Have been here few times with kids they loved it, food was nice too. Arcade bit can be quite expensive 😅 don't expect value for money 😂

Great bowling venue! A fun place to go with family and friends, always a friendly welcome, great atmosphere and good value for money. I've been coming here for over 30 years and seen it regularly refurbished, kept inviting fresh and clean. There's lots of slot machines and games available to play. It's great for get together anytime of the day, evenings or weekends and of course a good perfect too on rainy days, to keep kids entertained and adults too! I recommend to book to get the best offers and as it's always busy. Food looks great too.

Arrived and staff on reception area were nice and polite. The game of bowling itself was great with no errors. We pressed button to order a drink from the lane and a man arrived to take our order within a couple of mins or so. The arcade was fun but there were a handful of machines out of order which can feel a pain. Overall a great place to visit and will return.

My son and I spend our mommy and me days quite often at Hollywood bowl. It's one of our favourite places. I find my son is happy the entire time we're there there's so much to keep us both entertained and do so much together. The staff are delightful and very friendly and understanding. Even when little one makes mess dropping drinks. Honestly the staff here always put you at ease

Great place to visit, lots of entertainment beyond the bowling. Games a plenty for all ages and tastes it seemed.

Always a fun trip to Hollywood bowl always clean and helpful staff. Only thing is the house ball selection is a bit lacking for women as I have small hands and bowl with a 12 to 14lb ball normally but the finger holes are all massive so end up bowling with kids weight balls because I can't grip the bowling balls enough to safely bowl. Need some house balls with a medium weight range but smaller finger holes than currently available for women bowlers. Otherwise good disabled access, clean toilets and good lighting and well all be it a bit dry lane conditions.

Usually 5 stars. Think being holidays staff was a bit overwhelmed and not their usual helpful self. 2p machines empty of toys to win usually stocked up while playing (my 5 and 3 year old love them) mentioned it to two staff nothing done. Change machine wasn't working, ticket eaters 2 in 4 were broke. Bowling itself was very good, lane service was quick and efficient, I didn't eat so can't comment. Putting it down to school holidays as again it's normally bang on.

Me eldest had a fab 9th Birthday and the food was great too.

Very nice place. Loads to do in the arcade area. The bowling alley is very popular so advance booking is recommended. Loads of parking available. Decent bar inside with some pool tables (can get very busy on weekends). Overall, very enjoyable but very busy on weekends!

I made a huge mistake with my booking but the team sorted it very quickly on a busy Friday evening. Casey was great and got us a lane within 20 mins. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean venue. Good facilities.

Be sure to book in advance for bowling if you are thinking during school leave term because kids usually flood the place. Staff are really nice. The food the offer is really nice too and a great choice of alchohol. Bring cash for arcade machines as the cash machine outside the place charges for withdrawals. You can convert your notes into coins for free inside

A very vibrant place with lots to do. Bowling, eating, drinking or just splash a few quid on the gaming machines for a bit of fun. Disabled access and parking available.

From the moment we entered, the staff were very helpful friendly and attentive. The food was Amazing and extremely tasty, definitely value for money. The whole experience was great. Hollywood bowl, somewhere quite nostalgic for me since I've been visiting here most of my life. Recently under went a renovation, and I'm so glad to say it's even better! The food is really good value for money, the arcades are great fun, generally the same price for most of the games. Also great location (cinema, pub and soft play within close proximity) also a big free car park. I Had great memories here as a child, now I'm making new ones with my little ones. Definitely recommend.

Went today with my severely autistic son and a friend. The young man who worked there was so helpful and patient with my son who had never been bowling before and very kindly demonstrated for my son to understand how to play. Made the short trip there a good happy one will definitely go again. Young lady working there was lovely and helpful too Thankyou guys😀❤

Staff on reception very polite and helpful. However young girl on bar clearly had a bad day. Plus no milkshakes something a young lad on his birthday would want and no orange to go with my Bluemoon beer. My family still had a good day but could have been better

Perfect place for some fun with family or friends. Bowling, food, drinks... nice and fun.

Good clean bowling lanes. Good bowling balls. Nice user friendly system. Watery drinks. Nice arcade if you want to spend a small fortune in minutes, the toys and sweets you can win with the tickets are decent. Toilets were clean too. Staff okay not too friendly, but it was busy. Very good facilities.

Great evening bowling. Would recommend booking online as it can get very busy. The staff were friendly & efficient & the bowling booths are a little more private with the screens in-between. With the arcade, pool table, eating area & bar there's lots to keep the family entertained.

This place is not accommodating the the disabled at all. A group of young visually impaired individuals attended this center in hopes of enjoying a game of bowling, yet when they put in simple requests such as turning the lights up so they were able to see their surroundings more easily, they were denied and were therefore unable to enjoy their activity. This is disgusting of the center to do as people with disabilities have just as much of a right to access the facilities as fully sighted people. Due to this, many other people with visual impairments in the area have been advised to avoid the establishment until the matter is dealt with and is it displayed that their need will be met.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves today, the place looks fantastic since it’s makeover and it was great to see the place so busy! Emma on the front desk was very friendly and professional, it’s nice to see staff that look like they actually want to be there and genuinely want to help their customers. Food was great too and cocktails were amazingly cheap!

Our family of four travelled to have an evening of bowling, we had a small wait to pay for our lane then we had fun adding our unusual names and silly photos, you can call for service and have your drinks bought to you which was lovely, thus meant we can just get on with our turns bowling. Cost five pounds for a jug of cola with 4 cups. All very easy access. All user friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly. It's reasonable price for bowling also. Sadly thou the toilets were diabolical, most were unusable due to soiling. The sinks were broken and sink area flooded only one soap dispenser worked, it stank in general. Lack of toilet paper. It really let the experience down and that's why you didn't get 5 stars, hope you sort this soon it really made a dull impression to a great night

Took my toddler & nephew to the arcade (it was more for my nephew) and he absolutely loved it. I hadn't been since the place had been refurbished and its amazing! Love that there's 2 sides of arcades (a lover of arcades myself). It wasn't very busy either. A great few hours although not so much on my purse. Its a shame some of the machines are quite expensive for what they are. But as a treat once in a while, it was a nice morning out.
