Room would be 5 but no air con No good having comfy bed in stuffy room and you can't sleep. Battery removed from thermostat so you can't see room temperature. ?(HOT) Service really I cannot fault the staff very friendly and helpful Location easy to find But KIDS riding quad bike through the car park Drunk foreign guy laying in garden with cans of alcohol shouting at people. It's a shame because the staff were great

Another lovely stay at the Inn. Stayed in the newer part. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Although it did get very warm and stuffy. Breakfast spot on, two lovely ladies run off their feet, but did a fantastic job at making sure the guests had a enjoyable breakfast. Thank you ladies πŸ‘

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Yes, it was chaos with fully booked rooms containing various school and club sports teams, but everything was good despite this. Staff were absolutely brilliant. Room was clean, large and well maintained. Food in the Beefeater was prompt and filling and the staff there also brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Well done, guys, and thank you.

This is my new stay at hotel when I am in the area. The family is spacious, and the room maids leave some colouring books and pencils and other small.things for kids to do in the rooms. The reception is very welcoming, and staff are always available day and night. Very clean rooms and hallways. Non noise from local traffic.

We had a great stay here for one night. The rooms were lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant for the breakfast was very nice and the food was great and well worth the money. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very welcoming and delightful to talk to. The room was very clean. There's housekeeping everyday around 12pm. There are a few buildings that contains the rooms and a main building where the reception is. There's a button in each building to contact reception if needed. Overall, very quiet hotel.

I recently returned home from a 4 nights stay with my family at this hotel. I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly to myself, husband and children. I would like to especially note that both Jenna and Lewis at reception were really kind and helpful every time we saw them, Lewis in particular making time 1 night to come and search us out in the restaurant for a nice friendly chat about stay, and how we found the hotel, rooms, breakfast etc, he was great with both my children he gave both boys a chocolate bar personalised with their names, a lovely gesture. The hotel itself we found clean, cozy and warm in October holidays, great food morning and evening, easy location for routes in and out of Nottingham in the car, and a really handy tram stop at the back of the hotel, direct route into Nottingham centre every 15 minutes if you don’t want to drive and park in the city. 5/5 for the Premier Inn. The Bamber’s Room 140.

Be aware no air conditioning, just a fan, but room was good, decent pressure on the shower, nice breakfast in the beefeater, now all self service, one of the nicer drinks machines, actually makes your latte nice & milky. Lunch in the beefeater was good as well, we did the lunch time menu,2 courses for Β£10, food was good. Note though i forgot to use our beefeater card, & have been trying to add the points via the app, with all the receipt details, but will not work, & no phone number on the site, contact just says email, a minus point. The premier Inn is next to the tramway, which is good tobuy a day ticket, & go into Nottingham in about 7 or 8 minutes.

Clean room and faultless service from friendly and professional reception staff. Located close to the tram terminus for an easy half hour ride into Nottingham. Only disappointment was that they had no decaff coffee in the hotel. They normally do, but were out of stock on this occasion.

I have stayed in a few Premier inns around the country, this however is by far my favourite thus far. I stayed here with my partner for our once a year trip for 2 nights, we settled on Nottingham as neither of us had been here before. After looking at locations for premier inns in Notts itself, we opted for this one as the end of the tram line was over the road (and it literally was), which was amazing for commuting in and out of the city several times throughout our 2 day stay. The hotel was big but well managed, we actually checked in and found we didn't have a bath in our room, and as we're deprived at home, we were looking forward to one. After we spoke to the lady at the reception, we changed rooms for the second night to one with a bath. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding, the pub next door delivered a nice meal, it was very warm and welcoming, also friendly staff. Breakfast was really good also. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone visiting and wanting to explore the city.

Easy free parking and close to the M1 motorway. A very good Premier Inn. Quality breakfast served in the adjoined Beefeater restaurant. The great advantage is that the tram has its terminus right outside and takes you into the Nottingham centre. It runs every few minutes.

Nice hotel in a good location close to the tram for Nottingham. Rooms nice, clean with a good bed and a nice bath. We went to the pub next door which was also very good.

Good location and comfortable bed. Free parking and next to the tram stop. Pretty quiet too for the location. The self check in wasn't working which was a shame as we had 5 people in front of us so had to wait.

Location of this hotel is really good - literally across the road to a tram station (Β£5 for an all day ticket into Nottingham). We stopped here for 2 nights - there was ample parking and the hotel itself was fine and clean. Our only complaint is the tram car park opposite our window became a boy racer track on the evenings (particularly saturday evening) - it was funny really but wouldn't be if you had small children!

