 minute walk to city centre.

Nice hotel with comfy beds and good furniture. Very quiet. Just 5 mins from the railway 🚉 Tasty breakfast with various options. I was checked-in prior to the time as the room was ready, that is great. Christmas market🎄 in Nottingham was amazing.

Ive stayed at the Jury Inn on numerous occasions and have throughly enjoyed it every single time. The staff are very pleasant and rooms are comfortable, definitely value for money. Id like to give a mention to Carlos, he is such a pleasant warming person and always makes our stay that extra special by making us feel welcome and going the extra mile. We will definitely be booking again in the near future.

The receptionist didn't know what she was doing. The lifts were not level to the floor the door to our room wasn't big enough to get my wheelchair in so had to fold it up to get in. The breakfast was cool I don't think that the hot plates were working the toaster was no good it was put threw once no change put it in again it came out burnt coffee was so strong some people were asked for the room number and others were not asked not brilliant

A hotel with an affordable price-value-ratio. It's not modern but quiet ok. Only 5min from the train station away, but beside a terrific road with significant noise level. The rooms are very spacious with two large beds, nice furnished but with a old worn-out bathroom with a 🛁 instead of walk in shower. They offer a great breakfast buffet with everything you might desire. Unfortunately the man at the reception was not very skilled thus checking in was very time-consuming and some problems and retrying on my credit card.

We had a brilliant stay at this Hotel although we live local it was ideal for our stay after attending a Nottingham forest game just a 10 minute walk,it's a short walk for the trams and little longer walk takes you to the canal side bars. All the staff were excellent very helpful and friendly especially those on reception and the bar staff. The breakfast was quality a proper start to the day. We will definitely use this Hotel again and thoroughly recommend it

Lovely hotel. Great location at the side of the train station. Quick check in. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean rooms. Great bar that served food. Would definitely recommend

Location wise, hotel is great, steps from the main station, a short walk to the city centre and located next to the canal with paths. The rooms are basic, with air conditioning seeming to cut out constantly after 15 minutes, resulting in the room becoming very hot in the night during warmer weather. The doors seem paper thin, you can hear everything outside. Despite requesting a room at the end of the corridor in a quiet area, I was in the middle of the corridor and was constantly disturbed by drunk guests returning after a night out on both nights of my stay. Certainly not a relaxing stay. I did mention this to staff at the front desk who unfortunately shrugged their shoulders and said "oh". Breakfast is buffet style, items often running out and not replenished regularly. A basic food menu is available at the bar, food is surprisingly tasty, although very expensive which is always going to be the case in a hotel. Rooms have tea and coffee but no ironing board.

Ugh. This hotel seems to be renovated at first glance, but my room was dated. Extremely dated. For the price I’ve paid this was barely acceptable. Service was friendly though, and everything was clean. Location is great right next to the railway station.

Stayed for two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Plenty of room. Only problem was the shower curtains are short and therefore spent 5 minutes mopping floor up Overall pleased with my stay and I would stay again

I've stayed here consistently for 10 years and every time I've booked a different hotel on a whim it has been a nightmare. This hotel - you know what you're getting and the staff/service is always excellent. The rooms are functional and clean. You get a bath which is rare these days (love treating myself when I'm away). The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of pillows to move around. It can be a little noisy but reception will move you to the quiet floor if you ask. I dropped a star because the air conditioning kept turning off randomly and the room got a little stuffy. I ended up opening a window but was awoken by some noisy neighbours. I'll be back!

Bad service. Not helpful at all at reception. Location was awful. Food was bland and expensive for what it was. Very over priced. The bar had a horrendously bad selection of drinks and mixers. Toilet flusher was broke and the bed was broke that it slanted. They gave complementary coupons for 2 free drinks but as I said before the selection was awful and when u did pick something u would have no choice but to get they then tell u they aren't included with the vouchers.

Me and my older sister stopped here, we were visiting so we could pay our respects it was the anniversary of our Beautiful Mam who past last November, the hotel is in a good location, very welcoming staff, helpful too, comfortable bed, clean bedroom room! Breakfast was spot on, mind it was a shame there wasn't any hot chocolate as I don't drink coffee. I did have a flavour tea but would have been nice for a hot chocolate. Great hotel though we have stopped at this hotel in other locations as there nice to stop at to relax.

Excellent location. Me and my wife traveled by train so this hotel is only 5 minute walk from the station and a 15 min walk to the town centre. We visited winter wonderland and did some Christmas shopping. Price wise we paid £70 for one night stay, the room was spacious and we lucked out with the end room, having large windows and no neighbours.

Lovely hotel and staff. Moved us very promptly when Air con was not working. Very kind and helpful. The beds are large clean and comfortable. The one biggie which is no parking. The closest parking is over the canal and across very busy roads which is not ideal. But very central and walking distance to the town

The hotel is a little dated with the bathroom being very basic, but it's clean, the beds are super comfy and the staff are very helpful. The only real issue is the parking where you have to walk 5 mins round a building site to get to the multi storey bit perhaps this is a temporary situation... and the noise from the busy road and constant sirens may be a bit of a nuisance to some at night. The breakfast was lovely and the price reasonable so if you can cope with the parking and noise I would recommend it.

