We stayed at Brightmoor Serviced Apartments on Tuesday 18th June for 1 night. How they can justify charging someone £126 for a one night stay in a filthy and below standard place is disgraceful. My sister and I did not feel comfortable at all staying there but due to it only being for 1 night we put up with it. There was hair everywhere, stuff smeared on the walls, coffee stains still on the side as well as dangerous plug sockets and the fixtures and fixing just being under par. My sister is pregnant and it was close to the venue we were heading too which is the only reason we stayed. She found the whole situation very uncomfortable which was not pleasant to see. When leaving on the Wednesday morning there was no one around to speak to regarding our issues. When making a complaint directly to the company, explaining how dirty and dangerous it was in that apartment I got an email back saying if we were to give a full refund would you not put a bad review on booking.com I said of course not but you must address these issues. To this I got a further email back basically saying they were testing me on the full refund and basically to do one with no apology and with no preventative issues to sort this out and more importantly the health and safety issues there. When arriving at the property the welcome wasn’t overly pleasant either and Piotr is not a pleasant person! What a horrendous company, no idea how they are getting such great reviews because when speaking to another guest there they were getting moved to another room because their room was below par. I wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me to do so! I had to give 1 star to get this review placed on google but I certainly would not give them anything if i didn’t have to.

i think poor is even abit to nice for this place why are you leaving the WiFi for me to set up how cheeky 😝 can you be. fridge was broken, and the kettle was disgusting do you really expect us to use that. this place is flithy!. scratches on the sofa walls were filthy and the freezer was a state! the door was literally on the floor to the point I had to push it shut with Effort this place is a disgrace the owner should really be ashamed. check your rooms and I think you should reconcider opening. the balcony was unsafe 1 of us nearly fell through it when the planks were loose! we could of broken our legs!

Service was absolutely brilliant the kindest managers excellent customer service really do have love for running a hotel. Always getting improve. Best location ever. 3min walk away from main point town center like twice the size of west end. So much to see and do around here. Penthouse suits were immaculate everything was perfect. Beds comfortable. Great heating and balcony. Really cosy felt like home. No bad points at all great for weekend breaks or long term stay really convenient for anything. Will defiantly be returning back here.

Great location, clean and the beds are small but comfortable. However, if you like sleep this is not the place for you. Paper thin walls so you can hear everyone's conversation, walking etc. But the biggest problem is the night club next door. The owner says with the windows shut you can't hear anything. That's completely misleading as not only can you hear it, you will feel the bass until 3am!

Apartment was in perfect location for the Motorpoint arena. The apartment is nice, but decor getting tired. The major downside was the cleanliness, it was really quite dirty, hair everywhere, light switches and doors grubby, the kitchen cupboard doors were grimey. Basically the place just needs a decent clean and a few touch ups and it would be great. The beds were really comfortable though. For the price we paid for one night it was fine, but I would have raised the issue if we were staying longer, there wasn't anyone around at check out to tell which I was planning to do. Probably would stay again, but I'd need some reassurance that it was clean!

Not quite what the photos made it out to be, wall sockets could be straightened up & could definitely do with a bit more tidying up, The noise from nearby bars made it impossible to sleep for the 1st night of our stay. Would recommend but make sure if you''re not a noisy sleeper than you make sure you don't go on weekends as it's very loud. But other than that it's a 3/5

Had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was lovely; luxuriously decorated, really clean and great location. The staff were fabulous - very friendly and happy to help with any little thing. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back!

We stayed in the apartments due to my mum and friend attending a local westlife concert, the location is superb for the arena and very reasonably priced. We found the apartments quite easily. When arriving the gentlemen was very polite, we was in apartment 1. The apartment is very modern and welcoming, Downfalls of the stay was no lights in the hallway as the lights had blown (we found this alot around the apartment). Batteries was dead on the TV but wasnt to much of an issue, there was Mark's on alot of the walls so just need a touch up. Positives of the stay good size bedrooms, bathroom is very spacious and clean large table for dinner and nice little patio. One thing I would add is the apartment is near Bar Bar I think it's called that is open until 3am I heard this due to sleeping on the sofa however the other 2 guests didnt hear anything in the bedrooms so try and baggsy a bedroom. Deffo would stay again. 4/5 stars.

Excellent stay for a weekend wedding some months back. Easy to find, access at night and close to city centre. The beds are very comfortable, shower is excellent and overall quite clean though we didn't use the kitchen space provided. Recommended.

While the apartment is nice if you like your sleep avoid at all costs . I'm sitting in the living room right now at 0100gmt with club music pounding the room, and kids out in the street from the club. This is the second night in a row with this and I'm going on 3 hrs of sleep since arriving in the UK from US. Oh and if the clubs don't take the cake the paper thin walls will expose your neighbors noise as well. If you like club noise and pounding base then this is the place for you . I don't see any other reviews on this so not sure if they just opened up something or what .