Absolute delightful staff....really enjoyed our stay in a family room. The room was clean and a couple of really nice personal touches went a long way in making us feel welcome. Great location too.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, Amy the housekeeping manger was particularly exceptional and helpful with everything we needed. Jenna on receptionist was also so attentive and you could see she really cares about guests.

The staff are what make this place amazing!! They can’t do enough for you. I went to a wedding here last year and they were very accommodating. They breakfast lady with blonde hair was so helpful for us all. The bar staff and service staff were all lovely.

I had horrible experience, I stayed in that hotel as I always prefer Premier Inn but at this one it was not good at all. I did not sleep well at all due to the pillows it literally gave me neck ache. In the middle of the night I kept waking up and was hard to sleep but I ignored and tried to sleep as I had to get up for work the next day. In the morning I had minor pain back of my neck and then when I went to report to the reception which was on another building entirely there was a long queue of people checking in and checking out. I then asked receptionist I wanted to report something, I was asked to wait but then she said I could call up later. I did call them during the day as my pain kept increasing and they asked me to report it to the Feedback Form on their website. This is where I realised they have a Goodnight Guarantee policy. I tried to get compensation as I was not happy with my stay AT ALL. I called them for 2/3 days every day and finally today they responded that I cannot be refunded due to me not reporting to reception in the middle of night. It was minor when it happened and in the morning I was feeling pain which I thought I would ignore but they totally declined my compensation which I feel is unfair. Really not happy with their service. Totally! Feel betrayed, the Ts and Cs they have out there do not match with what they actually do.

We were staying over night as a stop over on our journey north. The service as we arrived was lovely and the lady who spoke with me was very welcoming. When we entered our room, we noticed there was a fan placed in the corner however it was very warm. We then went next door for dinner. Despite the welcoming start, we had a horrendous evening. The room became incredibly hot at 26 degrees all night, rising to 27 at 6.30 am. This was despite the very cool, wet weather outside which was around 18 degrees. The Window wouldn't stay open properly to let in air. We had our two children with us who couldn't settle due to being over heated. My partner had to keep taking the children out of the room to cool them down and settle them, in a desperate bid to get some sleep. Needless to say none of us slept well at all. When we spoke with the gentleman at the desk, he acknowledged the temperature and told us there was nothing he could do about it and to complain to Premier Inn online. I did this, the day of our departure and I am yet to hear back from them about our horrendous night. This is really dissapointing as we often say in Premier Inns when travelling around the UK.

Very Dirty room. Hair all around the toilet seat and in the bath. Staff very friendly. But When I contacted premier inn they claimed the issue was resolved as the night porter came to clean the toilet. Meaning I didn't qualify for the good night sleep guarantee. Horror. Will not be going back.

I like the 🚿 bathroom and the view from my room! The front desk staff were on the friendly side 😊! The breakfast was good, good selections and is unlimited, price is great πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ!

Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and in a decent location. Trams into the city centre are a 2 minute walk from the front door. Parking was somewhat limited. Sadly the beefeater is the closest place to eat but luckily there are plenty of pubs a short walk or tram ride away!

I stay here every week for work and although the hotel is a standard premier inn, and like most, it's clean and ideal for a base, the only poor thing is the Beefeater they use for food, The Beefeater service at best is average each week I order a main whitch is average, followed by a pudding, and every week the pudding does not arrive. So overall very average.

Nice comfy bed and clean room, but it did look tired. Cracked, flaky ceiling and a few scrapes and chips in the walls and frames. Service was fast and friendly but I did have to walk to the other side of the hotel to reach my room (234). Which was a pain, especially as I had been on the road for 5hrs. Not a bad location, next to a team park, but close to a busy road.

Good value, know what you are getting Premier Inn. Good location next to the park and ride and team into the city centre. Clean and comfy rooms. Air conditioning wasn't working, but there was a fan as a substitute; glad we weren't stopping the previous weekend, as would have been hot.

Really nice staff, location is perfect for the park and ride, rooms were spotless and very comfy. Food at the attached Beefeater was good and the all you can eat breakfast was amazing!! Would definitely go again.

Room was great. Very clean. Beds were really comfy. Told it was an all you can eat buffet breakfast, but it wasn't! Breakfast was OK, definitely had better

We checked in quite late and still had a friendly smile to greet us. Large comfortable beds, a range of pillows, all the amenities you'd expect. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal stop for Nottingham with public transport links nearby. Highly recommended!

