Always guaranteed a good dining experience here. The food is all freshly cooked to order. Their menu rapido is very good value. Very popular and get very busy at times. Highly recommend. Review helpful please like 👍 follow thanks.

We enjoyed our Anniversary dinner here very much. Our daughter and son-in-law took us here for Tapas. There were good choices and we especially like the grilled lamb breast and chicken skewers!

I had an amazing lunch here on their 'Rapido' menu. I was under the impression that tapas was small dishes; they are, just very deep bowls! I had the crispy chicken and the crispy cauliflower, both were amazing. I also had the strawberry and basil blitz and an espresso martini, both were gorgeous and I could have gone for more!

Incredible experience all round! We hadn't booked but they managed to accommodate us with only a short wait. All the staff were really friendly and helpful with our orders. We ordered a lot of different dishes and every single one was incredible. I highly recommend the jamon croquetas but whatever you choose, it is cooked to perfection! We even had some deserts and they were wonderful too! It was my first time out for tapas so I'm not sure how the price compares to others but I would certainly say it's worth the cost for the quality you get. A definite recommendation from me!

A very busy night, but me & my friend ordered 6-8 dishes. They come out when each one is cooked, so if one takes longer, the rest of your food is getting colder, so that took the service to 4 stars. The food is packed with flavour, seasoning and/or spice and was very moreish. Good variety of dishes to choose from. Would recommend, but may try early evening or lunchtime next time

Disappointed with the service. Told the waiter we were first time customers to the restaurant and he talked us through the food menu. We didn’t have much time to look at the drinks as he wanted to take the order straight away, even acknowledging that we needed more time to look. My dad was about to order the Diet Coke and I asked for the lemonade which was £2.50 on the menu. The waiter then asked us if we wanted the house lemonade and can add flavours to it such as lime, raspberry etc. I assumed it would be the £2.50 with cordial. He never mentioned anything about it being a mocktail. Since we were new and non the wiser, he should of told us it’ll cost an extra £3 to add a bit of lime to our drinks. When we told the manager at the end about it whilst paying he basically gaslighted us, indirectly saying it’s our fault. We had the menu and we should of looked at the price even though our menus were taken prior to be offered the “house lemonade”. We were just being honest about the price, whilst still being polite. But manager came across as rude, and we didn’t get a thank you. It’s a shame because it’s one of the top restaurants to visit in Nottingham and wanting to try for a long time. Don’t think we’ll bother again with the way we were gaslighted. Sorry but lime doesn’t cost an extra £3, this is coming from somebody who works in a restaurant. Spent £60 overall and that was including the service charge just for lunch for 2.

We popped in on a Saturday afternoon without reserving a table. It is a fast-pased bar and restaurant, thus we were seated quickly. Food was scrumptious and the portions were balanced. We loved our meals' seasoning in particular. A wider range of tapas options would add value to the overall experience, but we can recommend Bar Iberico whole-heartedly to anyone!

We went for some impromptu tapas last night. Incredible atmosphere and lovely seating at the bar watching the chefs at work. The tapas was just sensational, a absolute mouth-gasms all around.

The market fish was one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted in my life. The deal they do before 6.45 is amazing, go with a few people and you can try a lot of the menu for a good price. Food was amazing, service was even more amazing and the food was to die for. This isn’t just a place I’d recommend it’s a place I’d rave about. Recommend to anyone and everyone

Absolutely delicious tapas. Ate outside on a sunny Wednesday evening it was great. Sangria and garden spritz both amazing and our waitress Aaliyah was so friendly and helpful! Our stand-out must-orders were the: onglen beef, halloumi and courgette pintxos and the crispy chicken. The octopus and prawn fideu was good too (pasta risotto but kind of like crispy noodles on top!). From the pickie section we had the crispy breadstick things and fried broad beans (not called that on the menu) which were both good but wouldn’t choose them both as quite similar. If you go before 6:45 it’s such good value - 3 plates each and it was soo much food! Great portions. Don’t miss this place if you’re eating in Notts.

Went here on the last bank holiday in May and it didn’t disappoint! The new menu is lush, definitely recommend the white wine sangria as well! We had; Mixed olives Catalan tomato bread Swordfish pinchos Crispy chicken in spicy jerez sauce Market fish bilbaina (it was mackerel that day) Patatas Bravas Hispi cabbage Drank White sangria (with yuzu & lychee) It was all 10/10 taste wise - there’s so much more we wanted to try but we were stuffed! I’d go back in a heartbeat, still dreaming of the chicken & hispi cabbage 🙌🏾 Service was good, price is super reasonable - I really enjoy visiting this place! (But note, there are no specials on BH Mondays)

Delicious! Came here with family today and it was so good. We all had the menu rapido as we came for lunch and it as plenty. We all chose different tapas but shared it all and we were definitely full by the end! Service was great and it was all very speedy and fairly priced. Would really recommend if you haven’t been before!

The restaurant was really busy when we busy, good vibe. Staff are nice, we had the set menu, food was nice. The chicken was a bit too spicy for me.

We were lucky when we arrived around 6pm there was one table available (for four people). Our waiter explained how tapas worked and that dishes only come out when they are ready so it would be better to order as a group. We ordered a good selection of dishes. Everything was good. In the end, we couldn't eat everything and had to take some home.

Came for a midweek shopping lunch, taken straight to a table. The cava was crisp with apple notes, a nice bottle. We had the menu rapido which is great value - 2 dishes and a large portion of warm sourdough with oil and balsamic. We shared the Spanish omelette which is something I wouldn't normally choose, but wouldn't overlook again. The calamari had a light coating and lovely aioli dip. The josper stone bass was delicious, a real charcoal flavour. The crispy cauliflower was as always, the star of the show. Overall a really enjoyable lunch treat.

A really good tapas restaurant in Hockley, in the heart of Nottingham. When you arrive, there may be a bit of wait before you can get a table, but the waiting area is by the window and you can do some people watching. The place can get pretty busy, especially towards the weekend and in the evenings. The food is gorgeous, staff are polite and happy to advise if you are struggling to choose. There are usually a couple of tables outside in front of the restaurant as well, which is brilliant when the weather is nice and you don't want to sit inside. Enjoyed our tapas and drinks and will definitely return.

Absolutely love going to Bar Iberico. The food is always great and the service is spot on. We always order 2/3 dishes each and then some starter nibbles. Always more than enough.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but the food was well below average. The Padron peppers and the tomato bread were both burnt and the burn flavour was the only thing I could taste. Unfortunately it overshadowed everything else. The sea bream and the prawns were really oily and not very nice. Such a shame, the place looked nice and staff were lovely.

Excellent Tapas, each dish cooked fresh, and delicious. Highly recommended! If you like a real Rose` wine (backwards accent) try this one. So good, I bought a case when I got home!

Food was fantastic. Service dropped off towards close as staff members clocked out, but not enough to down rate. Great evening will come again.

Food portions have reduced massively. Since first going to Bar Iberico in 2016 we have accepted inevitable change but the recent huge portion reduction is the end for us. It’s been a blast

Delicious food, lovely restaurant (we sat downstairs), really helpful staff there. Would definitely go again. We had the party menu as we were a large group & the portion size was perfect

👍👍 Absolutely amazing! I went to have lunch on my graduation day with my friends. Food was very flavourful and cocktails were nice. Special dietary options are available and you always get 2-4-1 cocktails. Service was really friendly and approachable. Ambience and music is just cherry on top.
