I bought an IPhone from here in June. I was in a bit of rush as my old phone broke off just before my holiday. I walked in, I knew what I wanted, but it was out of stock, but this gentleman offered me another phone, tried to match the price. He was honestly kind, he gave me a phone case too. The phone is amazing (I thought I use it for a while before I leave a review). Highly recommend this shop, and will definitely go back if I or my partner ever need a new phone! 2x5*

Excellent, had a case and screen protector put on my new phone, then noticed a small manufacturers fault on the screen for me ,thank goodness! So managed to go back to phone shop and get it swapped straight away,then very kindly put new screen protector back on new one free of charge! Couldn't be happier!! Best service ever !

Visited Fizi Phonez today when my phone fell and screen was smashed. I read the reviews and thought would be great to bring in. I was not disappointed, customer service was top notch and all with an amazing smile and also received a complementary phone case. Wait time was perfect and received phone within an hour just like was told. I would recommend this place 👌

I took in my iPhone to be looked at because I was having issues charging it. I expect good customer service, a positive outcome (ie issue resolved) and those little extras, such as charging the phone. I also expect to be treated with respect. This is clearly the shop to go back to and the business to deal with. Outstanding!

Proper top bloke, nothing was too much to ask! Had issues a day before buying a phone from CEX that was faulty. so looked somewhere else to get one and noticed his stock was decent. Came from derby to visit his shop and was a great experience, even ended buying something else whilst I was there. Really decent guy and would 100% recommend if you need a phone or a repair! This guy is a legend! He helped my elderly mum get sorted with a pre-loved phone, he went above and beyond to help her and explain everything. The phone is a bargain and he even did the data transfer as she was not up to this. Honest friendly guy who I highly recommend. Many thanks!