Basic room, needed updating. As previously mentioned by other's very hot rooms, no way to control temperature. Had a fan on all night. Unfortunately leaving windows open not an option ad both noisy & letting in lot's of creeping crawlies. Actually had woodlice in corners. Bed was comfy though.

Absolutely the worst Premier Inn we've ever stayed in, and weve stayed in quite a few! Room was dirty, stained bedding and pillows, looked like blood stain on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. One towel in the bathroom for 2 adults and a teenager in a Family room, reception did give us another but said it was generally one towel per room. No tables available to eat til after 7 (when we would be at a party) so had to get a sandwich from the petrol station across the road. Not enough tables at Breakfast either, was given a table in the bar, which was OK but again, badly stained upholstery on the chairs, had to ask for cutlery. We generally stay in Premier Inns since my son was little as the standard was good and it was great for families, but the standards of this one was the worse one weve been in by far.

Room stinks. In fact the whole corridor stinks of mould. Walls are paper thin, you can here every conversation in other rooms. Floor above noisy as anything, reason I've been awake since 5am. Decor dated and whole hotel well overdue for a major make over. Long than ideal wait at reception. Worst Premier Inn room so far and I stay at about 100 PIs a year.

Stayed here on business, rooms were very hot, had to open a window, kept awake due to heat and busy road next to my window. No USB ports to charge anything. Bed was very uncomfortable. Needs updating. Marks on walls

Very polite and helpful staff Good carpark, near motorway and city by car Our room was on two levels above reception and only one socket at bedside with double bed one each side would be better! Comfy bed thought.

Premier inns are some of the best hotels about. They are top quality with a great price tag too. Always attached to a top quality restaurant such as a Beefeater etc.

You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Rooms were quite modern and functional. Bed was very comfortable. Stayed overnight to attend a work Christmas party. Checkout is 12pm so gives you plenty of time in the morning. Restaurant is nextdoor for breakfast and dinner which is convenient (I didn't visit there during my stay). Would stay here again. Price is very reasonable if booked well in advance.

  • 4/5 chris g. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are very tiered but still comfortable. Restaurant isn't really big enough for the number of people booked in for breakfast, seeing as you can arrive when you want. There didn't appear to be enough staff to cope with amount of customers, so waiting for and asking for tables to be cleared. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

  • 4/5 Geoff B. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel appeared to be fully booked and we were given a room in a separate building approx 50m from the main building. Room facilities ok but was very cold, took a while to warm up. Short walk for breakfast but not so good in the rain. If we stay again I would ask not to given a room in this building.

  • 4/5 Chloe M. 11 months ago on Google
The hotel is really nice. Good value for money. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Very comfortable beds and had everything you'd need for a short stay. Ample parking so that was not an issue. Wheelchair users - the breakfast is served in the restaurant but this is set across many levels accessible via a series of ramps. Very difficult to navigate while carrying food or drinks. We booked a table for breakfast and told them we required wheelchair access but they did not reserve our table and we had to go up and down the ramps multiple times to get our food and drinks.

The hotel itself is OK and the staff is nice. However the restaurant they are using is bad. The head manager is nice, but besides him the staff is constantly stressed, slow service, you need to line up and wait to enter breakfast. They often don't have the hot breakfast out, so you have to wait ages for them to get your order. It's not the staff fault, they need to hire more people for better service. The worst part though, the ice cold temperature in the restaurant, if it would be 85 degrees outside maybe I'd get it, but it's 50 something outside! It's horrible to sit here and shiver. A customer should feel comfortable eating and shouldn't have to eat in a jacket! It's unacceptable, if it's warm you can sit in a shirt, it's easier to peel layers then to add them, I don't want to feel like I'm on a north pole expedition in a restaurant. I'm literally going to bring the food up because this is ridiculous.

  • 3/5 marc 1 year ago on Google
Normal for premier inn, the state of this window ledge in the the room was way below an acceptable standard. The rest of the room was fine. We ate in the bar area, which was cold and not great. We didn't book for the restaurant which looked a nice place when we had a great breakfast in the morning.

  • 1/5 Steve T. 10 months ago on Google
Stayed here while working away. Yes the rooms are clean (ish), though a little tired looking and in need of sprucing up. Food in the Beefeater was disgusting, never again. The silver lining is there's a couple of very nice places not far away, The Nuthall over the road and Hickorys just up the road. Be prepared for local visits from the constabulary! We witnessed them turning up 3 out the 5 night stay. Also the tram carpark close by is a racetrack it seems for boy racers, so don't expect any sleep at night.......
