I booked a one-bedroom flat for a one-night stay in Nottingham and wasn't expecting too much for the price. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The flat was very spacious and nicely decorated, everything looked new and the kitchen was fully equipped, even with a dishwasher and washing machine. It was clean and warm, and the bathroom had a very pleasant shower. I had to ring the mobile number provided because we couldn't find the TV remote at first, and someone answered straight away and was very helpful. We would definitely come again and it would be nice to stay a bit longer.

What a difference 10 years makes. We booked this appartment during the covid pandemic while waiting for our house to be free to move in. We chose this place as we've stayed here before and it was great then. Sadly not any more. We had numerous issues : leaking boiler, washing machine that flooded the appartment, leaking sink, noisy neighbours etc. One night there was a party next door that went on till 2am. This was during pandemic lockdown. We had to make several phone calls to the management. In the end we called the security company they were using and eventually a guard came to deal with the issue. We counted more than 10 people ( not from the same household ) to come out of the "party room. " That was the last straw and we left early.

I had accidentally booked the hotel on the wrong date and the staff were more than accommodating for me even though it was all my fault! Will 100% stay there next time. Could not fault them.

We were welcomed by the very friendly staff at The Ropewalk, Nottingham and shown to our apartment by Lorraine who was extremely helpful in showing us how everything worked and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I was amazed how clean and spacious the apartment was and thought that the welcome pack which was left for us was a really lovely touch to add to the stay. The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre with it being only about a ten minute walk away and it was lovely to always come back to a place that felt so homely. I have never stopped in an apartment before but it has definitely made me think twice before booking a hotel again! I would definitely recommend SACO Apartments and would stay again without a doubt! There really was nothing to fault.

Just wow! Cant believe these exist in Nottingham. The value for money you get compared to a hotel is phenomenal. You literally could just move in and stay for a week/month/year and not need to buy anything. Stylish well looked after apartments. Staff are amazing and helpful with recommendations and nothing is too much trouble.

Had the pleasure of staying in 3 SACO locations this past month. So thought I best start reviewing since they now feel like my second home. These apartments are located right above a medieval tunnel which makes for a great walk. Also 10 mins to the shops in the centre. Staff I need to mention as they were phenomenal, from the lady who checked me in, the other reception lady the following day, the manager, the cleaners, the woman who checks after the cleaners - all of them were amazing, professional, friendly and the cleaning staff did a great job of making the apartment look immaculate. In all it was a really looked after hotel and I will be back when I next visit Nottingham whether it's for business or to enjoy the theatre down the road.

The apartment was nice and spacious containing most things we needed and with superb views. It was clean and stylishly furnished- located in a really smart area of the city and we slept very well. The welcome package was a nice touch, but a small carton of milk to go with the coffee and tea would've been better. We liked the neutral coloured carpets but the stain near the sofa was a bit off putting. A couple of suggestions are : one of the bulbs had gone in a living room lamp ,so should be checked; and a plug to charge electric toothbrushes in a bathroom is a bit of a basic these days.

Great location for city centre. Easy to park, easy to check in. Apartment spotlessly clean and very well equipped.

Fantastic stay at SACO Nottingham. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward. Great, easy stay. Very comfortable with a great service in a lovely area

My experience was great. The apartment was clean and modern. It had everything that was needed including all kitchen appliances and facilities. There was also sufficient bedding and towels. Overall great experience of the apartment and will definitely go again. The parking is slightly tricky since it's central Nottingham however there are places for a small fee.
