If
I
could
give
it
1
star,
I
would.
I'm
an
outdoor
activity
instructor,
so
I
do
appreciate
all
of
the
activities
that
are
put
on
here.
However,
the
accommodation
was
a
shambles
and
certainly
not
worth
the
ยฃ74
per
night
they
were
charging.
I
knew
I
would
be
arriving
late,
so
I
called
in
advance
to
find
out
what
the
latest
check
in
time
was,
and
was
told
not
to
worry
as
there
was
a
24hour
recepion.
It
took
20minutes
to
find
someone
to
check
me
in.
I
was
told
very
little,
I
was
told
that
breakfast
would
be
6.30
til
7.30
(Sunday
morning),
and
the
wifi
code.
Got
to
the
room,
and
it
was
more
akin
to
a
hostel.
If
I
was
competing
in
a
kayaking
competition,
and
the
whole
team
was
staying,
then
this
accommodation
would
actually
make
sense.
But
as
someone
that
wanted
a
place
to
stay
in
Nottingham,
this
was
clearly
a
very
poor
choice.
Flat
screen
tv
was
15inches,
and
could
barely
be
seen.
Springs
of
the
bed
prodded
through
me
most
of
the
night.
Despite
having
2
pillows,
they
were
so
thin
had
to
do
some
origami
style
folding
to
make
them
usable.
I
could
hear
pigeons
cooing
for
most
of
the
night,
they
were
clearly
either
outside
the
window
or
on
the
roof
above.
I
reluctantly
wake
up
ready
for
the
breakfast,
as
I
do
love
a
good
breakfast.
I
walk
in
and
find,
despite
there
being
a
couple
of
breakfast
menus
indicating
bacon,
etc.
It
was
merely
continental
breakfast
and
not
a
good
one.
The
bread
for
toast
was
still
frozen
and
soggy.
The
juice
was
cordial/squash.
The
fruit
was
definitely
not
fresh,
and
the
pain
au
chocolates
were
stale
and
in
packets.
Definitely
not
worth
getting
out
of
bed
for.
I
was
the
only
person
at
breakfast,
and
I
could
understand
why.
I
think
when
you
pay
for
a
hotel
stay
with
breakfast,
you
do
deserve
a
lot
better
than
this.
Or
at
least
tell
me
that
it's
a
bare
bones
continental
breakfast
the
night
before
so
I
dont
purposefully
wake
up
at
the
crack
of
dawn
for
the
utter
disappointment
that
is
this
breakfast.
Teas,
coffees,
squash,
a
basket
of
fruit,
frozen
soggy
bread
for
toast,
some
cereals,
jam,
butter,
nutella
and
stale
packets
of
pain
au
chocolates
were
all
that
were
on
offer.
As
far
as
continental
breakfasts
go,
it
was
pretty
dismal.
If
you
compare
it
to
camping,
it's
not
bad.
But
certainly
not
worth
ยฃ74
a
night.
If
you
compare
it
to
most
other
hotels,
it's
certainly
not
even
close
to
worth
it.
Save
your
money
and
book
literally
anywhere
else.
