Good location but some rooms can be noisy. Stayed one night recently and unfortunately room was located on corner near car park area which is also area where deliveries come to. So in view if that we decided not to stay for second night we had booked.

Excellent service. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is in the pub within the complex and has everything you need. Stayed in a family room on the ground floor and there was plenty of space. Only negative is the cots the hotel supply for babies are more like a playpen. They are very hard and there is no matress supplied.

Had a lovely time each time we have stayed here and the place is really nice, comfortable and quiet usually. The staff are always happy to go the extra mile for you and the rooms are clean and everything you expect from a premier inn. They have free parking and offer a breakfast service provided by the pub next door which is another great place with lovely staff. Will definitely be staying again soon 👌

We stayed on the 9th December 17 and found the staff very pleasant readily eager to make your stay good. The rooms are in a court yard so there is a draft from the door, the room was massive and so was the bed and very comfortable. I use a wheelchair and was given a room which accommodates my needs. If we go again I would stay the night again. Thank you to the staff who were very helpful.

Great stay. Rooms are a bit smaller than usual at this premier inn though. As always, the staff are very friendly and rooms are always clean. That's why we use Premier Inns. The pub on site is excellent and the steak meals are lovely and the staff were also very friendly.

Room was spacious and clean. Only 3 stars because pub next day door quite loud: screening football match. Didn't disturb us in the room, but it meant there was nowhere convenient to get any food in the eve.

Room was an odd shape and really in need of updating. Restaurant OK but can't cook steaks at all so advise to give then a wide birth. Asked for medium and got something created!!! Staff on the whole are friendly and nice but I won't be staying there again in a hurry.

Pleasant little hotel with excellent links to the M1, Mansfield and Nottingham. Hotel was clean and fairly quiet, mostly on the weeks hosting single occupants on business like myself. Friendly and accommodating staff who really try to help, and in my case helped settle an online issue with authorising business payment. Only downside was one of the occupants took to smoking directly outside the room (and chatting on the phone) and leaving cigarettes on a wall end instead of going to the designated area. Rather inconsiderate given the shared courtyard setting.

I had called in advance to enquire about the bathroom (shower or bath) as I am partially disabled and cannot get in/out of a bath. The reception clerk Gary was very helpful, and suggested room 1, as although not strictly the disabled room, it does have a shower and no steps to the front door. Upon arrival it was the same clerk, Gary, that checked me in, offered to show me the room first so I could see the bathroom and shower and even helped me carry my bags to the room (which I thought was going above and beyond). The room itself was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, extra pillows, hangers and tea/coffee making items, and although small (which I had been told in advance) it was big enough for just me travelling on my own. The bed was really comfortable. Will definitely use this Premier Inn again.
