Clean tidy room and a comfy bed. Excellent nights sleep until woken at 5 .00am by idiots next door playing music and shouting๐Ÿ™„ Rang reception twice to complain, but they were either not interested or too busy to pick up the phone! Luckily I'd brought earplugs which muffled the fools out๐Ÿ‘

Polish reception and cleaning staff are rude, lazy and judgemental. They assume that guests can't understand their language. The kitchen and restaurant staff are excellent and carry the reception staff who do not help out half as much as they should. The breakfast servers and cooks are amazing, the reception and cleaning staff are terrible.

I have stayed with Premier Inn for many years, always choosing them over other hotels, but I won't give them another penny. Booked a 3 night trip for a family funeral but my flight from France was cancelled and I had to amend my booking. This was not possible for me to do online for some reason and finding a phone number to the hotel was impossible. I phoned a premium rate number in the morning of my due arrival to be put through to my chosen hotel. I asked to stay thurs, Fri,sat instead of Tues, wed, Thurs but was told they were fully booked. So I arrived on the Thursday to be told now the booking had started they couldn't do anything. Patronising Reception staff, palming off the complaint to someone at the end of a phone, who was still unwilling to help. Apparently I should've read section 10 in my terms and conditions, as the option of transferring my booking was not offered to me when I phoned. I lost the best part of 200 quid on this booking, when I could've just cancelled the whole thing and re booked for the one night if this had been told to me. They were apologetic because that's all anyone is these days. The times of customer satisfaction and the need for renewed business are long gone. I was offered a free breakfast worth 19 quid to compensate me for losing 2 nights stay. I told them to keep it. Will never stay with them again and won't recomend. A really disappointing outcome e on a very stressful and emotional time

Traffic noise is absolutely ridiculous. Properly the worst I've experienced at a hotel. Couldn't sleep properly.

One of the best premier inns I have been to. Everyone was so nice and helpful since I arrived. The lady in reception went above and beyond. Definitely staying there everytime I visit Nottingham.

Ideal location for visiting Clifton campus. Room fine, no noise traffic when windows closed. Best bit was the breakfast. Excellent variety available, hot and plentiful. So good we didn't need lunch ๐Ÿ˜‹

Can't fault this Premier Inn except for our room was quite hot, even with a window open, but we used the fan provided, so it was OK. Very clean and tidy room with everything working and well stocked. Very comfy bed. The hotel is adjacent to a Greene King pub that has a restaurant, so a one minute walk across the car park, and you've got drinks and food. We had breakfast at the Premier Inn. Again, very clean and a good choice of breakfasts. I'll definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the location was further out than the website indicated. Comfortable beds and the Greene King pub next door served decent food. Very quiet and rooms properly dark so got great ๐ŸŒƒ ๐Ÿ’ค Would not return though, run down and unpleasant smells.

Great location, close to town and easy access in to hotel from main road. A very popular hotel and bar / restaurant, with good service even with a high number of guests and locals eating in. The staff were friendly and helpful and managed a high throughput of customers very well, i would definitely recommend and stay again.

Sadly overpriced and rooms in need of decorating.. Room was not cleaned very well and asked for my room to be cleaned twice and nobody did it.. nobody on reception on arrival and when the lady finally came after a few minutes waiting looked like she had been asleep in the back..Sad to say standards seem to be slipping in the last couple of years.. in a great location but much improvment needed...

Not a bad hotel. It was very hot at the time of our visit. Unfortunately no air conditioning and windows that open only 1 inch didn't help the matter. Good staff and ok service. Way overpriced for a typical premier Inn though. Very expensive to eat Nd drink at the pub on the property.

Bog standard. Wouldโ€™ve liked AC in the rooms because it was over 23c at night, despite the window being open (open to the noise of the road). Friendly restaurant staff.

Room was clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly, the lady in the restaurant for breakfast was especially friendly and helpful the breakfast was craking. Well done everyone

The rooms seem very dated now and my room was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the bathroom, the extractor fan in the bathroom was useless and covered in dust. I think the hotels need a make over. The breakfast was good and service was polite and attentive. Reception ordered a taxi for me which arrived promptly on time.

Everything about this hotel is OK except if your room is on the ground floor. The floor above is so squeaky it sounds like a herd of elephants is tap dancing above you whenever someone walks around. Great if you like elephants tap dancing, bad if it's night time and you are trying to sleep.

Dated and shabby hotel. Bathrooms are shocking and rhe noise from the road is unbearable. Worst nights sleep I've ever had. So very tired the next day, so this is a dangerous hotel if your taking a break from a long journey.

Watch out, stayed over the hottest week of the year. The room didn't have Aircon, but they did supply a fan and iced water...

Didn't sleep a wink here. It's so noisy next to the main road and the air con. was not working so had to have window open but still way too hot. Found some money under bed so guessing hadn't been cleaned properly. Won't stay here again. Breakfast was fab though!!

Rooms a little tired, need sprucing up. Clean though, even if staff are over worked. Best fresh cooked breakfast at a Premier Inn, or at most hotels, no buffet here, cooked freshly to order and served at your table.

Comfy bed, although no air conditioning so please bear in mind if booking here as had to open window next to busy motorway, kept us up all night with the traffic noise. Great breakfast served on nice warm plates.

๐Ÿ‘ Played at the weekend, championship course, really wet, a struggle in places. The weather has been terrible so it's no surprise but trolleys allowed and very busy. I suspect the course could do with a few days of rest from play. Nice layout but hazards a plenty so tough in difficult conditions. Love...
