Very clean and tidy giving the impression of a well run hotel. We was greeted at the front door and taken to the reception area The room was comfortable apart from the beds. Could not sleep at all . The shower was unusable it was either very hot or cold. Attention here is needed if the hotel wish to retain customers for further visits.

We went into the room number 202, and straight away there was a strong smell of sewage and wasn't acceptable. We had the shared toilet window across the way from our window so closed ours hoping it would help with the smell but it didn't. So, we went down and told the duty manager who said the room was near the stench pipe so it could have been that! he said he would look into it but said he couldn't see anything wrong... We left, we were told there were no other rooms, and we would not receive a refund. would definitely not recommend this Hotel. I don't have any pictures as obviously as it was a smell in the room so you would have had to be there to smell it.

Good place in Nottingham to stay overnight. Good size room with all facilities. Polite and friendly hosts a good full English breakfast in the morning 🌄

Would recommend for a weekend break or overnight stay...Excellent full English breakfast... Easily commutable to Nottingham city centre...The owner could not be more friendly & helpful... He deserves to be successful 👍

The hospitality is extremely poor, the management lacks empathy. The manger is rude and doesn't have respect for you over the phone. I regret booking this hotel. I finished a night shift and try to make arrangements for early check-in, the RUDE manager refused. I was very pressed I needed to use the toilet 🚻 he denied me access, I had to wee in a bottle inside my car, I was made to sleep in the car for 7 hours. I don't recommend this Guess Accommodation for my worst enemy. It's the worst bitter experience I will never ever for

Last room available at last minute. They weren't annoyed that I was late to check in. The (family) room is spacious. Gorgeous bathroom space. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Extended initial stay. Great quality for the price and general rating.

The Fairhaven is a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The single room I booked was small and with a single bed, but that's really all I need. There was free, secure WiFi, the ssid and password is on the back of the room door. The food is really good, a nice cooked breakfast and choice of other things. The owners are really friendly and helpful. There is a shared bathroom for the floor but again, I don't need an en-suite. The shower cubicle was quite small but the shower itself was warm and powerful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I'd book again.

Great parking. Bathroom very small but perfectly adequate. Great for work travel.

Staff are amazing here, they look after my dad well much prefer NHS run than private care home

Great as always, whenever I stay in Nottingham about twice a year. I always stay at Fairhaven and they seem to remember me 😅

A family run b n b. Very convenient for the station. Convenience stores nearby.The breakfast was good, the owners were polite and hardworking. The rooms were clean and well maintained. AA 2 ☆☆
