Highly Recommend! Was looked after very well today by Dr Garrett + the lovely dental assistant, can't remember the name but both extremely professional, extremely well trained and attentive. Honestly some of the best care I have ever got. I am a nervous patient, Nobody likes anxiety. ConfiDental really takes this into account. I found myself very relaxed during most of it. I felt listened to which is important. Very accommodating with appointments too. The practice is very clean, very modern. Fills you with confidence. They do not rush anything. I have dealt with two receptionists and both were incredibly patient, kind, pleasant and lovely. For private their rates are actually extremely reasonable. I have found my new Dentist and very happy about it. Honestly nothing wrong or bad to report! Thank you guys for taking such good care.

I just wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and would appreciate my thanks/comments being passed over to Tom and Claire at Confidental. Tom has recently treated me for a root canal and admittedly, I was somewhat of a nervous patient. I did tell Tom this upon our first appointment and how even just the idea of having an injection made me overly nervous and anxious. The time, care and understanding that both Tom and Claire showed was priceless. Tom really went out of his way to explain the whole procedure to me beforehand, was so reassuring and within minutes made me feel so much more at ease. During the two appointments for the procedure, he consistently explained every step as we went including any sensations I might have felt and how these were perfectly normal. Not once was anything even remotely uncomfortable. Previous negative experiences had really tainted my thoughts and opinion towards visiting a dentist and deterred me from visiting as often as I should but after the level of care and treatment that I received from Tom and Claire it is safe to say that I do not have any second thoughts visiting your practice routinely moving forward. They both really do have the sincerest passion for the care of their patients at heart and are a real credit to not only Confidental, but the industry overall. Once again, please do pass on my gratitude.

I can't praise Dan and the rest of the ConfiDental team enough! I had a traumatic experience until I arrived here. First of all, I was terrified of the dentist, I NEVER went for check ups and just did my up most best to maintain my teeth. But then I broke one, which meant I had no choice. It was in lock down and all the other dentist could not fit me in or weren't doing treatments. I was up all night in agony waiting for an NHS call back, I then found ConfiDental on google the following morning. My partner called them as I was in too much pain. They answered straight away and understood the problems, Dianne was particularly helpful. My partner explained I was scared of the dentist and she said he could come in with me. We sent in photos via email before arrival so the dentist was ready to tackle my problem straight away. They got me in the same day and insisted first call was to get me out of pain as the nerve was showing. When I arrived, Dan put me at ease immediately, he could clearly tell I was petrified was upset due to the accident I'd had. He was making me laugh and feel comfortable. If it wasn't for the gigantic needle, I'd have forgotten I was at the dentist because he did a such a good job at cheering me up! He numbed the pain and built a completely new tooth, a very good one too. I was going on holiday so this was a temporary but you couldn't even tell. We discussed a future crown for when I came back. After my holiday I had experienced a slight bit of tenderness and pain, so it was time for a root canal to stop this progressing further. This was very scary for me, but again, I was put at ease and knew I was in great hands. The procedure was done carefully and pain free (other than the gigantic needle again) and it fixed all the problems I was having. After having such a good experience, I then decided to purchase a boutique whitening kit. As you can see below, they really do work! Dan explained how to use the kit and then took impressions of my teeth for the crown once they were whitened. Today was my final appointment and I had my new crown fitted and i couldn't be more pleased with my new smile. So much so, I will be returning for composite bonding in the near future. After being so scared of dentists my whole life, I now wouldn't go anywhere else and I am no longer even a tad nervous to go and will continue to return, even just for check ups. This dentist is a warming and welcoming place and every member of staff that works there is so lovely. Thank you for fixing my tooth Dan, I am eternally grateful. I would highly recommend his talent to anyone!

I have a huge phobia of the dentist and I came 4 weeks ago and met Dr La Rocco who was so lovely and put me at ease. Managed to temporarily get my tooth sorted. Last night I was crying in agony from the same pain in that tooth and couldn’t get an appointment anywhere. I called Confidental and the lovely receptionist booked me in straightaway! I met Dr Tom this time who was super friendly and reassuring. Looking forward to my root canal treatment with Dr Tom soon! Absolutely amazing team here! Can’t believe I didn’t find them a lot soon!

Cannot fault this practice. Personable receptionists, pleasant waiting room environment and I have an excellent dentist. It's almost a pleasure to visit! Dan picked up on early sign of possible mouth cancer that NHS dentists never mentioned. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding friendly service from start to finish. Greeted and talked through everything at reception before being led through to my appointment. Very professional and thorough dental checkup by dentist Daniel, answered all of my queries and provided suggestions for future treatments and management of my sensitive teeth / whitening etc. Would highly recommend and will be returning to ConfiDental again :D