Lovely clean rooms..located close to the train station.. breakfast was a bit over priced @ £14.99. Cup of tea £2.00 About a good 15 minute walk to the main town.. staff are very welcoming and helpful.. was a bit concerned when my friends misplaced his room card and they just issued another one without any I.D. asked for.. not a bad place though...👍

Hotel - check in try to do the online and you will not spent so much time. Rooms - spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms got fixed showers so if you do not want to wash daily your hair, take a wash cap ;-)! Breakfast - tasty and plenty of the option; but yes the coffee machine is broken but that only hurts the customers who wants latte

Glad we chose to have breakfast as the selection is wide and varied. It was in use but not busy, people respected others personal space and it felt safe to use the area. I was grateful at breakfast time there is more than one lift. Easy to walk to from the train station. Staff are polite, welcoming, professional, approachable and helpful. Our room was clean and the shower working as it should x..

I Stayed here February 2023, on the 10th floor in room 1020 with a view of the Castle and City landscape. Good location. Good breakfast. Comfy stay. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Online check-in and check-out. There was a good selection of breakfast foods, both hot and cold. Good gluten free and lactose free items. The only disappointment was the breakfast coffee - the machine only half pours. Unfriendly breakfast staff. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the station and only a 10 minute walk to the Old Market Square. Close to bus and tram stops. Powerful shower with lots of hot water.

Had a great stay here. I traveled across different cities in UK, and this was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, despite being a 3 star hotel. From the size of the room, bedding items, wifi, service .. exceptional. For a very good price. Walkable to train station some more

Really great experience overall. The room was nice and clean and the service of the staff was excellent. One thing I want to point out though was that there was an air vent in my room (412) that was making a bit of noise throughout the night, it wasn't too bad however without the noise of the air vent it would have been dead silent in my room and I would have liked that. I'll still rate this hotel a 5 star though as everything else about staying here was top notch.

Very happy with the service, was there on a stag doo, all the rooms were spot on, and very comfortable, very clean and well maintained, but no mini bar, 😔 so had to go down to reception to get drink, great access for all including wheelchairs, Breakfast also had a great selection of food and again well maintained and clean, plenty of staff on hand to lend a hand. Thank you all for making me feel welcome and looked after, nice one

We really enjoyed our experience at the Jury Inn, the rooms were really well spaced out and minimalistic but provide room and a place to hang clothes. I would say the biggest downside was the room service being unavailable when we tried to order, however this may of been due to a fire alarm being set off in the afternoon. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Pretty decent room, but the bathroom was so inaccessible for a wheelchair user than it could almost be on purpose! We asked for an accessible room when we booked but there weren't any available. The room was clean and comfy though, and we got a good night's sleep.

Lovely big room with huge wet room which was clean and comfortable. Quite close to town. Breakfast fabulous. We were part of a coach tour so our evening meal was buffet style there wasn't enough choice and was pretty tasteless. Also, most nights there wasn't enough food. Staff were great and always very pleasant. I would return to the hotel if I wasn't on a coach tour.

Lovely helpful girl on reception good value rooms and city location. There is not parking on site. if you park in the train station its only £9.50 for 24 hours 3 min walk to hotel or its £11.50 in the hotel parking 2 minutes walk. Very friendly helpful staff but the breakfast was very expensive so didn't try it.

The room was nice, plenty of space, bed comfy, view amazing, good shower, nice breakfast but standard buffet fayre received at so many chains, breakfast staff freindly and courteous, one young man professional and friendly on check in and the French man the same on check out. Barman welcoming, and professional,, doing a great job as front man on the bar. We would however like to add the tall , skinny, sour faced man on front desk is not a good champion for the hotel and certainly puts a black mark on the check in/check out procedure, he would serve better maybe as a hall porter rather than a welcoming face on the reception desk as his miserable mannerisms are quite off putting and do let the hotel down tenfold. It's rather like being met by a sulky teenager.

Great hotel very convenient for the centre of town and the railway station. Parking is a 5 min walk away at the train station. Staff were friendly but there was a short wait to check in when we arrived. Room clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. Would return.

Hotel bar is really good, staff was so nice, so was breakfast. Room service is not really room service as you need to go to reception to order and pay, chicken sandwich came with NO chicken. Room is fine, cozy, but air con wasn't working properly. Really good location though. I would give another (after COVID) chance!

Nice hotel in a very central location, short walking distance from central Nottingham. Staff were very nice and welcoming. However, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, with springs poking through and making it hard to find a spot that didn't hurt. Mattresses definitely need an upgrade. Plus it was ridiculously cold in my room and changing the temperature on the thermostat didn't do anything to change that.

Bethany on reception was a lovely young lady and she went above and beyond to look after us. It was my husband's birthday and she gave us a complementary drink and a breakfast for my husband. Thank you Bethany. Room was lovely no complaints at all. Lady with blonde hair in the downstairs bar was lovely too. I would recommend this hotel and the breakfast was good too. Happy with everything 😁

Perfect stay lots of space in room with comfy bed and pillows shower could be a little bit more powerful but will do the job. Breakfast was amazing lots of choice everything you could possibly need fire alarm went off at half 6 in the morning and no one seemed bothered about it. Receptionist was lovely and Internet was super fast
