I been to Rassam few times before and its very delicious . Will go there again and again.

Would've given a 5* review however this is the reason... Upon entering the restaurant the atmosphere was hot and sticky. Air con could've been used...Maybe it had broken?? And that I was given my bill after ordering before the food had arrived...Which I couldn't understand. Greeted by a young guy (manager) who explained that every artist creation on the freak shake is different so it will be different to what we saw on Facebook. I loved that he explained this to us. The milkshake was tasty and full of flavour. The freak shake was in no way heavy or dense...Even the cake was light and fluffy ...At £8 a go...Bargain!! Overall highly recommend. And I believe my next visit will be a five start review!

Rassams is always busy and too right it will be as they are great with their desserts plenty of options and a lovely modern place to sit and eat your desserts. They are competitively priced. They offer a free birthday shake (providing evidence) which is really good of them i took my other half on his birthday to celebrate and noticed on their menu that they offer a free shake for when its your birthday. Been time and again the quality and service has always been great ...just sometimes it gets very busy and the waiting times for a table can be quite long thats the only downside

Took my daughter, the seating for two is too close together. I get that it's about space.. But for me it's uncomfortable. My daughter said it ruined the experience. My cake was average, I had a coffee which was great. Daughter had cheesecake which she liked. Not sure I'd go back tbh.

Very poor service. Ordered cornflake tart with custard. Tart came on a plate covered in icing sugar and custard came cold in a small jug. Asked if I could have it in a bowl and was brought an empty bowl to scrape it into myself. Had to have the custard reheated but even then was still cold. Not somewhere I would go back to in a hurry.

This restaurant is well located, we are well settled inside and the staff is welcoming. My sister and I went for dessert but given the size of the desserts, we should have gone for lunch instead. It's really super good, if you like sugar and beautiful desserts go for it. In the end it was hard to finish our plates because it's high in calories but frankly we really don't regret having eaten there because it was delicious. So it's not the kind of experience to repeat too often (very sweet), but from time to time it's really worth it.

It's not bad, but they'll have to step it up since there's a lot of competition on London Road. They have a large menu to choose from, however on my recent visit no ice cream was on display. The nutella cake and flake ice cream didn't really taste like their flavours either.

Came here pretty late (around 11!) and were really happy to find it open. It has the feeling of a diner and you are immediately hit with the brilliant smell of warm cakey goodness! We ordered a slice of Triple chocolate cake, which came warmed and melty (just the way I like it!), the Ferrero cheesecake which was decadent and the Oreo and Hersheys milkshake. The only issue we had was with the fact that the straws were a bit short, but hey, that only meant that the serving size was brilliantly large, right? The staff were the loveliest, service was quick and the variety of desserts they have leaves you indecisive. Prices were nothing to complain about either. Great place to go to for a sugar rush!

The waffles were difficult to cut, hardly any topping at all on mine. Ordered through Uber Eats and the restaurant forgot an item, Uber won’t refund and neither will the restaurant. Neither of us could finish them, they really were not good. Wouldn’t recommend.

Brilliant place we visited for the 1st time and even though today the young lad was on his own he was an absolute artist …. His service was brilliant…he had a smile on his face throughout… and wow the freaky shakes we got oh my god absolute dreamy heaven…. What he created today was pure skill and art and tasted amazing… hats off to him this morning 😁😁😁

This was a rare treat for my three boys, their initial excitement became boredom as we waited 45 minutes to get our food. The poor girl working was taking orders, making food, serving and taking payment so I can't blame her. The brownie, ice creams and milkshakes were amazing but the pancake was obviously microwaved so not great. This cost us over £30 so to not be great was disappointing.

I really love this place especially for their donut and waffle. Recently, I always buy the donut as its very affordable to me as a student like 5 donuts, you can get around 6 pounds. However, today, when I check the price again as my friend said the donut’s price has been increases into 10 pounds. 😭😭😭. I hope that Rassam could make it affordable like before this. The donuts is very tasteful and affordable for me, but right now, i cant buy it every week. 😭😭😭😭. Please make donuts price come backkkkk

Says they have gluten free on menu but didn’t have any of the like 7 options in stock and told us like 30mins after ordering so we couldn’t even order from a different place in time.

Had to wait for about 15 mins for a table, even though there were a few tables unused on the other side. We were okay to wait. Had three types of ice cream, they tasted okay but wasn't impressive. Only thing i can really compliment on is the young waiter was very nice and friendly to us.

Had an absolutely great dessert tonight and made even better by Sami who provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Warm welcome and amazing food. They really go the extra mile !!

Gelato Glossop road is still 5 star by comparison .... 1 star only because there is no 0 star in Google review... however friendly staff. made a big mistake to turn up before reading few reviews... Ice cream was not edible...

Disappointed with our visit yesterday usually we enjoy the desserts but sadly they were not up to the standards and waited longer than expected and it wasn't busy. The luxury pistachio sundae is £5.95 and comes with all the trimmings of biscuit, pieces of pistachio nuts sprinkled around and one or 2 more but yesterday paid same price but just was vanilla ice cream with the pistachio sauce nothing else. If I wanted just a scoop of ice cream then this would have been cheaper. Sorry don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Pleasant environment and lovely greeting from the waitress upon entering and great table service from the young lad Muhammad working there.

The Victoria Sponge was nice, however the Sundae came with melted ice cream. We ordered a variety of their mocktails which all just tasted like iced down panda pops apart from the Peach flavour. Was extremely disappointed with the quality of the drinks here.

Just came in to Rassams Creamery (Beeley Street, Sheffield) to start off the desserts were incredible, I ordered the Oreo pancake stacker and they were to die for! But a special thank you to Sami, part of the waiting staff who made our experience lovely, greeted us with a smile and checked on us regularly! Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Amazing! Love that they're open so late as that means people who don't like pubs have somewhere to socialise. Amazing food, and vegan options!!

Came here for my nephews birthday treat. The staff were excellent really helpful and friendly. They made a big effort with the birthday boy played a song through the speakers and came put with an ice cream with a sparkler in lovely touch. The place was really clean. The desserts were all really nice and they kindly boxed up what we couldn't finish so we could take it home. Would definitely come back.

We had coffees and different cakes. Coffees weren’t piping hot but fine. Cakes were presented well on the plate and tasted great. Decor is top notch. Will come again.
