First time I have been here before. Was great my kids enjoyed it especially the tractor ride and Giddy Pig ride. The park was clean and tidy with plenty of places to sit. Free parking too which is rare nowadays. My only criticism is some of the character figures are looking dated now and either need replacing or in need of some TLC. We'll be back though

Great place for kids aged 8 and under I'd say, the rides and majority of play areas didn't maintain my 9yr olds attention unfortunately. I really appreciated the half price Mothers Day offer and the gift shop stocks an amazing amount of products for all budgets. Riding on a train around a Christmas wonderland was strange in March but highly recommended...it was beautiful and smelt amazing. The pet shop is SO cute. Amazing weather helped make our experience really memorable. Only downside was there wasn't any eateries open, thankfully we took pack up. Worth checking before your visit if you plan to eat at Sundown. Overall a great place for young kids.

What an excellent family day out 😀 For the price we were pleasantly surprised and managed to keep our 18 month old daughter entertained the whole day. She absolutely loved it. Particularily the Robin hood ride and the tractor ride. The staff were nice and friendly, the place itself looked clean and tidy, there was plenty of parking and it wasn't too busy which made it easy to get around. If you want food then go just before 12 otherwise it gets quite busy. Loved the Royal mint which did smell minty and of sweets further in to add to the experience. Loved all the displays they have, great for photos. Recommended as an easy fun day out for the little ones.

One of the best places to take kids in England. Both adults and kids had great fun. Every single thing, site, ride was full of adventures and fun. Kids were completely amused. Even at the end when they already had no power, they wanted to stay and have some more fun. Unbelievably good 👍

Afternoon all. What a day out! We arrived at sundown about 11am and stayed till closing time at 5.30...and it took all that time to look around and see everything it had to offer... masses for the kids todo and see.. rides, play areas ... music, houses and castles etc etc to explore ...its never ending. Well worth a visit!!

Absolutely brilliant. There was so much to see and do. Rides, parks, different things to look at, indoor soft play and outdoor sand pits. We had so much fun and it was a fantastic day out. Food was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It has so much that it would be a fun place to visit whatever the weather. We will definitely visit again.

I went with my 9 and 1 (nearly 2) year old girls. It was a wet, cold day but they had so much fun regardless. It was the week before Christmas and we did all of the extra festive activities. A really enjoyable day for everyone! Both girls enjoyed every ride and attraction. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the site was clean. I will definitely but returning again in the summer and already looking forward to a Christmas 2022 visit! The only downside was the huge queue and lack of available tables in the indoor play area/Cafe. Probably because of the weather. Trying to balance a tray of food, a buggy and a wriggly toddler was difficult. In summer I would take a pack up.

Sundown Adventureland was a complete gamble on our way home from other adventures and I am really glad that it was a gamble we took. With our nearly 1 year old we didn't know quite what to expect but got nearly 5 hours of entertainment. If your children are a little older and can run around, play by themselves and navigate the narrow, low stairwells and play zones of the attractions themselves, it would be even bigger value for money. The only negatives were that some of the attractions are needing some tlc. It may be because it's the end of a wet summer, but the squeaking and creaking of one of the rail rides spoiled the voice over, but this should not deter you from coming here with children 10 & under. Onsite food & drink is available but you can bring your own to consume in other parts of the park. I look forward to coming back here in the future.

It might seem a bit pricey for many families but you get a full day of adventure for all of the children. Parents have plenty of seats which come in handy. Take a pack up and save money to buy an ice cream. We were impressed that staff were friendly and were active cleaning around the site. They displays looked recently painted/refreshed. Plenty of parking which is free. Would have given 5 stars but for the cost of £78 for 3 adults and a 5 year old. It would have been £88 if we paid on the day so make sure you book online the night before.

is it worth paying over 20 pounds (for an adult) ? I think not! WAY overpriced for what ot is and how badly it's looked after! Paint had been chipping away for years on end, nothing apart from the angry birds playground is new! You can see things have cracks in them, ect, it does not look nice at all! Map, not really that well planned out, no direction to it at all. No organisation. you're just left to find everything by yourself tbh! The food places were OK, quiet, and expensive for what you get tbh to say it's a kids' place. they are definitely making a lot of the food! The gift shop is EXTREMELY expensive, maybe grab a loan before you head here with your kid!

This is a lovely place for a family day out with the young ones. So much to do and see. The themed areas range from the enchanting to the exciting, the hilarious and the very slightly scary (halloween feature). We spent the whole day there with never a dull moment and our 7 year old loved it. We didn't use the indoor play areas as the weather was good, but I can see them being useful on a less favourable day. However, when we popped in for ice creams the main one was crowded even though the sun was shining so...... The only improvement I would suggest would be online booking to reduce the long queue for entry.

