Always been a favourite haunt of mine with an amazing choice of flavours (over 200 single flavours alone) and premade drinks. Staff were really friendly to my LDR partner on her first time here and gave her an awesome and delicious experience. She especially got a kick out of the N64!

I really enjoyed it when I am in there especially when it is the right staff of course, I really enjoyed the staff I had: Harvey, Samel, Ben and Rob. Recently, Ben has served me recently, his customer service and his friendly vibe and smile has always shine my day when he serves me, the shakes he made me are awesome! Thank you very much for the friendly service, the ones I've mentioned definitely should be bartenders of the year in my fair honesty! Free Wi-Fi, fun atmosphere, nice hanging out place, what can I say more?! It's very lovely in there!

Superb shakes and a bar with all sorts of cocktails and cookie flavoured shots. Also has an amazing outdoor area to the rear.

Slightly disappointing. Their Instagram makes out like it’s a new place, with lots of menu options.. there was not, it was on one page and it’s was over priced. We also asked for the side dish of the chicken without spicy Mayo and it came on it. Didn’t quite feel that the attention to detail was there.. the hot chocolate was very good though. Wouldn’t come back to eat but would come back from drinks. When we went to pay staff were on their phones all had their back to us at the bar & what we ordered was not on the till.

Nice place to chill and drink with friends. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. They got plenty of board games and free arcade games. The drinks and the doritos we had was really lovely and yummy. Highly Recommended !

This was always my go to place throughout my teenagehood for a treat on the way to ngy youth club i popped in 2 weeks ago as i was craving a milkshake now that i turned vegan from being vegetarian since age of 14 i requested to try one of their vegan version flavours i tried the vegan milky bar and the taste was an absolute game changer and really delicious the customer service i received from this place has always been mint and efficient staff have always been direct and friendly and helpful when serving me they have any and all flavours you can imagine tailored to any dietary requirement what more can you ask for the best quality milkshake place of service in nottingham so grateful i found cookieshake and mala malu when i was a teenager i recommend for anyone to try out this place its the best place to go for a treat to quench and satisfy a sweet tooth rather than typical snacks and overall in general the only exciting general store and place that exists in nottingham that is special to me that i will always cherish and miss a lot when i leave nottingham thank you to this place a bunch with all my sincere appreciation for the mint service and for valuing me as a customer.

Always come here for drinks 🍹 that are so good and lovely staff! However both times I’ve had food here I’ve been really sick. The first time I didn’t think it was connected as I only had something small but when it happened the second time I realised it must be the food:( definitely won’t be eating here again but is still one of my favourite cocktail bars

The home of some luscious milkshakes. My lads and I were craving Milkshakes and this place certainly fulfilled our need. The staff were incredibly polite and even let my service dog, Clintus, have a sip of my milkshake - he loved it. They have a great variety of milkshake flavours and smoothies too. Only issue was the price; I would argue a little on the higher side! As my father used to say ‘We’re not all Sultans!’. Nevetheless worth trying out, my friend Jacques certainly enjoyed it - he had a second milkshake after his first!!

Drinks (cocktails and shots) were very nice, although a lot of the shots I asked for were not in stock which was annoying. Social distancing wasnt present here as we were seated very close to other people (practically back to back) which made us uncomfortable. But it is a very cute place with a nice atmosphere.

Always come here on a night out or even just for a wee drink. The drinks are cheap and you can play little games. The wasabi shot though omg NEVER AGAIN will I be having that 🤣🤣🤣

arcade machines are probably the best bit, although keybinds on psx emulation wasnt set up rightr but you can change than in most game settings anyways (also food is pretty nice but i dont really care about that lol)

Walked up to the window outside (no line outside), but had to wait a while for them to finish the orders they were working on for the people inside. Then I placed my order, I wanted the ultimate cookie shake (the one with everything). The worker had to go find a cup of the right size (more waiting) and then had to do more orders for the people inside. Finally I got my milkshake, and it’s not even the right flavor, it’s a normal cookie shake in a ultimate size cup. Idk every time I walked past this place I wanted to try it, but now I wish I hadn’t.

I am in love with this place. They serve the best shakes, very pretty ambience, loads of options.

Haven't been here in a very long time, so the place was quite different. There was a mix up with my order (easily done, two things with a similar name). Mistake was quickly fixed. Over all, good shakes but miss the cookies!

Loved the drinks on our bar crawl. Some many options and great deals. Quite fancy and artistic inside. Had a photographer going round and got some cool photos.

We enjoyed a lovely hot chocolate, amazing cookies and delicious ice creams! We will be back. The kids loved it… especially the free arcade games.

Friendly staff. But if one is allowed to be brutally honest , their food looks/tastes as if come out a student dorm (somehow got sold on the high str.)

Love it here service is off the charts and they are so nice and fast with your order and the inside looks like a penthouse definitely recommend for a day out or a party or even a date