Started treatment with David. Had 3x teeth removed & 3x implants inserted which was completed in one and a half hours. Can't praise David enough, his skills are second to none. The whole experience was painless and David & his assistant made me feel at ease throughout. Best dental experience ever with the best dentist I have ever seen. Look forward to going back and having the job finished. Dec 2023 - my return visit to have my implant treatment completed was another painless experience. David and his assistant did another great job and I can't praise the whole team enough, they make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Easily the best dentist I've ever been to in Sheffield. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the dentists really care and take their time to answer questions and explain everything fully. I came here for help with some problems after going abroad for dentistry - I had an emergency appointment within minutes of walking in the door. I wish I had known about this place before trying to save money abroad - it's just not worth it when things go wrong. I definitely won't be going anywhere other than Confidental in future.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the people in the clinic. When I first saw that Confidental is 5 stars in review I thought well, what so special? Had my last treatment today for 3 x root canal treatments on my bottom front teeth. From the start to the finish of my treatment the service has been absolutely superb. I fully expected to feel some pain due to the fact I had the 3 x root treatments done all in one go but it was pain free. Dan recently did an amazing job doing composite bonding on my top and bottom teeth. One of my original teeth was still a baby tooth and last night it just broke so I was toothless. Spoke to the practice this morning and by 5pm today all sorted. I will need further treatment but he fully explained why. I can now go on my holiday tomorrow smiling. Honestly, I never leave reviews but this time k don’t know where to start or to end. Dan, Samantha, Leslie and the rest of the staff have been amazing! I’m always nervous to go to the dentist, but shout out to Dan always making feel comfortable. Such a down to earth person, honestly has saved my life recently when I had a bad infection. I was a mess and came in crying, they looked after me and shuffled things about to prioritise me and my mental/ teeth health at that time I was in so much pain. They look after you. They care about you and how you feel about the your teeth. Samantha is also lovely honesty, makes me laugh. The only complaint I have is the duo making me laugh when my mouth is wide open being fixed hahaha. A great dentist if you have anxiety (like I do) and have had horrible experiences at dentists! They are willing to help you for free if any fillings feel wrong for a year (warranty). It feels like a catch up with a bunch of friends sometimes, and this is my second visit only. Can’t recommend enough!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Dan - will be recommending you to everyone on earth … Jupiter is next! :)

Friendly staff and excellent customer service! I had root canal done here and what I thought would be an intense experience ended up being extremely easy and painless. The dentist was very nice and put me at ease. Reception is also very helpful. I had a filling come out during the holidays and they were able to fit me in between bookings so I wouldn’t be uncomfortable over Christmas. Highly recommend!

David & the team offer exceptional services and care. They are always patient, kind, supportive, understanding and reassuring. You really do feel in safe hands with whatever procedure you are having done, and that in itself means they are worth their weight in gold. What a fantastic place this is. I contacted them on a recommendation from a friend whilst suffering with very bad toothache. David was actually on a day off but came in specially to see me a diagnosed a large abscess and prescribed me antibiotics to clear up the infection. 1 week later i had 3 x root canal treatments on my 3 front bottom teeth all done in one session and i was expecting to suffer some pain after such a lot of work but i did not have one minute of pain which i was astounded at. I return on 11th July for completion of my root canal treatment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough for the professional and caring way they go about their business. Alf Marshall

After being petrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember, Dan at Confidental has cured my dentistry fears, I cannot thank him enough! Great service! I had a problem with my new Invisalign retainer on Saturday morning when I was due to put it in. Called confidential expecting to get an appointment next week but they told me to come straight down. I was seen straight away and the problem was resolved. Great service all round and I am really looking forward to seeing the end results of my Invisalign treatment 😊

Absolutely fabtastic and totally restored our faith in Dentists! Unfortunately the whole family had been put off Dentists by a local NHS practice, I'll not bore you with details. All the staff at ConfiDental were superb, friendly understanding. The dental work was done by Dan who again was friendly and detailed exactly what he was going to do. I'm incredibly happy with my experience at Confidental. I've had an unpleasant crown that I've wanted to get replaced for a really long time as well as few gaps between my teeth. I wasn't sure what to expect but I would have been happy with just the crown looking less unsightly. I honestly can't believe the difference, my whole bottom front set now look amazing - Dan's skills are on point! I'm quite a nervous patient after having bad experiences when I was younger but Dan and Sam made me feel really comfortable and I had no issues during any appointments. Can't thank them enough.

I have recurring pericoronitis and have been to Confidental for emergency appointments three times now. They've always fit me in quickly and got me the treatment I need straight away. I'm a very nervous patient and every member of staff has always gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Cannot recommend this practice enough!

This is very nice place . I regret I didn't find them before. I did my implant in another clinic ( in Poland) but after two weeks I needed remove my stichers I ask clinic in Wakefield they said £30 for appointment. I missed that appointment and they said if I want another need to pay £30 again. I called confidental and they removed my stichers for free . This clinic confidental truly care for them patients. I decide to stay with them and I did other implant with Dave . Great job . I'm so happy 😊 really recommended this place . Staff friendly and they always look after patients.

I recently had 18 year old crowns replaced having delayed and delayed due to fears of dentistry having broken my teeth as a child! Dave was fantastic and has now been rechristened 'Gentle Dave' after amazing treatment that went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend.