So much to do there. There's a couple of rides. Many outdoor play areas as well as an indoor play areas too. Hot and cold food served in the indoor areas. Brought the tickets online. But I think you can do either online or whilst there.

First visit and it was the Xmas Celebration being delivered! What a fantastic destination with little surprises and remarkable things around every corner! We had pre-booked an early slot with Santa, to find a Sleigh Ride journey to get there was brilliant. Other rides included a water barrel ride and then a tractor too. Soft play with loads of seating, one of several refreshments kiosks too was welcome for the Adults. Theme of Xmas was there throughout with some beautiful scenes created. We will be back but perhaps when it's warm and sunny 🙂.

Awesome time off with family! 🥳 Great day out, luckily we came early in the morning, so we had plenty time for all activities. Few new places, that wasn't there 5-7 years ago plus old ones equals amazing day out! 👌 Definitely impressive for the first time visitors and indelible memories for everyone every time! Thank you 😃✌️

It is a really lovely place with family during summer break. The place is so big and it took us more than 4 hours to explore everything. My doughter loved it so much and thus place is actually surable for all group ages.

Great outside of kids holidays, been in March 2 years in a row and no queues anywhere. Ride times alternate throughout the day so all rides can be ridden throughout the day (8ish proper rides) depending on height of child. Rides are all similar to each other but for a 3yr old that doesn't matter. Also multiple play areas indoor and out which are good. Some areas are a little run down/old but kids still love it. Food a bit pricey as is the case with most places like this but there are areas to eat your own food if required.

Perfect for young children, has tons of interactive play and activity for all the family. Perfect for nice days with all of the outdoor play areas and themed zones; equally perfect for when it rained as there are two indoor play areas! Three occasions we’ve been and the kids loved the Xmas special they had on! High recommend to all families with kids

Staff very nice. Santas sleigh ride was great with a brilliant queue. Park has a very nice atmosphere. Good few rides for the little ones. Food was okay for what we had. Lots of parks for kids to enjoy, great day out all round

We had a great family day out here. Great to see somewhere that really encourages the kids to be active and when they are having a great time doing it they don't realise they are exercising, developing skills (climbing etc) and it's great to see them enjoying simple things! We went for my sons 5th birthday on fathers day and it was really really nice to see them enjoy it so much. Thanks all!!!

Small but very nice and easy park for under 10 years has enough Attraction for kids to enjoy. Excellent indoor facilities like cafes and soft play with jungle theme. Decent prices for Gifs and food too. Overall good day out.

What a lovely experience with my daughter and grandchildren. Perfect for the 3 year old. Sweet ride in the sleigh on our way to see Father Christmas, who I have to say was very good. Only criticisms would be that the sleigh could go slightly slower on its way to see Father Christmas, in order to allow the children to take in everything they are seeing. It was a long queue once off the sleigh, which, given the children were all very young in a confined space, wasn't great. All in all a super visit, but I have to say we were very lucky with the weather. I must mention the Carol singing reindeer, they were brilliant 👏 😀

Such a lovely place my children 3, 11 and 15 didn't stop exploring all day. Felt so festive and all the staff were smiling and very friendly. Some lovely memories and our pictures with Santa were great. What a lovely day, thankyou 😊

Absolutely love it here and so does my little girl, so much to see and always find something new to see each time we go, lots of rides and plenty of play areas. Plenty of food places and reasonably priced. Definitely one of my favourite places to go with my daughter.

This was my first visit to Sundown, my partner has been previously though. All I will say is wow what a great place and I have told lots of people about it. We got there a little after gates opened and whilst there was a fairly lengthy queue it moved quickly, this was down to the well trained staff and simple use of pre booked tickets. Once inside the park it was clean and tidy and every staff member I saw or spoke to was very polite and courteous, always helping. My son is 5 and usually a bit of a thrill seeker so I was wondering if there would be enough for him here, I need not have worried, whilst the rides were not what he liked, there was more than enough for him to do and really enjoy. The balance between interaction and play was superb, with things that required pressing etc, to activate things or just involved the kids playing. I am 6 ft 3 and weigh approximately 19 stone so some of the little houses were a little snug for me, so beware of you go in them. My only thing that would have made this better would be maps on the walkways as it got a little confusing and whilst not getting lost I am sure there would be quicker ways to get around. I would highly recommend this place and we are looking at booking the lodges that are there for a little stay.

