For all females do not stay here two men came into our room at 3am. They had a key card to get in luckily we heard then when the door opened. Reception closes at 2am so we couldn’t even get a hold of anyone. They had a key card to get into the building and also into our room it was absolutely terrifying It was only us two girls in the bedroom so you can imagine how scary it was when we woke up to two strange men coming into our room.

Room walls a bit thin.. stayed up all night to some action next door... However decent enough for its purpose

Room was ok but I’d recommend taking ear plugs if you’re staying on a weekend - not sure if it was the student accommodation across the road or something else but we were kept up by music until about 3am. Sounded like we were next door to a club.

In general its okay for the price, I've stayed in both the budget room and the balcony room and actually preferred the budget room! The budget room is a good size and you have a little kitchen area with a microwave so that is convenient, the brick exposed walls give it such a Homely feeling! The beds are comfy and warm. The budget room actually seems bigger than the balcony room as the balcony room is almost split into two rooms, you have the kitchen area, seating area with table and the balcony doors on the bottom floor then you go up the stairs and there is the bed with a tv, the stairs were really loud and sqeaky and as the weather was not the nicest, you could hear the wind very loud through the night from outside, which was kind of scary trying to sleep, there was also no chair on the balcony so I had to move one out to smoke, which was a bonus about the balcony room as you are allowed to smoke on the balcony but not in the rooms. Really nice view from balcony 👌 What is also really good about this hotel is how close it is to town and that if you are a gamer and struggle to find hotels in which you can connect your console to the tv ect, you can do this here, I take my ps4 here all the time and its as easy to set up as it is at home, most hotel tvs will be stuck to the wall where you can't access the hdmi port or you have to pay extra money for connecting a device, so this again is a bonus! Generally it is an okay hotel, the only problem is that they do not give you enough toilet roll, milk, coffee and many times when I've been down to reception its been empty so I've not been able to get any more, apart from that, feels homely, great comfy beds, convenient and affordable! I do not suggest paying over £100 a night for here though, as some nights the price can go as high as 250 which is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT PRICE. Thank you

Stayed for 3 nights staff are not helpful. The elevator was out of a horror movie (the light keeps flickering) the sockets were not working. The balcony view was nice but it didn't had no chairs to sit on. The TV had max 2 channels. Very dusty I believe they only have only housekeeper so I dont blame her.

Nice for quick overnight stop. Only one chair, would be nice if some furniture on balcony. Students in nearby block kept us up till 3am partying. Room was clean enough, just needs some tlc

The wife accidentally lifted the bottom sheet on the bed. The mattress was covered in mildew, urine stains and others that we could not recognise. Not sure what the small black bits were. They may have been dead insects. Probably bed bugs, but as I have seen one before I cannot be sure. We were not going to sleep on that mattress. We picked up our bags and walked out after ten minutes. Have sent an email asking for a refund. Still they have not had the courtesy to reply. I would not have let a dog sleep on that mattress. I think the dog would have taken one sniff and ran away anyway. The lift had a bad smell. We walked out and booked into another hotel. Listening to the locals the place has a bad name.AVOID. Incidentally, when we arrived it was dark. At first we could see no lights on and it looked like a jail with all the bars over the window. At one end of the building we found a light on by the entrance door. It did not look very inviting. We should have just walked away at that point.

Well where do I start, the area put you on edge and made you not want to leave your car anywhere, and there was no parking. The building from the outside looked derelict and creepy. Just looking at it made me not want to stay looked like something off a horror film , windows where smashed. On entering the building it was dark and very unwelcoming. Made us feel very on edge and had a bad feeling about the place upon checking in. It felt like a hostel. If you have a fear of lifts you definitely do not want to go in it it was creaky. We checked in and got our room card. Entering the room we was gob smacked there was male seamen all over the chair and carpet, all furniture was ruined. Ceiling had water marks everywhere the bed was stained, the list goes on. We immediately grabbed our bags and left. Never too return again.

Not recommended. Stayed one night for work. Good: Clean room with nice view. Bad: Booked a room with breakfast and paid accordingly. When I arrived I was told that there would be no breakfast, and that they could not refund me anything. I will be following this up. The fridge in the room was broken. The room aslo had no furniture beyond a bed which is under a low ceiling. So I had breakfast on the floor. No cloth hangers or hooks; all clothes on the floor. Bathroom attachments bit properly screwed into wall, fell out when I used the shower. All in all a room that could have been nice but seems like a cynical attemp to milk cash out of a failed student accomodation.

My 18 year old son was turned away on arrival after travelling from Cardiff as his partner was nearly 17,the website stated you had to 18 to check in (he was the principle check in?) I later secured a choice of hotels in the area who were more than happy to accept the young couple who were visiting Nottingham to watch the ice hockey

Looks nice but very over priced for the thin walls we could hear next doors bathroom fan and toilet flush plus their conversation. The stairs were very noisy to walk up and down and the bathroom very tight. There was also a lot of damage to the walls around the bed I've never seen that before in a hotel especially when it costs over £100 for the night also had a carpet burn not covered

Terrible Experience. Rude staff. Extremely loud. Fire alarm went off 4 times during the night due to reaidents smoking inside the hotel. Had already changed room due to very loud residents inside the hotel with music inside as well as parties outside from next door student halls. Didn't sleep all night and when asked for some compensation the manager was rude and dismissive. Furthermore, they informed booking.com that I didn't even stay at the property to prevent me leaving a review on that site. This is fraudulent and I would urge anyone not to stay.

Room was nice and was clean. Nicely decorated. No parking and was advised to park on the street outside but was mostly double yellows or full so had to park a couple of streets down. Taxis were around 7quid to the city centre.

The room had a balcony I was on top floor so I had outstanding views of Nottingham. Sadly, my stay was during the crazy winds so the noise was scary and my TV wouldn't work. But room was clean and decorated lovely. The only negative point was I couldn't get any more coffee, milk, sugar or loo roll at midnight as no one was on reception and I tried calling loads but no one picked up.

It's a good cheap one nighter for a party or whatever. Rooms were ok but coffee stains up the wall, broken tiles in bathroom, shower not properly connected to the wall and hole in the table. It's in a relatively rough part of Nottingham and I advise a taxi of you're out in the centre. That said, for the money it's fine and no major complaints.

I couldn’t really fault this place. It’s basically a apartment all your missing is a oven. Having a microwave and fridge is a great bonus. My bathroom mirror had a chip in the corner and the carpet was a tad stained but that’s minor and doesn’t bother me however I like my reviews to be honest for the hosts so they can see. The bed was massive and very comfy I can’t complain for the reasonable price it was to. Will definitely be back soon. A little paint on the wall by bed wouldn’t go a miss but it’s only a few scrapes from the bed hitting it. Reception were nice welcomed me and on departure thank you goodbye.

The late at night postcode was nowhere near the front door. Receptionist wasn’t very helpful. But other than that nice decor everything worked, a bit of dust here in there.

Stay away from this place! Looks like a run down student accommodation with a balcony. I had the misfortune to book this place by accident thinking it was in London. Turns out it was a run down dump in Nottingham. Gave the staff notice straight away about the booking but they refused to wavier the fee. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RUN DOWN ACCOMMODATION STAY AWAY.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! If I could rate this a zero star I would. There’s plenty of other hotels around Nottingham do not waste you’re money with this place. Poor facilities Rude manager Place is ran like a hostel!

Nice building but it smelt badly of stale cigarette smoke. Room was OK but broken window closure and despite altering the thermostat the room /building was far too hot. Problem with the bedside light too but not 24hr reception so could not report these faults.
