I booked this as I was working away and wanted something quiet and simple. It exceeded my expectations...secure parking, warm welcome, room was spacious and comfy, I had a really quiet nights sleep and a much needed delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Fabulous, thank you!

An old fashioned homely feel to this hotel, which was very welcoming. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and a spacious room. Enjoyed a peaceful sleep. Would happily stay here again.

Outdated decor, but kept very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is awesome. All in all, far better than a chain.

For a budget hotel this was pretty good. The room was basic but clean and tidy. It had its own car park which is always a bonus and the breakfast was just the job. It's also very handy for both buses and trams to get you into Nottingham city centre.

First, the breakfast and that area was really good, so thank you to all the people there. Now, the bad. My room, in a separate building was dated and simply not nice. Very hot, no window, only 'not to be used fire escape door' that could be propped open. The bathroom...avocado green..and dirty. Needs money spent on the place and could be nice. What should be addressed is the fire escape that states should not be used. But there is an escape light above it. If you did not read the paper notices on arrival then you would find your exit semi blocked by plants. Also at night, top floor, I could not see how to get the lights to work on the landing. Related to this, not all the bedside lights worked The shower head is disgusting as was the shower tray. I made sure I didn't let water around my face. If you have mobility issues, make sure they know when you book. Never again will I go there though.

Great hotel. Rooms are good. Breakfasts are decent. Staff are really nice. Plenty of parking. Uber in to centre is under a tenner. Will definitely return when we're staying in Nottingham.

Excellent value for money. Just what I needed for night after a wedding. Friendly staff, comfy bed an lovely breakfast. Total bonus they let me drop my bags before check in time so I didn't have to carry them around the wedding I had come for.

I had a very comfortable stay here in November 2023. Traveling solo as a first timer in Europe, and I didn’t have any issues accessing my room or getting around. I definitely would stay here again in the future. Even the coffee was pretty good! Very affordable and quiet, cozy rooms.

Absolutely lovely staff. I stayed here for almost 3 weeks in the hope of getting room for rent near Nottingham. As I usually forgot to book rooms , the staff used to reserve the room in case I might require it. A good breakfast is included with the rent. It is located very near to the Beeston Railway station and a short 5 mins walk from Beeston town centre.

Low cost, budget hotel that offers friendly welcome, lovely staff (especially the lady that serves breakfast) and is spotlessly clean (hotel and room), with WiFi, good breakfast and free parking. Easy to find and good location with shops nearby. The room decor is a little dated and the single rooms quite small, but they have everything you need for a short stay and offer value for money.

Not quite as expected. Decor was tired. The location was handy for the city centre and there was ample parking. Bar was closed at 10.15pm and there was no assistance after 11.30pm. Light in the toilet / shower room wasn’t working. Evening food not available. Breakfast was excellent but still waiting for the brown sauce I was promised a week ago.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Good value for money. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The decor, fixtures & fittings are a bit old-fashioned. The bedroom was clean and tidy, nice and warm, and a comfy bed. A sink in the bedroom, and shared bathroom facilities. The breakfast is basic but tasty. Close to Beeston Centre tram stop, 5 minutes' walk away, and so it is convenient to explore Nottingham city centre.

Enjoyed our stay here. A bit of a time warp but more interesting than staying in a bland travel lodge. Nice garden area. Good pubs nearby. Easy walk to Beeston High St. Our room was clean and spacious. Will deffo stay again.

Clean, comfortable, fairly priced, lovely breakfast, good location and parking. Staff very friendly and hard working. We will certainly return. Thoroughly recommend.

The service was fantastic Marie in particular was extremely helpful, from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the end of breakfast. She assisted us with a tray of coffee upon request before checking in. If you like a nice fluffy mattress like me and my 2 family members you will love the beds really comfortable.

Fantastic place near to where our son is at University. Clean and friendly, warm and a homely feel about it. The breakfast was very filling and served by courteous staff. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the receptionist and staff doing the breakfast. Highly recommended.

Easy hotel to find on Queens road in Beeston. Staff are friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. Relived I'm not disabled. There is room for improvement for people who are disabled
