Really good hotel. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. There are loads of communal areas to sit and relax. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Parking a bit pricey at £15 a day but overall I'm very impressed

Nice relaxed stay. Once checked in and settled we headed down to the spa which was a lovely way to spend an hour. There's a small pool, jacuzzi and a steam room all well maintained with friendly staff. The bar and restaurant area is really impressive and a lovely place to eat and drink. Drinks prices are higher than in the surrounding pubs and bars though so you might want to go exploring. Evening food was ok, nice enough, but nothing exceptional. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast. Room was quiet with a decent bed so I had a good night's sleep. If visiting again I'd eat out in the evening, but happily stay B&B again

Decent location with its own multistorey car park (lots of space available!) Right next to the hotel. Check-in and check-out were both simple. Stayed at top floor with amazing view and a lounge available with free drinks and nibbles. Generous space of my room and very quiet and clean. This hotel is quite big so you would expect some wait for lifts and also lots of people for breakfast. I had a very happy stay.

Hotel and pool both really lovely and clean. The steam room is super hot which is good! Room comfy and clean, the shower had high pressure rather than just a trickle which was a nice surprise. The hotel decor is so lovely and it feels like a really classy place to stay. Do not be put off by the ugly exterior of the building! Parking however is not so good. The car park limit is 6’6” and our transit van is below this limit even with roof bars. We fit through the height restriction fine but once in the actual car park the ceiling is lower and as a result we were scraping the ceiling with the roof bars. Van drivers beware and be careful! We had to let our tyres down to avoid getting stuck. A suggestion for the car park management would be to alter the initial height barrier to actually reflect the ceiling height in the car park.

We had a fabulous stay at the plaza. Our room was nice and clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and catered for me me with my plant based diet. As a member we were offered a 2pm late checkout which was great as we got to make use of the spa area before checking out and doing some shopping and they kindly validated our car parking ticket until midnight. Highly recommended

We bought a spa break on Spa Seekers and wasn’t disappointed! The hotel itself is very contemporary, with good facilities available in a central location. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who told us about their rewards programme which gave us a free early check in, and then told us about the free parking they offer in this package. All the staff in this hotel were friendly and talkative which created a great atmosphere, and we even got a breakfast and lunch buffet included in our stay which was great value for money. We had a spa treatment, where the beauty therapist was so warm and welcoming too! Would definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is perfect as Nottingham town centre is within easy walking distance. The people working here are also great and so friendly, in particular the Matthew the head concierge - nothing was a problem. The room was small and the bathroom a little dated but it was clean, cosy and perfect for a work trip stay... The breakfast was a little disappointing however and needs to be a little tastier

A friend and I booked in for the overnight spa break and it was excellent from start to finish. We were looked after with all our meals, Stuart on the front desk was able to check us in early and our massages were great. Staff were really helpful and friendly throughout. Would recommend and would definitely return. The one thing I would say though is that we were the only ones booked in for the spa package and although there were other guests using the facilities it was relatively quiet (max 10 people at its busiest). I'm not sure how it would be on a busier day in the pool area. However for our visit really couldn't fault it. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Spent the weekend staying in one of the executive suites for a special occasion. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, they even made a beautiful personalised vegan treat for our anniversary and took great care of us. Lovely atmosphere, good breakfast and plenty of space for a nice drink and really enjoyed the swim Spa and gym facilities.lots of nice restaurants nearby. Only negatives were there could have been more vegan breakfast options and the shower/bathroom wasn't amazing but water was lovely and hot and it was clean and well stocked with essentials. Overall it was a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend

Great staying at this hotel for a theatre trip. Staff friendly, room spotless and comfortable. The receptionist in the leisure and spa was especially good, a credit to the hotel. We enjoyed the swim in the pool and felt we couldn't have enjoyed this without check out time , midday , which is great.

Excellent staff service in all areas. My room was very clean and comfortable and good options for room service at 11pm. Good leisure facilities too, small but functional gym and the pool area was relaxing. All topped off by a good breakfast to start the day. I've booked my next visit already.