We visited sundown a while ago this is my first visit and don’t get me wrong it’s a great place for kids and my kids had a blast however going from very happy health children to within days all 7 of them getting virus and developing hand foot and mouth disease there clearly is a issue at the park we was a party of 11 people and at least 9 of us are very poorly … i am not at all happy as my 10 month old baby has been hit the worst

Absolutely brilliant place, I meet up with family every year there and it never gets boring. So many different park's and some lovely little rides. We always take a picnic but first stop is park and a coffee before we plan our route.

We have been going for years, took my eldest when he was a toddler and he's now 31! It's the grandchildren turn now. Nice to see some refurbishments done and being done, new additions too. A good mix for little ones of theme park and kids old fashioned play. Reasonably priced for a family. Still a great day out, not just a few hours you need the whole day.

I haven't been here since I was a child and it was known as pets corner. But took my children for the day while on holiday visiting the family. Wasn't disappointed brought back so many good memories. Nice to see how much the place has grown. Lots to do for the kids and us big kid adults. Can get very busy here so there can be queues for the rides but the queues go down quickly. Lots of different parks for the children to let of steam in. Good choice of food around the place too and a nice good sized indoor play area. Great family day out and will visit again

Aways a great day out for young kids. Be prepared walk, over 10,00 steps through the day. Plenty of seats near every play area. All the things that cost you extra like food, sweets and gifts are hidden so it's easy to avoid the 'can I have's". By the end of the day we were all tired and ready to rest. The best bit is the kids have emense fun, but also drop from running around all day. This place has been going a very long time but still manages to provide a great day out. Kids can run freely and safely, if your the chosen adult to run along side them be prepared to spend the say climbing narrow stairs and walking through the small houses bent double. But still this is enjoyable, especially when you see the wonder and amusement on the kids faces. My favorite as a adult is the smells in the sweet world. My granddaughter enjoyed the dragon and our nephew the sand pit pirate boat area. They all loved cooling down on the barrel ride. Something for everyone.

Lovely day out. I took my grandson and my daughter. My daughter fondly remembers going from when she was young. Is looking tired in places. Some bits need repainting in places and some of the buttons for the interactions don't work.

  • 4/5 Carl W. 2 years ago on Google
Great family day out, food was what you could expect from a theme park. Nothing to shout about but filled a gap. Also again I still believe the price should be cheaper for children, should not be any more than £10 and definitely not close to adult prices. Other than that always have a great time here, plenty for the kids and Bigger kids to do. Highly reccomend to anybody and everybody

  • 5/5 John B. 1 year ago on Google
Great experience for kids (& adults...). Need more than a day to explore the variety of niches, everything from the Yellow Brick Road to a Wild West town, little people villages to a crazy train ride, plus an indoor soft play area for kids. Some amusements, such as the river barrel run, are not yet open & the cafe is expensive, but a wonderful day out, 7 yo granddaughter, mum, dad & granddad thoroughly enjoyed it & will return when weather warms up.

  • 5/5 Zoe 10 months ago on Google
Just how I remembered this place as a child! Obviously with added extras and modernisation. Fantastic day out, well worth the entrance price. Some great rides for my 3 and 9 year olds. Nice indoor play area and pretty decent fast food. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely return

  • 5/5 Khalid A. 10 months ago on Google
A bit old school but that's what I love about this place, it's the simplicity which gives it's charm. Great variety of ride a long rides such as the tractors, ostriches, trains and so on. My only gripe is that the indoor soft plays are not quite suitable for a small but very capable 3yr old to go around it by himself because he can't quite reach the different elevations in the spiderwebs or towers. Highley recommend this place. Book the sun too because it'll make it a marvellous day out. Comfortable footwear is a must.

  • 5/5 amanda e. 11 months ago on Google
Fab little place! My children thought it was magical we’ve had a great week here staying at wild acre village! The soft play in crash landings is one of the best we’ve been too! The park is clean and really well maintained. A little bit of advice: We’ve come out of season/ midweek so watch out for ride opening times and food places being closed.

It's a really great place the play areas are amazing. We took my nephew an I'll definitely be going again. It's his new most favorite place lol he loved it couldn't stop smiling from the minute we got there an it's a massive place so much to see and do 5*.

Excellent adventure park. Our grandchildren are 3 and 4 yrs old, they loved every second. Alot of thought has gone into this, thinking of children, their imagination and what they with love. Very good 11/10

My grandchildren loves it very much. There are so many fun memories we had experienced. Staff are very kind and helpful, foods was great and reasonable price. Definitely we will be back with group of friends

  • 5/5 Jeanie O. 2 years ago on Google
Had the most wonderful day with the children here but I think I'd enjoy exploring it on my own too! The rides were fun but gentle enough for our 4 and 2 year old to still have fun without exploring. The little individual lands to explore within the park was really special.
