Basically , they have showcased all damaged items. The carpet smells very bad, it may lead to skin alergies and breathing problems. Furnitures all are broken and everything is shaking, cupboard doors are not working , Walls are broken and Main doors are not safe as well. Water leakage in kitchen . I have attached the picture for your reference • Bed was awful room smelled damp and there was a sofa in there that looked like it had been rescued from a tip. • Flat smelt of sewerage which was a health and safety issue • No door lock • Bed bugs • Carpet smelling allover room this may cause heath issues Damage on the wall . • Water leakage in Kicken . • Beds are not in good condition to sleep • Very slow speed with frequent disconnection

Warning! We were unable to contact anyone there about our confirmation the day before or on the same day so didn't know where to find the key or anything, there's no check in disk. They didn't reply on emails or answering machine messages they didn't answer the phone on their business hours. And they took money from my account 3 days in advance!

For the price i paid for the serviced appartment I rented for a short holiday, i expected to recieve a well kept, clean appartment. instead I came to a dirty flat that was falling to bits -light bulbs out, the bath was falling appart as well at the furniture in the living room. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

This place was OK. It's kind of strange how you are left to yourself to find the key and room etc. Felt a bit like a TV show with challenges to find it all around an abandoned building. But when you have it all and your bearings the apartments are nice enough and I had a good couple of nights at a very good price.

For the price this place was great. Room could have needed a few repairs but for the money split between 4 it was perfect for a night out. Easy walking distance to the city centre

Excellent location, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Very clear instructions for entry and parking. My only regret is that I only stayed for one night.

Great location in the centre of Nottingham but you have to go through a crystal maze series of challlenges to get the car into the car park, get inside and then get the key for the apartment. Not the easiest check in.

Great looking little flat. The remote dint have betteries and hot water was not a lot and having a relaxing shower was a bit difficult

SO much better than a hotel, great location, great price will defo be back