Brilliant facilities and the service is incredible. The staff were all very welcoming and ensured we were looked after both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The gym & sauna facilities were great and added to a lovely evening of relaxation. Location is spot on and with car parking at £15 for more than 36 hours for a one night stay it was more than justifiable considering the location. Will definitely be returning. Touch of class, elegance and comfort all in one with this hotel. My best hotel experience so far has to be with Crown Plaza Nottingham. 6* if possible to do lol! Thanks again to the team

My family and I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Nottingham. The best bit was the pool use, which my son thoroughly enjoyed. The room was nice and the breakfast was great. The only negatives were the toilet flush wasn't great, the sink drain was very slow draining and I could hear the people in the next door room talking at midnight when I was trying to get to sleep

Staying here for a few days and so far so good!! The receptionist (James) was very pleasant upon check in and explained the amenities well with a friendly smile. The room is a bit weird as there are no drawers for clothes but a small wardrobe where you can hang your garments which works. Rooms have a mini fridge, safe, nice bath shower combo and are generally comfortable with a large bed that's advertised as a double but must be larger. Overall I am enjoying my stay so far!

Location is perfect. Good access to city. Room good. Pillows varied but did not meet a comfy sleep. There needs to be an extractor fan in bathroom. Cleaning of room did not take place until 4pm on one day. Facilities for use of spa excellent. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation.

Lovely hotel, the reception is absolutely fantastic. A full car park to use for guest which is charged per night however cheaper than other places to park nearby in the city centre. Very close to the Rock City venue we were visiting that night for a concert which meant only a very short walk around the corner to line up. The staff were friendly and whilst we didn't order food in the hotel the menu did look very nice and we would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean too.

This hotel is right next to the Theatre Royal, so perfect if staying over to see a show. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the king-size bed very comfortable - however, poor sound insulation meant noises from adjacent rooms was noticeable. Food from the Swatch restaurant was delicious, as were the plentiful breakfast options. Finally, all the staff we had contact with were welcoming, polite and efficient. It's a lovely hotel and we look forward to our return.

Love this hotel, second time we have visited. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely and not cold like some hotels at the moment. We booked the room, breakfast and 3 course dinner package. The set menu is quite limited compared to the normal menu so probably wouldn't bother with the dinner package next time, and the air conditioning seemed to be set very cold in the bar / restaurant / breakfast area, we even overheard staff saying they were cold. Room was really nice and hotel decor is lovely. Checkout is 12 so no rush to leave.

I am delighted to provide a positive review of the Crown Plaza Hotel Nottingham, based on my stay there. This hotel is a truly exceptional choice for travellers looking for luxurious accommodations in the heart of Nottingham. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room amenities, including a mini-fridge and high-speed internet, were top-notch. One of the standout features of the Crown Plaza Hotel Nottingham is its location, which is perfect for exploring the city. It's situated just a short walk from the city centre, with easy access to a wide range of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Another highlight of this hotel is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, I highly recommend the Crown Plaza Hotel Nottingham for anyone visiting the city. With its luxurious accommodations, prime location, and exceptional service, it's truly one of the best hotels in the area.

Booked in for 3 days with my wife and we had a great stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we used the hot tub and pool which were both great. If I was nit picking I'd say the room was a little small and the windows were sealed and couldn't be opened but there is air con in the room which was great.

First of all the reception, we were greeted by a very nice chap on concierge. He was very prompt with helping us and taking our suitcases until our room was ready. The bar area is nice and modern but we struggled to get a drink when it was at full capacity. The rooms were OK, very dated with dark furniture from the 90's and the mattresses are soft and dipped in the middle. The pool area was nice and clean so we spent an hour or so down there to unwind and relax. As we struggled to get a taxi to a meeting at Graypaul Ferrari one evening, the guy on concierge was more than helpful again. If the manager is reading this then he is worth his money and more! Overall very nice stay, we felt very welcomed.

The bed was huge, I felt guilty using a tiny bit of it! Went for a conference with an overnight stay. Been before. The room was quiet and comfortable on the 7th floor. Friendly staff. Not so good - gluten and dairy free options as requested. Had to have chicken breast for the evening meal and for the next days lunch. I was hungry as I was only given a tiny bit of salad with an evening meal. Fruit only option for dessert. Shower pressure rubbish due also to the pull up lever for choice of bath or shower sliding back down to bath position while showering (room 720) needs fixing. Only 1 lift working and stopped at each level up and down whether someone called it or not!
